Hi there,

I am taking Clexane at the moment, once I've administered a dose in my stomach I press the top to close the needle and a little squirt comes out, is this bad? Does it mean I'm not getting the full dosage? Not sure why it happens, please can someone shed some light. Many thanks.

I'm ok @Peaches1407 I've had some scares last week, just trying to keep positive. Sorry I'm checking in, don't feel like you need to update or anything. Hope your NIPT was ok.

Oh no please do check in! Hope you're okay? Do you mind me asking what happened? The NIPT was fine, I had the NHS one as well. Xx

I'm okay but will probably feel better after 20 week scan. I thought I'd start enjoying earlier but just a bag of nerves, not sure when I'll be really fully believing it's going to happen, maybe 36 weeks? I had bleeding, quite a bit. Hoping it's not signalling bad news. Glad your NIPT and NHS results were good 👍🏻

Oh no sorry to hear that. Are you able to have pelvic rest as much as possible?

Try not to worry, it's easy for me to say but try to get through this period as calmly as possible. I know what you mean, it's such a shame that we can't believe in this or enjoy this period. Please try to keep some belief that this will happen for you xxx

@Peaches1407 I'm good thanks. I am 31+3 weeks, I feel unprepared. I remember you mentioned you're based in London, if you want to keep in touch let me know (no pressure). Hope you're doing ok!

Hope you're well @Peaches1407

Hi there! I'm so so sorry for my late reply. It's been an eventful few weeks. We've welcomed our daughter! She came at 37 weeks due to me getting preclampsia, she's been on SCBU for just over a week to get her weight up and learn how to feed because she was only 4lbs when born. We hope to be going home today. How are you doing?
