Morning @Ella31 I'm OK, off on my jollys today. DPO 6 for me. Took a test this morning I already knew the outcome but I do it everytime I go on holiday so I can have a cocktail or 10. BFN for me. How you feeling xx

11dpo bfn sadly. Af should be here tomorrow. It's disappointing again. Onto month 6 now.

11dpo bfn. Af should be here tomorrow. Onto month 6. I had a very emotional few days with the month that's in it. I met people and we were talking about ttc and all that. I explained how worried I was as this is the longest it's ever taken me and kindly they said the fact I'm only 6 months post partum, lost the boys, the grief and even just hormonally after twins is a lot. That I need to relax and it will happen.

But that's the trigger word for me. Relax. How, how is anyone supposed to relax. I always find it's people who ttc has been relatively without drama saying this.

I think a lot of what they said is totally correct, but you're right being told to relax is one of the most annoying things to be told. It doesn't magically work like that, and adds even more pressure! I have no doubt you'll get pregnant again, it's a matter of when not if ❤️

You had some tests at the doctor's to check everything if I remember correctly? Would going back to them be any help?

I only had the basics after the boys but I think their view is that I got pregnant with twins and carried a healthy pregnancy up to 6 months ago is not a cause for concern.

I am on the list for checks though as I begged my gp last month just for reassurance but that can take 3 months to be called.

Af just came. Absolutely devastated.

I can't guarantee there isn't of course, but given you have birth only 6 months ago or so, I wouldn't be surprised if it took slightly longer. Your body may not have been ready for a few months❤️

All you can do is keep trying whilst pushing for as many tests as you can xx

I'm convinced I'm out as I'm sure I didn't O when Flo predicted- just didn't really have any of the EWCM etc. hubby left on Thurs morning (we managed a quickie first 😂) and Friday/Sat I did think I felt a bit "wetter" than usual, so it's crossed my mind perhaps I ovulated later than predicted.
Feel a bit off today, ever so slightly nauseous but telling myself I'm not- plus if I am it's likely a bug as my kids seem under the weather!

AF should be arriving next weekend so I'll just hold out til then.
So frustrating that it's not happened since Nov when we have been trying so hard

@RaisingCornishWildlings It makes no sense why it happens for some. I really hope it does. I've my fingers crossed.

I don't know about you. But it's gotten me down so much that it's impossible to understand the just relax and it will happen mindset.

@Ella31 So sorry af has arrived.

Cd8 here and my LH is rising, which means a very early ovulation and I have no hope for this cycle.

Hopefully its just rising and you'll peak in a few days. Mine always rises around then. It's fluctuates so don't worry

@Ella31 I'm so sorry I was really hoping this was your cycle. I'm not sure if it would help at all but have you tried acupuncture? If anything it may help relax you, I've heard a lot of good things about it for fertility. My partner goes for issues he has with pain and thinks it's great, it is quite expensive though.

I'm in my fertile window now and lh starting to rise so I think I'll probably ovulate on Tuesday as predicted.

@ThelastRolo20 how are you feeling?

I'm actually doing it. Started 7 weeks ago. I find it great but I wonder if this grief and longing is stronger than it, if that makes sense

I'm doing okay thank you - what will be will be. I feel like I have imposter syndrome for pregnancy, I don't think I can say I'm pregnant until that 12 week scan is done.

Going for one between 8 and 9 weeks hopefully 🤞🏻

@ThelastRolo20 will the hospital scan you because of your previous losses? When will your due date be? I'm so happy for you, I really hope your pregnancy progresses well 💕

And when you get to the 12 weeks and keep thinking I will, you will breathe but rest assured everything you are feeling now is normal.
