@Daniki this time they actually found a subchorionic hematoma so that’s where the brown spotting came from. Said I might get some more and not to worry if I do.

I’ve been to the doctors today for my sickness, cannot keep anything down so he’s given me some medication, fingers crossed it works

@Marie1990xwell at least there is a reason for it and it’s so common! Ah I hope it works 🙏🙏🙏 yes I have my prescription migraine meds but I don’t like taking too many 🙈 stocked up on electrolytes so hoping that helps aswell and taking extra iron 🙈

@Marie1990xwent to update you and realised I hadnt replied! Had my booking app today, all went well great to see baby again, but I have high blood pressure. Was kind of expecting it with the headaches iv been having but it’s freaked me out nonetheless! Have to go back in on Thursday for monitoring. My boss will be delighted after us just being back to work this week 🤣🙈

@Daniki awww amazing you got to see baby again 🥰 when will the next time be now?

Oh no, another thing to contend with! How often will the monitor? Could they do/give anything to help?

I keep forgetting I’m even pregnant at the moment, these tablets the doctor gave me for sickness are incredible. Thankfully as my daughter is poorly and spiking fevers for the last few days so haven’t had time for pregnancy symptoms 😅

@Marie1990xah the poor thing! There’s awful bugs and stuff going round at the minute, my friends house is plagued with it it’s a wonder we haven’t had it yet as our children go to the same preschool! 🙈 that’s great, is it the cariban tablets? They’ve given me a beta blocker to take, and il see how I get on Thursday they might increase it or take me off it if my blood pressure is fine! But I don’t think it will be, I was so sick last night with a migraine and this morning. I honestly felt like I could feel the blood rushing through my body 🙈

@Daniki oh I hope it doesn’t enter your household, it’s torture isn’t it 😩. Hoping she’s well enough for nursery tomorrow, I need a break 😅.

He gave me Promethazine hydrochloride. They made me super spaced out at first but I think I’ve got the dosage right and they’re a dream.

Oh noooo I really hope you can get it sorted and stop these migraines too! You’re having such a rubbish time of it when you should now be enjoying your glowing trimester!

@Marie1990xah that sounds great you’re feeling better! I’m just in the hospital now for blood pressure monitoring think my first reading was ok so hopefully stays that way! Had another migraine yest and last night but thankfully has stayed away at the minute 🙏 but very sick the whole journey up the road to hospital getting sick in a bag 🤣 the joys! Hopefully I get to enjoy some of the glowing second trimester soon 🤣🤣

@Daniki how did the monitoring go? Hope it went well and you’re feeling better. Ohhh gosh nooo is the sickness still there?

@Marie1990xi went to reply the other day and got distracted, apologies! Went grand, my no was elevated but not as high so staying on the bp tablet and bought a monitor to test myself at home daily. How are you getting on? I’m still as sick with nausea and migraines 🙈 feel just miserable and then so guilty for feeling like that after all iv went through tk get here 🙈 how far along are ya now!?

oh perfect! At least you don’t have to keep going for checks. Omg no way you’re still getting nausea! Are you tempted to get some anti sickness tabs? That is rough!

I’m good thank you ☺️. Still taking my sickness tablets so not sure if it would have naturally worn off yet or not, I haven’t dared stop them yet.

11+5 according to LMP, 11+1 according to my guesstimate 😂. I have my NHS scan tomorrow so will hopefully get my confirmed due date. Looking forward to (hopefully, all being well) being able to tell people. I’m already showing so it’s getting harder to hide. They weren’t kidding when they say you show earlier with a second!

@Marie1990xI know it’s crazy, I was showing at 8 weeks! And I look ready to pop now 🤣🤣 oh how exciting 🙌🏻🙌🏻 hope all goes well, let us know 🥰 did they say when they will wean you off it or what way does it work? Not sure what to do it comes and goes, went to do the shopping today and was vomiting in the car before I went it in🤣

@Daniki haha mental isn’t it! Did you show early with your son? I’m sure I didn’t have a bump until at least 16 weeks 😂. How far are you now? When’s your next scan?

GP said once I’m in my second trimester at 13 weeks, try having them alternate nights rather than every night and see how I get on. Some evenings I start feeling nauseous around the time I’m due to take, but not sure if it’s all in my head lol.

Oh nooo I’d definitely be asking for something. It’s gone on from the get go hasn’t it, you poor thing!

