Hi everyone,

unfortunately I am out for may so just joining on here. Currently AF but trying to remain positive for June (TTC cycle 6). I haven’t tried anything to aid fertility yet but I have just ordered conceive plus bundle (gel and tablets) as someone in the previous thread had a good experience was this. I’m not feeling very positive but figured what is there to lose? Has anyone else tried these? Sorry if it has been mentioned recently, I’m very new to the threads.

best of luck for this month everyone xx

@FlyHighSky72 I have been trying alcohol-free gin with tonic and I actually quite like it! I add a slice of lemon or lime to it to get the dry taste that I miss with regular gin. Heineken zero is also nice.

I am cd8 today. My flo app is predicting ov on cd 16 but I don't trust the app's predictions since the mc & chemical so have started testing myself already. Going by my pre-loss dates, I usually ov anywhere between cd 13 and 17.

Thanks @ForGiddyDreamer

6 DPO and light spotting, I have good progesterone levels so my first thought is implantation bleeding, but I had this one time before, also at 6 DPO and no pregnancy then. Anyone know what this means? :/

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 13:14

i second the gin I drank that when I was pregnant with my daughter and it literally tasted like a regular gin tonic 😍

anybody ever notice change in dischage early in cycle? only CD9 but noticed a change today...yesterday was creamy and this moning also creamy but increased amount and now it's mixture of creamy and stretchy cm..not clear but stretchy? does this mean i'm in my fertile window already?

Yes ☺️ CD9 is usually when I start to get my high readings so it could well be ovulation approaching for you. It's usually another 5/6 days before I ovulate. Hope this helps!

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 13:53

@Adca oh okay interesting thanks for this.. will have to see then 😍

HennyPenny27 · 26/05/2025 13:54

@Ec2808could be high in preparation for ovulation? Everyone is different, though I have found it useful to track the position of my cervix and the CM over the last 3 months to see what my body does around ovulation. Also the hole/entrance to the cervix is said to also feel more open at this time, similar to how it may do so during menstruation. Our bodies are are fascinating 🥰
Wishing you great success this cycle x

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 13:56

@HennyPenny27 that's what I thought..will have to see still at work so can't test LH but will start this evening have a feeling might ovulate earlier than CD14-15 this cycle! Thank you soo much really hope this cycle works! been trying for ' months but first month sadly ended in chemical...xx

Kayleaaa · 26/05/2025 14:28

So excited for all of you further along in your cycle! I'm CD4 so feel like I'm stuck in the waiting room of ttc 😂

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 14:29

@Kayleaaa I felt the exact same last week and I'm not much further than you tbh. I feel like we're in the waiting room all month 😂

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 14:31

it's always waiting isn't it? waiting for AF to End waiting for fertile window, waiting for LH peak waiting for bbt confirmation waiting to test and then waiting for line or period 😂why ??

Kayleaaa · 26/05/2025 14:31

A question for anyone that has had a chemical...
Am I okay to still try this month or do I need to take the month off? Still mentally grieving the chemical but trying to feel hopeful, but absolutely no clue if my body needs time? It was only 19DPO that I got AF so feel like that wasn't enough time to really have a big effect on my lining/cervix?

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 14:34

@Kayleaaa I had my chemical in March...my doctor told me to make sure my hcg levels went back down to 0. so I took two blood tests to make sure it went down...If you feel comfortable trying right away it's okay! it's up to you and what feels right forr you! Honestly I tried rigt away but I was an emotional wreck so I understand the way your feeling! and sending you hugs! xx

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 14:36

@Kayleaaa I feel like my body needed time..my cycles are a bit messed up...have to see this cycle but this is 3rd cycle after chemical..

peanutForever · 26/05/2025 14:36

@Muddysocks1ive only taken prog after a positive but ive heard that it mimicks pregnancy symptoms of taken before!

ive felt some really promising twinges today at 7dpo..Could all be in my head though, and i ordered some cheapies lol

Kayleaaa · 26/05/2025 14:41

@ec2808 I'm sorry you've been through one too ❤️ I feel like I didn't fully understand until having one. Stupidly signed up for loads of pregnancy websites so every time an email pops up I get a little tearful. It's just knowing what could have been? I only told one friend thankfully but DH was so excited he told everyone at his work.

Okay thankyou for the advice! I might track with my opks and if it seems messed up then I'll just leave it this month as a combo of an erratic cycle plus the emotions would just be too much!

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 14:47

@Kayleaaa so sorry for you too!! never understood heartbreak until it happened to me either...❤I had a feeling something was wrong from the beginning because the lines were not progressing...hubby was also devestated 😔
the cycle right after chemical for me was textbook cycle ovulation on CD14...but did not work that cycle...the second cycle I was completely obsessed and was peeing on sticks literally from CD1 sticking everything in a journal and once I found my peak literally ordering hubby to dtd....didn't do any good for my own nore the wellbeing of our couple. So this month taking ever day as it comes and just going to test lh to pinpoint approx when I ovulate but without hubby knowing so if feels more natural in a way..plus the extra stress really doesn't help

peanutForever · 26/05/2025 14:54

@BerrieSweetit could have been a failed implantation before, you never know..baby dust this time round and hoping it's implantation bleeding for you!

Kayleaaa · 26/05/2025 15:06

@ec2808 same here! After the bfp we we were certain the lines would get darker and kept blaming it on being too hydrated or dodgy tests, rather than accepting the truth.
Yes totally get it! It really is so bad for a relationship, like DH was feeling low and even said "I feel like you don't want me, you just want my sperm" and I was like oh god what am I doing to us?! Definitely doing the same with LH tests too this month, and try to make sure there's more intimacy all month rather than a surge around ovulation as although it's so hard on us women, I do think the partners also need support too! Something I'm realising now as my attitude was always "he must be loving it" and not that maybe it isn't fun to be told that we need to dtd every day even if we're tired, yknow?

BerrieSweet · 26/05/2025 15:14

peanutForever · 26/05/2025 14:54

@BerrieSweetit could have been a failed implantation before, you never know..baby dust this time round and hoping it's implantation bleeding for you!

Oh maybe 🤞🏼 Babydust to all of us ❤️

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 15:14

@Kayleaaa exactly! although I did also find that hubby didn't quite understand how I was soo affected by the situation I mean he admitted that it was sad but obviously it's not going on inside their body so they have no clue how it feels...but do agree hubby must of felt very used and does take all the fun out of it..positive vibes this month so fingers crossed! I would advise you to descretely try to pin point ovulation first cycle as it could be delayed you just never know after loss.. ❤

Kayleaaa · 26/05/2025 15:32

@ec2808 oh absolutely, I think they definitely get removed from it because it's not their body! The next day he sent me a cute video of parents coming home with their baby and I was like noooo do not do that I am not ready to see cute babies yet! I definitely wish we could switch bodies for a month so they could truly FEEL what we go through!
Yes positive vibes for this month! What CD are you on?

Ec2808 · 26/05/2025 15:35

@Kayleaaa ohnoooooo...I know they don't mean harm but arrrgh
mines the same he keeps saying it was meant to be this way that my body did the right thing and that's just not what we want to hear in that moment...
I wish the same would be far easier than trying to explain ourselves 😂
CD9 today so slowly heading towards my fertile window not sure if i'm going to take a sneaky LH test this evening or tomorrow morning 😂

LookForTheLiight · 26/05/2025 16:40

Coming along for the ride, first month ttc for our second. I’m approx 6 dpo but not 100% sure when I ovulated. It’s going slooowly!
