Sorry if I've forgotten anybody, I realise most of you guys have had your BFPs and there's only a few off us left waiting, but at least you know the thread is here so come back and keep us updated with all your lovely pregnancy stories 😊 For those of us still here, hopefully it won't be too much longer 🙏💖 xx

@Sez281 surly all of them crnt be evaps and if they are that's just awful mind games for you!! Could be somthing if your only 11 dpo xx

@Westy22 I really don't want to get your hopes you but u have classic signs. That tiredness was a massive symtom for me with my first and the sensations is a good one too you could of just implanted later so it's not over yet xx

Tbh @Jadeypie it was the reason I tested with my last pregnancy as I was so tired at work but I just dunno this time im telling myself its just pure exhaustion from Christmas, I'm hoping it's late implantation but I'm not a lucky person 🤣 I'm mentally preparing for AF to hit me by tomorrow.

@Jadeypie I'm really unlucky with evaps. So many cycles I've had them on different tests. I think I'm testing too early and sometimes it picks up the teeniest bit of something like attempted implantation that doesn't happen. I need to stop testing so early 🙈

Anyway I think I'm out this month as had big temp drop this morning (10dpo) I'd say AF will arrive later today or tomorrow. So pinning my hopes on you @Westy22 , hopefully they are signs and it is late implantation 🤞 xx

Oh and @Westy22 maybe try a boots pink dye. They're much better than Clearblue. I only used that one as I found it in my drawer from months ago 😂

You've described exactly what I think my body does...starts it and then it fails. So whenever I think I've got a whisper of something it fades away @Sez281 I was going to mention to my GP next time I see her and see if they suggest taking anything. I started to wonder whether I have estrogen dominance as I have a few of the symptoms.

Haha I will, anyone else get paranoid that the people who work in boots, poundland and savers are starting to recognise you when you go for tests 🤣🤣🤣

@Westy22 I try to go to different boots each time for that reason 🙈😂
I definitely think that my short LP is a major factor. I'm going to say it to the consultant on Tuesday. I'm hoping she says I should start taking the progesterone from 3DPO like @xxcxdonxx instead of when I get a BFP as I don't think anything is getting a chance to stick 😕 I'm a bit disappointed that AF is on the way as we gave it everything this cycle but on the plus side we booked a trip to Iceland for next month so that's something to look forward to 🤷‍♀️ Still hoping for you 🤞 xx

@Westy22 I'd also go to different Boots for tests, I live in a small town so when I was in the city for work I'd stock up 😂

Does anybody want COQ10 and Folate tablets? I bought them after reading It Starts With The Egg following my loss, hard to say how much of a role they played but I did get pregnant again second cycle after the loss.
They are both about half full and I'll gladly send them for free to one of you if you dm me your address. They are pricy so would rather they not go to waste/you guys spend money on them if you're planning to.

@everyone Lol ...got abit lost in all that above. Sure ive not been gone that long lol.... these evaps have definatley put me off testing early. Was going to start but dont think ill bother. Like wtf..... how can you both have e vap s lol @Westy22 daft question but wudnt they have seen something on the scan babywise? Dont wana be a downer on you. Genuine question lol @Sez281 think the temping is spot on for knowing when af is coming. My temp drops everytime significantly 1 or 2 days before. Any progress with your tests tho. If when you guys get progesterone, let me know the brand, think am gona just buy my own lol am waiting for af now to book the hsg (tube dye scan) think ill be due wkend. Cant remember who said above about it failing each time. I feel the same. I never knew the whole process the egg goes thr even before implantation. So the symptons i get feel like they did when i got pregnant last...then af comes instead of a postive test... just a mockery each mth.. been a yearly nearly since i last got pregnant... flown by in misery 🤣... am sure av missed ppl off in this 🤔.. ooo @SnookyPook ace photo and defo good sign. @Sez281 @Westy22 it is disappointing when you know you’ve done everything. That’s one of the things I said to the consultant, that I felt I didn’t have enough time for anything to implant. In my experienced medical opinion of course 🤣

I’ve to take cyclogest @Supertrooper101 , 2x 200mg from CD18 for 10 days then switch to 2x 400mg if it’s a positive test. Can’t say I’m looking forward to using these either. This podcast I listened to said each month your body thinks it’s pregnant and prepares for that until it finds out it’s not. So it’s not us going mad, all the symptoms are there, it’s just cruel biology!