@Marie1990xi don’t think I was showing until adound 20 weeks last time! And the round ligament pain etc is so annoying 🤣 il mention it at my next app but its definitely doesn’t occur as much as it used to! I’m 16+4 now, my anomaly scan isn’t until I’m 23 weeks but I have a clinic app around 19
weeks and i think they will scan me then 🙌🏻

@Daniki it’s such a delightful time isn’t it 😅. Hopefully you’re getting your fair share now and have a smooth remainder.
Oh hopefully they will scan you at the clinic. The gaps between scans are so long, no wonder people spend a fortune on private ones.

I’m starting with scanxiety now. Hoping we get to see an actual baby shape this time rather than just a blob 😅

@Marie1990xOh you defo should! What time is your scan? 🙌🏻🙌🏻 im hoping by the next one they can see on abdominal scan even at the one at 15 weeks we had to do an internal as iv a retroverted uterus 🤣

@Daniki it was this morning, all fine and measuring bang on where I thought at 11+2, so official EDD is 29th November 🥰. Feel like I can relax a bit now. Baby was soooo active and basically bouncing off the walls of my womb 😅.
Booked my gender scan too now for the 7th June, 3 weeks on Saturday can’t come quick enough 😅.

No way! That’s such a ballache having to have internal all the time. Hopefully your next one can be abdominal. I haven’t had any internal, they tried but I’d always asked to attempt abdominal first and always managed to find what was what

@Marie1990x i didn't think they would do gender scans so early? happy days! your due date is the day before my bday :D so baby will have to be called Daniki of course! yea really hoping it will be, at the last one you could see baby but not very clear and looked really far away or something!

@Daniki that’s so annoying about the internal wall the time! Fingers crossed for next time. Especially considering how easy baby is picked up from like 10 ish weeks “normally” bet it’s so frustrating.

Haha yea I’ll have to have you as a name sake! Yeah most places here is 15 weeks privately, I’ll be dead on 15 so hopefully they’ll be able to find it 😂.

@Marie1990xgod I feel like your pregnancy has flew 🤣 let the rest of it fly!(for both of us) is your SCH gone did they notice? No we won’t find out as hubby doesn’t want to know but I’m just assuming it’s a girl from the sonographer guessing it at the private 12 weeks one 🤣 plus it such a diff pregnancy than my son it must be!

@Daniki I was talking about this with my mum saying can’t believe it’s practically 12 weeks always, crazy!

She said she couldn’t see anything so assumes it has been absorbed. Although she couldn’t see my ovaries either 😂.

ahhh yes of course they’d already guessed hadn’t they.

It’s funny I’m having a super different pregnancy too, but all my symptoms point to girl, but if it’s so different I’d assume a different gender. Who knows!

@Marie1990xis it cariban you’re taking for the sickness and are you still on it? My friend has loads left over and just dropped me down some as I was vomiting all last night and it’s just started back up again 🙈 iv no doctors app until Friday week so scared about whether to take them or not but I can’t handle any more vomiting 🤣

@Daniki no I have Promethazine Hydrochloride. It’s an antihistamine but said it’s one that works the best for HG. It is great but does make you a bit spaced out and drowsy 😅.
just googled and that one you mentioned seems to be specifically for pregnancy, so I don’t see a harm in taking it? I’m not surprised you can’t handle any more it’s been none stop hasn’t it!

@Marie1990xoh is right I remember you saying that name before! 🙈 yea these ones have an antihistamine too I see, does yours take long to kick in? Have you stopped now!? Yea it’s non stop at the min couldn’t go to work today, iv also got a hernia behind my stoma aswell which happened me in my first pregnancy so not helping 🙈

@Daniki I take it on an evening before bed so it helps me sleep and by the time I’m next to eat or drink it’s kicked in. The first day I took them it took a couple hours I’d say. I was at a point where I couldn’t even keep water down, took one and a couple hours later I managed to almost finish a Big Mac 😅.

Oh bless you you’re not having a smooth ride! Have you taken one? I’d probably just take them tbh, could potentially be what you’ll end up getting prescribed.

Nope I haven’t stopped yet. I’m too scared to 😅. I’m going to give it another week and then I’ll be in 2nd trimester (how so quick!?!?) so I’ll try then. He’d said to skip a day and gradually wean off
