Thanks everyone will keep up with the testing and yes using the Premom app to track the levels 🤞 I manage to track my peak. DTD tonight so firing on all cylinders trying to DTD every other day during my fertile window. It’s so exciting during this time period thinking about what could be fingers crossed for us all.

@MummyV2021 Really empathise with the urge to test versus protecting your heart. I had mc in Feb and it's cruel how you continue to test positive. There's a reddit that I always go back and read when I feel the urge to test before AF is due. https://www.reddit.com/r/tryingtoconceive/comments/1bhk4u0/psa_luteal_phase_symptoms/

I really hope you get your positive this month 🤞❤️

Thanks so much for sharing this - really well written and interesting to read! I’m a bit like @jelliebean9though in that I technically already know all this stuff but still get the urge! I’m holding strong for now though and will keep this as a reminder for next time (hopefully I won’t need it). Really sorry to hear of your loss too. I was still testing positive until 4 weeks after my D&C - my body really didn’t want to let go of that one!

Hello ladies, finally in my fertile window. I’m CD12 today and this is my OPK test. Peak? I had peak CD16 last cycle so I’m glad I’m back to textbook OV day 14 hopefully. I’ve attached pics.

That definitely looks like a peak to me too! Really clear dark line. Get baby dancing girl!

Tww symptom spotting aside. Does anyone else seem to have an extra hard time some months with PMS? I swear as I’m getting older my body is way more sensitive to the hormone fluctuations. Has anyone else found this? Like around CD5 where the hormone shift for ovulation gears up and bleeding stops- feel crap. Around ovulation when hormones peak- feel crap. Around 6dpo when progesterone peaks- feel crap. Anyone else feel sensitive to the fluctuations? Anyone know of anything that helps balance them out so you don’t feel them so much?

@jelliebean9 i stopped eating sugar and don’t feel them much now. It was unintentional as I was doing it for health reasons but it helped with pms symptoms.

thats really interesting! Thank you for your insight. Can I ask what your diet looks like without sugar in? I think I need to be more careful with mr diet in that sense. But not sure where to start. Maybe could others also share their diets if you don’t mind 😊 just to give me some ideas!

EmPeEf · 28/05/2025 06:40

CD32 and just waiting around for something to happen it feels like. BBT looks all over the place, even taking it at the same time every day after a sleep/long period of rest.

Is everyone paying for the Premom app to track their OV tests? I’ve got 60 coming in the post soon 😂

LunarBear · 28/05/2025 06:42

Looks like I'm out for June now as my surgery to remove cervical polyp has been moved to next week. So im wishing everyone luck for June! All the baby dust

Ec2808 · 28/05/2025 07:05

I'm confused day before yesterday had ewcm then yesterday a mixture of ewcm and watery cm this morning it is back to creamy and white...i tested LH late in the evening yesterday and it was negative but I do stay very hydrated during the day drank between 2-3liters of water...testing has been complicated this month because told hubby I was not going to obsess like last month..also had burning stingy feeling in right hip area yesterday afternoon but LH test this morning was negative...am I in my fertile window or not? 😫

Iris2024 · 28/05/2025 08:21

@Howspieduh @jelliebean9 thank you girls 🩷 was definitely peak. That’s happened so fast and soon this month. It’s gone back lighter this morning.

So when are we likely to ovulate after a peak? 🤣 Will get my partner BDing tonight 😂 we did Monday night.

Edited

I had a surge on Monday afternoon/evening, peak Tuesday morning, but a scan Tuesday afternoon and I hadn’t ovulated yet! My BBT hasn’t gone up yet so think it is at least a day after my LH surge before ovulating. Which fits as I think they say you generally ovulate 24-36hrs after a surge. It’s the surge/onset to go by rather that the peak though ☺️

9dpo today and zero symptoms sighs wondering if i should even bother testing when they come in the post its just such a delfating feeling

Ec2808 · 28/05/2025 08:43

@peanutForever my sister in law had zero symptoms last month when she got her bfp so I wouldn't worry about symptoms 😊

peanutForever · 28/05/2025 08:44

Thats reassuring to know!

Bumblebee1984 · 28/05/2025 10:14

@peanutForeveri also had zero symptoms when I fell pregnant with my son until 14dpo and a bit nauseous and missed period

peanutForever · 28/05/2025 10:42

I think im going off the previous 4 times i got bfps..defo always thought i had more noticeble symptoms (but then again i tested when period was late), hate the tww but i cant even test now..so no point in me pondering really is there :/ i think because its my bday soon (34) im feeling the clock tick!

When I got my Bfp I didn’t have any symptoms until after the positive 10dpo! Still time 🤞🏻

Howspieduh · 28/05/2025 11:28

🤚Another here who had no symptoms with my son. I was fully expecting a negative result. And when I got pregnant again last year (unfortunately ended in MC) it was the same!

I’ve been finding ‘Real Food for Fertility’ by Lily Nichols and Lisa Hendrickson-Jack, really informative and non judgmental. Lots of detail about foods that help, vitamins to get through food, things to avoid and some history of what women around the world have eaten for centuries. It also has a good chunk of biological info around fertility.
With non-fiction I tend to dip in and out and this books been pretty good x