@xxcxdonxx i do beleive that pod cast cos i dont get any pms on the cycles i didnt do the deed around ovulation... i asked again about progesterone but they said no, only when you get a postive cos it will mess with my cycles....ill ask a different one lol where are you in your cycle now. Will you be using it soon

My gp wouldn’t prescribe it @Supertrooper101 , she said it would need to come from a consultant and she was initially saying from a positive test too. Have you tried seed cycling? Certain seeds to promote hormones at certain points in your cycle. I tried it and got pregnant the same month, might have been a complete coincidence though and it obviously didn’t result in a successful pregnancy for me. I’m only Cd 10 so a bit to go but have been feeling really crampy and LH tests are high but not positive so maybe I’m on track for an earlier ovulation this month, who knows!

So my bbt was right and AF arrived today 😕 @Supertrooper101 I've been prescribed cyclogest like @xxcxdonxx but mine is only from BFP. I've also been prescribed baby aspirin. Like you say @xxcxdonxx it can throw you a bit when you take it from 2/3dpo because it mimics all the symptoms and you AF won't come until you stop. (I took it last Feb before MMC) I think with my luteal phase being so short 9/10 days I definitely need something before BFP so I'm going to say it to consultant on Tuesday. I think she will also prescribe me Leterazol but that's meant to be taken from cd3 I think and I'll be cd5 so might have to wait a month 😕

@xxcxdonxx seed cycling...pumpkin/flax first part seasame sunflower second part.....may have googled it once or twice 🤣.. this is my 1st cycle seeing it thr tho. 9dpo and only mild pms compared to what ive had all last year and my ovulation was cd15 i think which is better then the day 18 its been the last 3 mths so ill be interested to see when i come on. Ive not spotted in a few cycles now tbh, and looking back, it ties in with coming off pre natals 🤷‍♀️ . I just take a multivitamin and alllllll the extras. Be interesting to see what your scary lady dr says @Sez281 think she was adamant you would be pregnant by now wasnt she. Maybe try the seed cycling too 🙂.

No updates from me @Sez281

Still no AF and I'm CD 32 which is my longest cycle so far for the last 13 months, starting to freak me out as I've had lower back ache and cramping most days which is unusual for me. Noticed the tiniest amount of light brown tinged CM but I mean it was hardly anything. Both apps are saying I'm late but I'm still getting negative tests.x

Starting to wonder if I've had a chemical or something and maybes that's delayed everything? But don't have much experience with them x

@Sez281 sorry to hear about af arriving! You must feel abit but as us ladies do it's onto the next cycle have a bottle of wine and some chocolate it always helps! Also how have u found temping I might give it ago I am awake at 6 every day thanks to my toddler so it would be consistent haha

@Westy22 it's so so frustrating when af is late it's unfair it's like your body is playing evil tricks isn't it! Have u toom anything new this cycle to prolong it if your tests r neg?

@Supertrooper101 I've got myself some new vitimins just multi ones to try got all kinds in was shocked with the size of the tablets ha hoping it picks me up I feel knackered all the time. Good that the spottings stopped!!

@xxcxdonxx that seed thing has completely gone over my head 🤣🤣🤣

@Jadeypie the only difference this cycle is the acupuncture I had before ovulation 😩 and dtd more often 🙈

@Westy22 Ugh sorry to hear that, it's so frustrating. With my chemical in July I was getting fairly clear positives before they got lighter and then AF arrived about 10 days later. Hopefully this isn't the case for you. You never know you might get a late BFP 🤞 xx

@Supertrooper101 Oh I'm dreading meeting scary doctor lady again 🙈😂 I know she's going to tell me to lose weight but hopefully she gives us a positive plan too. I'm not planning on the seed cycling route yet like you and @xxcxdonxx but who knows in a few months 😂 Are you not tempted to test on 9DPO? I already would have! lol x

@Jadeypie I've just finished my second month of bbt and I'm weirdly enjoying it 😂 As crazy as it sounds I love the science behind it and it seems to correspond with my opks and ovulation. Well actually it's t says that I ovulate the exact same day as I peak on strip test so that's interesting as I always thought I had another day in fertile window but it just goes to show 🤷‍♀️ You definitely have to be consistent with times etc but that shouldn't be too hard with your 6am wake-up's 😂 xx
