Squack · 26/05/2008 09:50

Tink all sounds good

My gums are bleeding when I brush! Quite a noticeable amount last night, and when I switched toothbrushes to a softer one, a lesser amount this morning. Need to get some mouthwash today.

Me and the kids still have snotty eyes. They have snotty noses and I have a sore throat too.

My pelvic area feels rather bruised.

Glorious day today!

Sorry to hear about your animals Teuch. Was it a fox?

Moosma · 26/05/2008 09:58

Morning

Oooh Squack, that all sounds rather hopeful doesn't it? Did you get your just-in-case-GOF last night?

Weather is grim here, cold with sideways rain

On the up side though, we finally have some plans for our barn conversion - woohoo! - we're going to go over them this evening

Teuch · 26/05/2008 10:14

Absolutely gorgeous day here . In fact, been out watering the vegetables as we have had no rain in weeks...we are actually looking for rain

No foxes round here - lamb was a freak accident. Gate had blown open and must have been swinging, lamb caught in hinge part . No mother looking for him though...but then animals are funny that way. If they see that their lamb/mother is dead then they seem to understand .

Kay - you need to put your foot down! You are gestating FGS!!

Symptoms sound good ladies, and Moosma - how exciting!!

tinkiszzzz · 26/05/2008 10:27

hi squack sounds good one of my first signs was bleeding gums they still bleed now and again

Squack · 26/05/2008 10:51

My cervix was completely missing this morning Moos, thought I felt something but it was just mush. No GOF last night, unfortunately, what will be will be.

Fab news about the barn conversion what will that mean for you. More space? New home?

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 26/05/2008 11:25

morning all just checking in to keep up x

Moosma · 26/05/2008 11:27

for your missing cervix, mine hasn't gone like that, just high but still firm. I'm not sure if I've OVd or if I'm going to. I had some EWCM on Saturday and was very wet and slippery yesterday (sorry if I'm turning your stomachs!) but cervix is still very much there. Ah well, we'll keep GOFing and just see what happens.

Moosma · 26/05/2008 11:32

I've added a photo on to my profile of where the barn is, it's in the middle of the picture, at the moment we live a bit further down and to the left It will mean a bigger house with attached workshop and showroom for DH's furniture business.

Moosma · 26/05/2008 13:39

Helloooooo?

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 26/05/2008 14:08

tis quiet isnt it??

Squack · 26/05/2008 14:48

Hi
I can see a map of the countryside Moos, it looks very nice, but your barn is a bit small

Well I thought the cervix only goes awol if you're about to O.
I'm thoroughly con-bloody-fused. I've been dry yesterday and merely a bit sticky today.
Last (tons) ewcm was Saturday so none of this adds up at all.

No chance of a GOF until tomorrow night now as well.

OPK at 11am was negative. OPK at 2.30pm was also negative. So that presumably means my surge is over, but does it mean I've O'd Saturday, yesterday or today?

Either way we only GOF'ed on Saturday morning, so it's probably not been enough.

See, but then I feel pg.......gawd I need a holiday

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 26/05/2008 14:57

OMG you lot, I am away for 48 hours or so and you fill up the thread (well, OK, nearly fill it up) seriously cannot be bothered to read through it all LOL Have I missed anything important?

Hope you have all had good BH weekends, we have just mulled around a bit, done the whole family time thing, done a few jobs round the house, been pretty lazy, all good here

OP posts:
Squack · 26/05/2008 14:59

Panic over!

Right I promise after this i will be serene and calm and not obsess.

I checked my charts from previous months on ff and I always O on the same day of the second smiley, which was yesterday. So Saturday GOF will be fine

Phew!

I'm off before you all kick me off for being a complete loon

LL I have posted the thermometer today

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 26/05/2008 15:05

OP posts:
nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 26/05/2008 15:13

um im struggling to remember, kays was tired, LL's LO had a sore tummy...

i cant remmem anymore, not been on much myself, feeling a bit dwn

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 26/05/2008 15:36

Thanks BB

Huge congrats to mumforfirst great news When are you due?

So what's getting you down BB? TTC'ing or something else?

OP posts:
Moosma · 26/05/2008 15:41

I think BB's pretty much summed it up Nat, not a lot else has happened I don't think.

Squack, if I were you I'd sneak an extra GOF in today just to make sure and be on the safe side, you can never have too many!

BB why are you feeling down? Is it anything we can help with?

nobodyputsBBinthecorner · 26/05/2008 15:50

i dont know really girls, it seems to be something of nothing, mainly ttc i think, i have a splitting headache atm, still no af, but no BFP either and am just fed up of being in limbo, fed up of work too, and i should be feeling happy cos we had some great news within the family, news which means potentially if/when it all goes ahead, DP and i will end up better off and i can become a SAHM too, but its in the wait and see stage atm... i think really im just frustrated... i have no AF type symptoms, but not having a BFP seems to of made me feel like im imagining the way im feeling...sorry for the moan x

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 26/05/2008 15:58

BB, try to focus on the positives, I know it is really hard to do, but it is the best way forward. Your period isn't here, so it is by no means all over, and even if it did come, it is all just what happens along the road to get your baby. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the way I looked at it on the months it didn't heppen with all of my TTC'ing is that, if I had have gotten pregnant, something would have gone wrong, that egg wasn't ever meant to be a baby.

And FWIW, everyone imagines all the symptoms when they are TTC'ing, it's in the job description

OP posts:
Teuch · 26/05/2008 16:04

NJ - I heard baby heartbeat and I had a dead lamb and a presumed dead duck

BB - it definitely is peaks and troughs when ttc. Family news sounds positive! Hang in there gal!

Moos - sorry, looked like a patchwork quilt to me! Looks lovely countryside though.

Squack - it is all looking good...even if it took me about, erm, fifteen of your posts to get to that

Moosma · 26/05/2008 16:09

It does look like a quilt doesn't it? I was just illustrating how nice an area it is that we will be living in if when it all goes ahead [smug]

BB, was your last cycle the really long one? If so, could it be that you're in for another longish one? Have you spotted any OV signs to count from? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to help you find an answer and have something to focus on

Teuch, what's happened to the duck?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 26/05/2008 16:11

Erm.... just HOW did you hear it? Wow BTW!! but how???? LOL
