Well I have had spotting last few days, heavier today (although still not much) so I think that's it for this month.

Do we reckon today is day 1 or should the spotting count?

Am wondering about doing the temps this month - usually use OPKs, will continue to to do that but maybe try the thermometer too. I really don't know if it is just going to be too much hassle though.

well I think I'll take my temp tomorrow morning just to see if it's up.

I'm pretty sure I'm O'ing today. The pain feels like it's happening. Maybe a GOF tonight or tomorrow as well.

If my temp is up I'll know I've O'd. I think it'll have to go above 98.0 to confirm it. Quite excited!

What sort of thermometer do you use to temp 'down there' anyway?? I only ever used OPK's, luckily i didn't get PG last month....but i'm hoping i can talk DH round in the next week before i OV this month!! Yesterday he said we can start ttc soon if i decided i defo didn't want to be a surrogate for my other friends....

I'm in 2 minds.... We were looking forward to doing a surrogacy journey before having our 3rd, we planned to have a trip to disneyland with the kids after the birth before having our own, and ds is really looking forward to the holiday, but we can't really afford such a lavish holiday without being skint from now till then.... and a pretty stressful move could be on the cards, if we were expecting a baby while moving it might be too much to move and re-decorate etc with 2 toddlers and me expecting!! ARGH!!!! Decisions....

And my other friend is so lovely, and although we've only ever spoken over the phone and on msn i know a coupld of other surrogate friends who have met them at socials and conferences and say they are lovely!! I think i'd be a bit gutted if i decided to go for DC3 and they found a surrogate without me even meeting them to see if we 'clicked'....

you need to use a basal body thermometer. Boots sell them for about £8. I got one off the internet which measures fahrenheit which I prefer, paid about the same.

Temp up to 98.07, hooray for me! had to adjust for some simple feck being noisy outside at 4.30am, but it should still be okay.
CM now changed to watery so pretty sure I've O'd.
Cervix is still high but not as squishy.

Hope temp stays there. Still confused as to how I've managed to O on cd12, but there you go.

Russia won. Me and dh had the usual debate about the political voting. I agree, there's some of that going on, but my argument is that certain parts of the world will prefer certain types of songs (ie. UK will be drawn more to 'western sounding' songs as that's what we're used to), as will Latvia population be more exposed to, for eg. Lithuania's top 10... hence why the baltics vote for baltics, UK for Ireland etc, etc..am I convincing anyone? To contradict all that, I though Turkey was a winner!

Tink, we do that but with a ring on a piece of thread. I don't know how it works for you, but it indicates all of your babies, with a pause inbetween.

For example, it always does circle-pause-rock-pause-circle-pause-circle-pause-rock then stops, for my gran. T'is so acurrate it is spooky.

I always get girl-boy-girl, but I have DS so I assume that the mmc might have been a girl. I have been told many times that I have a baby in spirit around me
