I second the Coq-10. Every reaserch I did recommended it. But also Vit D. I went to my GP for a blood panel send the husband as well. Worth it to check for any deficiency. If they don’t want to do it, just say you’re exhausted all the time, and that it’s not normal for you.

Thanks all. I think there is a high dose of CoQ-10 in Proceive Max, I started this last month but was on a lower form of CoQ-10 for past 7 months or so.
Thought I was feeling a lot better this week after reaching out on here but I'm 7dpo and cried in front of my reflexologist this morning. Only met her once, yikes!
Kind of just willing my period to come next week so I can get the HyCoSy done.
How is everyone else doing?

I’m weepy every time before BFP. Maybe you’re hormonal? Isn’t it crazy how welcome all the horrid side effects of pregnancy are if only it would mean a pregnancy?
In how I’m doing news.. Early miscarriage physically sucks, mentally I prefer it to not knowing and wondering and hoping. Today my NHS consultant called and said that she has to worn me that I’m 41 and IVF might not help. I f…ing went to them when I was 38! WTF?
On positive news BUPA usually covers up to £1500 for recurring miscarriage investigations. Not for fertility tests directly but more around thyroid, blood clots etc. Not NK cells or genes screening.

Hi @AgnesTTC sorry to hear this. NHS consultants can be quite blunt can't they! Mine told me to stop being stressed, but after a year of trying with no positive results wouldn't you be Dr?
It must be so hard experiencing this loss time after time. Wishing the best for the investigations, I'm really hopeful for you that one sticks xx

@Daniki how are you getting on? Hope your nausea is starting to ease now??

I had my booking in appointment this morning. Also had a small bit of brown spotting and cramping. Told them at the appointment and she contacted EPU for me and I have a scan with them on Friday. My husband can’t come so we’ve changed our private one from Monday to this Thursday 😩😩

@Marie1990xoh no! But look totally normal, and brown blood is old blood. How many weeks now 8/9? Try not panic, I know how hard that is tho. Any pain? My nausea seems to have gone this week which is great but of course wondering why 🙈 only 6 days til scan so waiting patiently for that!

@Daniki oh amazing that the nausea has gone! Bet it felt like it was never ending. 6 days until your 15w scan is it?? God absolutely flown! Haha it’s about right for it to go around now isn’t it?

Yeah it was just a little and haven’t had any since so hoping it’s okay. I’m getting slight cramping on and off though which is concerning too! Yep 8+3 according to my dates (9 weeks according to lmp)

@Marie1990xtry not worry about the cramping I’m still getting it now at this stage! 🙈 just all business down there I’m afraid 🤣 yep il be 14+4 at that scan! How’s your nausea etc? Xx

@Daniki yeah I’m trying to think positive. Really glad I managed to change my scan to Thursday so not long to wait. Think my mum is going to come to my EPU scan on Friday, said she didn’t want me going alone so hopefully my sister can have my daughter (mum usually has her on a Friday).

Nausea is hit and miss. Some days it’s not too bad and others (like today) it’s heftyyyyy 😅. I got some of the nausea bands and they have seemed to work a bit surprisingly.

Thats crazy you’re already that far ahead, will be saying you’re half way through within no time!

@Marie1990xthank god not long to wait! Have you had any more since? If not, that’s great! Iv had quite a few instances of spotting and bleeding this pregnancy so far! Great your mam can go with you it’s not nice to go to those things alone if worrying 🤞🏻

@Daniki yep just have to try keep myself busy tomorrow. Keep going to the loo to check but still nothing more 🤞🏻.

Yep definitely. That’s why we changed our private one for Thursday, in case I had to go on my own on Friday at least I should know what to expect having just had a scan the day before

@Daniki tell me about it, bloody awful isn’t it.

My “morning” sickness has progressed to unlocking a new level of including evening sickness. The last few days I’ve felt more nauseous in an evening, but just physically been sick now. In a weird way it makes me feel better than I’m being sick but obviously it’s disgusting 😅

@Marie1990xyea it’s horrible that’s how I was aswell so sick in the evenings so I would just go to bed 🤣

@Daniki haha yep I’ve been taking myself off to bed early when the nausea starts too. At the weekend I was in bed before my daughter 😂.

No signs of any spotting this morning and got my usual nausea 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Do you think you’ll be able to find out the gender at your next scan?

@Marie1990xthats great hope it stays that way and was just a one off! Prob not but my husband doesn’t want to find out anyway id love to 🤣 if I knew for definite id give it away tho im a terrible liar! I was in bed to 12.30 today I am crippled with migraines 🥺

@Daniki all good 🥰. Back to measuring where I expected at 8+5. He can’t see where the brown spotting came from so just said it must have been “one of those things in pregnancy” 😅

@Daniki definitely feel so much better. He even said if looks like I ovulated from my left side and that’s where I felt the definite twinge during ovulation so makes me believe even more it was then! The date aligns with that too. Crazy crazy times

@Daniki yeah going to have to still go, could do without it now 😅 but at least it’s in the morning so won’t be waiting around all day for it.

@Marie1990xsure if anything it be nice to see baby again! I’m struggling headaches and migraines so bad, really hoping it starts to ease soon as can’t really cope much longer and back to work next week 🙈 have my scan on Monday which I can’t wait for! My pelvis is really hurting aswell I’d say I have pelvic girdle pain so hoping they link me in with a physio or something 🙈
