P.s part of me wants to come onto a flow because on Saturday I had a bit of an accident and got carried away and drank a lot of alcohol at my besties engagement party ( I was feeling a bit self destructive and didn't expect to catch so soon after a mc) not that I have caught but you know what I mean

@Rockyslife If you are pregnant I’m sure all will be fine re alcohol!
with my first I wasn’t trying he was my little whoopsy baby 🤣 and the weekend before I found out I drank so much alchohol I was certain my little boy would come out drunk! The midwife reassured me all would be fine!

Sorry for your loss. There's so much at play when you have a loss. Your body is recovering so it's very likely your cycle will be out of whack for a while. I know it's triggering to see a bfn, it also might take a while to get pregnant or could happen very fast. I don't want to advise you to take a test if its traumatising for you, but you seem so anxious understandably that it might calm you from worrying.

I was similar to you. My period symptoms were not there and I did test after test all BFN. I did have a period started 29/2 I mc on 2/2. My period was very light only on wiping and was more pink or brown then red. But that stopped I’m now doing my opk and coming up to ovulation. It takes a while and I think my lining wasn’t thick enough this month.

take it easy I spent a fortune on tests all to be negative and that was so hard. But I know people that fell straight away

@Rockyslife I was the same last month and didn’t end up testing until day 34. I was actually pregnant but it was a chemical/early miscarriage in the end. I’m glad I left testing until later as I had less time thinking I was pregnant before the bleeding started. But if you feel really stressed about it it might be better to go for it and get it over with.

I’m just coming up to ovulation in this cycle although I’d be very surprised to catch again immediately but we’re giving it a go. Good luck to everyone testing soon 🤞.

@Rockyslife Hi sorry to hear you're having a tough time. Id probably do a test if your cycles are usually shorter because then at least you know either way! I know my cycles varied for a few months but in your situation I'd have tested I think. X

What DPO are you now? Do you feel like AF is coming? Any chance you're just a few days out and so still early?

If not then go easy on yourself (I recommend wine) then at least know you're in good company with a few others of us who will still be here next month too!

@Onthedouble123 I’m 12 dpo and af due in 2 days. I do bbt and I check my cervix and cervical mucus so at most I might be just a day behind.

Hey guys, thank you all so much for your comments, it just helps to have a chat about it sometimes because I have so many crazy thought that I don't think hubby gets. I haven't tested yet because I feel cramps, I feel very achy back etc so surely by Saturday I'll come on if I am going too, no bleeding yet to go with the cramps. I just feel like I have secrete hope and if I test and don't see what happens with my pms symptoms and I'm not it's just going to upset me more, where as if a flow comes I will be able to accept that better.. dont know if that makes sense 😂 I'll update you all either way. I am not holding my breath as it took three years to even get one bfp so to get one 8 weeks after a MC it would probably be unlikely xx

Hmm, I’ve tested again this morning at 6am and the line is just as faint as it was on Tuesday. That doesn’t seem a good sign? I had to go to the loo at 3.30-4am, so is it possible I just used up my FMU then and that’s why the test is faint? I’m 15DPO today according to FF. TIA 💐

@meepthebeep how faint is faint? Some people always stay relatively light compared to others who get dye stealers.
Can you get a digital to check what that says? Keeping my fingers crossed for 🤞🏻🤞🏻💕💕

Thanks so much @Onthedouble123 - I’ve posted a pic here because I totally get that not everyone on this thread might want to look at test pics. I’ll get a digital when I do the shop later and try again tomorrow. I was hoping to see a bit of progression by now and have got really strong lines on this brand before 😕

Still no sign of a flow for me, I am going to be brave and test today because it's making me go crazy as my body is telling me I am pregnant because it's mean!🤣🤣🤣

I caught again straight after my chemical @bluebunny2 with my twins. So it can happen, what I would say is assume it won't as the pressure could be triggering for you. Xxx

@meepthebeep just looked at your pic. Decent line but would you get a frer or clearblue, I reckon it would be stronger on those

What dpo are you @emmatcc1 , I'm 9dpo. Negative test today.

@Ella31 I was 12 dpo yesterday when I tested but then this morning my bbt is still high and af is due tomorrow. My bbt always drops a day or two before af. A bit confused but we’ll see tomorrow.

Well that is encouraging that its staying high for you xxx is Af due tomorrow?

I'm finding bbt so difficult plus mine isn't that high. I'm like 35.90 pre ovulation and roughly 36.20 post. It seems so low.

@Ella31 Yeah af due tomorrow.
My pre ov temp is around 36.3 and post is 36.8-37. This morning was 36.8.

Did anyone else notice extreme symptoms around ovulation the first cycle after their loss?

It’s my first ov after a CP last month and my symptoms have been so extreme. I never get sore boobs at ovulation but they are so sore and I definitely had more EWCM this time too.

Is it because hormones are higher or something ??

@ToeBeans24 I had more ewcm and ovulation pain which I never get and I was also nauseous.

@ToeBeans24 I have had cramps for the last week convinced it was my period but I started getting ewcm a couple of days ago so it must be gearing up to ovulation time for me! It was 4 weeks ago I had surgery for my miscarriage. Still negative opks but I'm going to keep d2d and testing. I never normally have any cramps around ovulation.
