HGC doubles every 48hours so if its just come up on the cheapie will take another 2 days or more effectively to appear on the clear blue, maybe test in a few days!

@Bumblebee1984@peanutForeverthank you both and that’s really helpful about the tests and the ul! This is the first time I’ve ever tested so wasn’t sure, still not getting my hopes up until I get a BFP as I know it’s still early days but it’s nice to see the line progression on the cheapies

Has anyone had a chemical pregnancy before? Did u have different symptoms to normal on your period? I’ve been having extreme hot flashes today and yesterday this has never happened before as well as a few other symptoms?
I had a line on a boots test and 6 wondflos this cycle so i’m trying to decipher if they’re indents or if I had a chemical?

@am44ai’m very sorry to read this… i had a chemical in march and my period was much heavier! Lots of blood and blood clots… Also didn’t feel well at all! Sending hugs! ❤️

Sorry to hear that @peanutForever. Still not out, there’s still time but I know what you mean when you feel like you just know it’s not happened? I did get a BFN on 10dpo in the morning but later on got a faint BFP. Apparently you can implant different times each cycle so just because you may have had a BFP at 9/10dpo in the past doesn’t necessarily mean you will this time xx

Good idea! No Bfp but I’m 33, TTC no1, had a chemical two cycles ago. Starting progesterone this cycle, and on antibiotics because of a microbiome issue. Been TTC over a year now

Thank you sorry to hear you’ve been through a chemical it’s awful💕💕 Mines been super painful an heavy w lots more clots than usual but it’s mainly the hot flashes that are getting to me ugh

I’ve never even had a positive though the whole time we’ve been trying so I guess if I was pregnant it’s perhaps one step closer weirdly

I had a heavier/clottier period with my chemical, I actually can’t remember how bad the pain was, I think fairly bad, but I’m generally prone to painful periods.

I felt the same, it was my first ever Bfp and I did feel that “at least I can get pregnant” but then gutted the following month when it was negative. Feels like a step closer though? Id already registered with the midwives even though they said do it from 6 weeks, because I thought what if this is my only opportunity to do it 😥

Whats a normal LP does anyone know? My app says im 10dpo but 6 days untill my period which seems awfully long i have 30/31/32 day cycles...and got a peak on CD15 so it said i ovulated in CD16/17

Dr Google says average is 14 but can be up to 17 days! TBH I’ve never seen anyone say they’ve got a 17 day LP but apparently it’s possible. I see 10-14 more commonly on here/fertility friend

Did anyone do anything differently on a cycle they conceived?
Do you think it’s possible that i’m simply just missing my fertile window as I don’t track w lh strips and just ewcm and symptoms instead?
This cycle we bd multiple times a day tmi sorry aha and I think I had a chemical so it must’ve kinda worked?

Hello lovely ladies 🤍 hope we are okay. We DTD again last night. Not sure if that was ovulation day yesterday as had peak Tuesday night? You would think that I know the deal by now but I’m clueless 🤣🤣

@Ec2808 I know what you mean about announcements. The neighbour opposite me is pregnant with her new boyfriend, my cousins son has just had their gender reveal and I’m seeing pregnancy announcements everywhere! It’s so hard when you’re trying to remain positive and happy.

@Iris2024oh i know it’s really difficult but again trying to stay positive this cycle last cycle i was obsessed really not in a right mindset! Sending you lots of babydust!❤️❤️

It should be 14 days as far as I know. I think if it’s heading towards 10 days is when they look at putting you on progesterone. But lots of experts on here that will know more than me 🤣

I started using preseed and taking baby aspirin daily (but it did end in a chemical, but it was my first ever Bfp!)

Are you going to use them this cycle? I’m thinking of using the pre seed lube this cycle? I was going to try the cough syrup before ov too but might wait until next cycle for that as i’m going on holiday in June

@Muddysocks1wonder if my peak was incorrect then and i ovulated much later?? Could be possible as then i missed the window im just not sure!

I’ve caved and bought tests today, arriving tomorrow but I might wait to test on Saturday morning?? I’m 9dpo today 🙏

I had to get another brand to check. I feel like someone’s playing a joke on me with the digital or something. My partner seems too scared by it to even ask how I am so I’ve been a wreck today.

Congratulations to all with their BFP & commiserations to those with BFN today. I have just returned to the thread and it moves so quickly!

After two days of flashy smileys have arrived home from work to a static smiley, so have told himself it's on again tonight! My app now says ovulation should be tomorrow and still high fertility to Saturday. Hopefully we manage bd tonight and next 2 days too.

@LookForTheLiight I’m 7/8 DPO today and had said I’d test Sunday. Half tempted to do one tomorrow now, even though it’s early! Hard to resist the urge.😂

Sorry, I can’t edit my post but I forgot to add I’m 40 and I’m so sorry, this was our first month trying 🙈 I feel really bad! It’s never happened this quick with my other children. I think I’m half prepared for it to fail though cos of my age.

Remind me love, did you end up trying some other brands at all? Have you had proper AF arrive? Sorry if you’ve already said, I find it hard keeping up with everyone but everyone’s journey is important x

Yes using both this cycle, I don’t have loads of cervical mucus so definitely think preseed might help
