Anyone want to join? I'm going insane!! I'm not sure whether it's because it will be our last chance to have a baby in 2024 or that this is our 5th cycle so if AF comes it then marks half a year of trying, but I'm struggling this cycle. Need distraction! Lol

I can't bring myself to go mining for my cervix, I don't need more reasons to drive myself crazy 😅

I cannot feel my cervix at all, as deep as my reach will go. Which presumably means it's high or I have absolute stub digits. Maybe both!

It's so annoying being on holiday and not knowing if I can drink. Had to have juice in a lovely wine bar.

Love Athens so far. Heading to Kefalonia on Thursday. Still thinking about all this though! Even had a dream about it. True insanity.

@sirensong enjoy a glass of wine love! In years gone by people would drink the whole way through, in more recent years they wouldn't know they were pregnant until missed period and in many parts of the world they still have the odd glass right through pregnancy....it won't prevent a pregnancy occuring but regular boozing can affect birth weight.

My first, I had a weekend in Dublin (enough said) and tested on the Monday....oops!

So I think my cervix is high and soft (but it's the first time I've checked) and I have egg white mucus.... Is that good? I've never tracked like this before 🙈

I am 3dpo, cramps on both sides and mood swings/seem very emotional about the prospect of waiting until Monday to test... Maybe all just a bit overwhelming though. We tried HI for the first time this month as DH suffers from a bit of ED and it was all getting a bit stressful....so hoping this works better for us. We got pregnant first time with our first, but that was 5yrs and 2 stone ago 🙈

@Cherry85 im 5dpo and have had EWCM from 3dpo! Ironically non around my positive opk this cycle which is all very odd !

That’s too funny. I love when my partner checks for my cervix, it feels like a team effort 🤣 but now I’m worried about infection so I just stopped

Very weird but I thought I was around 3/4 dpo but tonight I’ve just had a very strong positive opk. I’m not actually entirely sure when/if I ovulated yet. All I know is I’ve had consistent cramps, sore nipples, and ovulation symptoms for about a week. So either it failed and it’s trying again now, or I don’t know what is going on. But oh well, partner and I dtd anyway 😂

I’ve been caught out before due to thinking I ovulated and then missing the egg cos we stopped having sex, so we gotta keep it up 🤣

@Plumchumm maybe body is having a second go. Good to get busy just in case. My aim is to DTD every other day this cycle then daily over ov and then continue alternate days. Bloody knackered 🤣

Cycle 4 TTC number 1 and 5dpo.

I know it's super early for symptoms but I am experiencing hot flushes and nausea to the point where I'm retching down the toilet bowl.

anyone else had similar symptoms around this time? X

You made me laugh @ToeBeans24 . As this month was a surprise, we've been throwing caution to the wind and have been DTD a lot more than normal, so I feel your exhaustion 😆hoping it works out for you xx

Welcome @onethingonly, hope this is the month for you. I'm 7dpo and I'm starving today, and feel nauseous, but I'm wondering if that's to do with progesterone levels at this point in my cycle? BFN Tthis morning but still cramping on my left side though and feel bloated and exhausted.

This is a public service announcement to those who don't track your cervix- DON'T START 😂😂 I checked mine this morning and it's very high and soft. Needless to say my mood is on cloud 9 and I'm suddenly feeling very hopeful again. Don't put yourself through it ladies haha!

Also, can anyone help as I'm honestly unsure if I'm 7dpo and 8dpo. I got a static smiley last Monday evening and went for a private scan on the Tuesday morning (like a fertility MOT due to some complications at birth) and the sonographer said she couldn't tell if I had ovulated or if I was about to, as my follicle was really big. So big enough that I could have ovulated already. I decided to count that as the day I actually ovulated so putting myself at 7dpo today but then I read 1dpo is the day after your peak? Oh, the confusion!

@Ontheflipside_ too late - after all the cervix hunting chat I went digging this morning 🤣🫣. Mine remains so high I can barley feel it.

I use the CB smiley one and I always count day after static as Ov so I’d put you as 7dpo today.

Something new for me to obsess over now - Fitbit heart rate. Anyone monitor? Don’t know if it means anything but know there are countless threads on MN about heart rate rising after ov before bfp. Well mine rose from 6DPO last month and clearly wasn’t preg. The month of my chemical it declined after ov.

I have taken my watch off this month as I was obsessing over my HR. In my last pregnancy it definitely rose and remained high throughout the 9 months. I know this is rich coming from the cervix mining queen, but maybe take it off. It's so easy to feel crap if it doesn't rise/stay high and it could truly be nothing

I don't remember it being this complicated in sex ed at school 😅

@Ontheflipside_ thank you. I always find something to stress and obsess over then hate myself for it after. A previous pregnancy other than my chemical (tho I have no DC) it deffo stayed high after ov and rose significantly after implantation at 9dpo. Worry myself that it’s no going up means I didn’t even ov. Waaaaah why can’t we know instantly if we’ve been successful. The TWW is a form of torture I’m certain.

Can I ask your opinion on my BFN? I got an evap line- the line was actually whiter, but it's playing on my mind. I've posted on the other chat I'm on, but might try a "line eyes" thread to see if it's a dodgy batch. You need to zoom in

@onethingonly I was like that first time round - did you ever notice it with the pill? I was super sensitive to the hormones and it used to make me nauseous so got that symptom super early on.

@Hopethisendswell i love a lines eye thread. I spend my evening scrolling on them. Sad I know. Sorry but I can’t see anything on yours. Can you try inverting it at all??
