Esme - am glad you're back - I think our cycles are fairly similar. AF just gone for me too. Am trying temping this month - only been doing it for two days, so my chart isn't particularly helpful. Am looking for GOFs around the weekend and into next week if dh can muster the energy!!!

Aye, think we were quite similar, af arrived quite early last time? Good luck with the temping, Hope it works for you. I'm sticking to the usual monitoring cm, which has really got to be a habit, even when I wasn't ttc, but then I suppose I always wanted to, just needed dh to come along with the idea!

One thing about dh, he can always muster the energy for a GOF. Lol, last time he was working shifts, and I'd be sitting waiting to pounce on him when he got home at 2am. He never complained!

Am about to ov in the next few days and I just don't seem to have any EWCM at all Had a bit last night, but I really had to poke around for it and today it's scant. Sitting here with my second cup of green tea for the day, just took some robitussin, had some grapefruit juice today and almost done with my 1.5 litre water bottle with another 2 litres at the ready. I'm just not really sure what to do Have tried EPO last cycle but it didnt' seem to do much. Don't have time to get pre-seed before I ov (probably on Thursday) and am tempted to try real egg whites. Anyone have any experience?

what do you mean LBOT - real egg whites? for what?

I'm going to cry I found a gorgeous maternity Tankini for my holiday and now when I have gone to buy it, it's vanished. I'm 10000000% positive that it was a Mothercare one!!

According to Take Charge of Your Fertility, you can use real egg whites if you're lacking EWCM.

Yeah, the idea of doing it is not very appealing, but I'd hate to be out another month because I don't have any EWCM

found this honestly had never heard of it before, but there are lots of success stories on this site... another thing to consider.

Hello everyone. Just a quick note to say:

Been to the GP he thinks everything is fine with dd but wants me to go to clinic next monday to have her weighed just incase.

He thinks the bloating and frequent runny poos (sorry tmi)is due to her high fibre diet (she eats lots of fruit and veg). The only concern he has at the mo is her weight, if she is to low on the scale on monday then I have to take her back and he will relook at her and we may need to change her diet. She isn't digesting all her food due to her having a fast digestive transit (what ever that means) but that is good and he is not worried in the slightest bit as she is happy and healthy otherwise so must be getting enough goodness from her food.

He has rules out any link between this and the constant illnesses she has had and he puts the colds and coughs down to the time of year and the toddler groups she goes to (children passing germs etc).

So I am much happier now and will go back and try to catch up on 3 days of posts

LL, glad you dd is ok.

Toddlers is a nightmare for picking up germs, dd has been going for one week and is already full of the cold.

I am CD8 today and have had no GOF this cycle yet... but I am using OPK today at 6.30 so fingers crosse I get my smiley face soon and to get gof then.....

Esme- my son started nursery school just after xmas and was off more than he was there for the first term with all his illnesses!!! this term has been good so far, and we're halfway through, only one illness,and he caught that off dd!!

Hello everyone!! i've been busy over the weekend.... think we are going to have a 3rd child, but after a surrogacy journey. I have yet to meet the couple I want to help, but we've clicked over the phone and my msn, so i dont see the harm in persuing the friendship further. At the end of everything it may just happen that we dont click in person, in which case i'd defo get onto the case of a dc3... I feel very broody for a pregnancy, and i think any time from now onwards would be perfect for another child, if i got pregnant today then dd would be nearly 3, and ds would be 4 by time any baby arrived.

Wierd thing is we have no method of contraception in the house, and i'm reluctant to go back on the pill for a couple of months only!!

We'll see!! DH is home now, so i'm off!!
