Sorry if I've forgotten anybody, I realise most of you guys have had your BFPs and there's only a few off us left waiting, but at least you know the thread is here so come back and keep us updated with all your lovely pregnancy stories 😊 For those of us still here, hopefully it won't be too much longer 🙏💖 xx

Oh @xxcxdonxx sounds like it's on the way 🙏, hopefully the GP was able to send it over. Will be interested to see how you find it. I only took it from my BFP in March but never during ovulation. Also I had pessaries you're getting gel yeah? Sounds less messy 🤞😂

@SnookyPook ill have a look. Amazons getting a bit pricey. Theres a test to see what the quality is like by breaking up a capsule....still havent done it lol @Sez281 id laf my arse off if your fella just forwards the e mail to you without even looking at them 🤣... honestly dont know why this guy said ivf. Even if it did happen, am sure there will be a long waiting list so so even more impossible for it to be a success...shall we fly to turkey and grab a couple of doner eggs 🤔 lol think am 5dpo...@xxcxdonxx i think i would prefer the gel....unless that goes up you too, then maybe the tablet form lol @Sez281 do you have it for after ovulation too? If it works for you two am just gona buy some of iherb lol

@Supertrooper101 She never sent them, I'm not calling again. I'm so afraid of her 😂 Went to my gp for day 21 bloods this morning, she knows my consultant and said she's the best there is and has no doubt she'll have us pregnant soon, the nurse in the hospital said the same so I'll take the direct/scary manner if she's that good 😂 Yeah I'm on the progesterone from when I get BFP. I took it before MMC (just because my GP is phenomenal and prescribed it "just in case" given my age etc . I actually found it fine once I lay down with my legs up for a while and wore a panty liner after. A lot of people say to insert one before bedtime which makes sense. I'll take the messiness/awkwardness any day if we can just get this BFP 🙏 Really bad cramps this evening 6/7dpo so not feeling hopeful 😕

🤣@Sez281 hows she scary. Do you think she will tell you off for impatiant lol we all need a phenominal dr lol i dont think ill need this progesterone. Am nearly 42, this baby thing aint gona happen lol gona get an american bulldog called leo instead lol ive got a pathetic feeling sorry for me cold so its either masking my usual pms at this stage dpo6 or its not happening. Which ties in with august. I was away so never dtd and had zero pms. This cycle i had the gel up me, condom on the scan probe and whatever else flushed in me so all that would have killed any sperm i wud have fort. So back to the theory...my pms is only there/bad, when we dtd ttc around ovulation. Strange , but seems to be how its playing out. So is the egg getting proded but failing to go any further and thats why i get ill, or is it a coinedence twice....🤔.... in january are you there to discuss ivf then? Do you need me to fly over and give you a mentel push for the appointment lol

@Supertrooper101 you crack me up 🤣 I'd love you to fly over and ask all the questions 😂 I think she makes me nervous as she's so direct and doesn't show any sort of empathy. I wouldn't mind but in my line of work I've to be the same but outside of it I'm a wuss 🙈😂 I think the plan is to start the ivf ball rolling after 3 months of ovulation induction such as Clomid or Leterazol which I'll start in January I think. So hopefully they work and won't need ivf 🙏

Don't be planning a home for Leo just yet! Did you not say you used a turkey baster after the flush out? If so then you never know! 🤷‍♀️ Also I've gone down loads of rabbit holes and it seems you're super fertile for up to 3 cycles after procedure like that. I'm sure the cold has knocked you a bit, allow yourself to wallow a bit and feel shit cos it is but then dust yourself off and keep on fighting until you've exhausted all avenues 💪 xx

Having a bit of a nightmare @Sez281 I called the gp back and explained I needed it quickly so they were good and pushed it through quickly. My pharmacy said they would call today when it was available but I hadn’t heard so I called them to check in and they have said that there is a manufacturing issue with it and I need to get an alternative. I’ve quickly called the gp again but I’ve not heard back so I’m assuming they haven’t managed to get hold of their own pharmacist to get an alternative.
So now I need to wait until Monday 😩 I’m meant to take it following a positive opk and I’m pretty sure that will be tomorrow based on today’s. I feel like the world is against me at times and i‘m not destined to have this baby!

@xxcxdonxx Oh no 😣 Was definitely from a positive opk that you've to take it? I always thought it was from either 3DPO (to give the swimmers a chance to get through first) to 12dpo.... or else after a BFP like in my case. Hopefully you'll get it first thing Monday morning either way 🤞 xx

@Sez281she didn’t actually say how many dpo but just following a positive opk. I know a few days won’t make too much difference but it all just feels so time pressured at the moment!
I might go to a bigger pharmacy just to check if they happen to have it in stock and if not hopefully get an alternative early next week 🤞🏻

@xxcxdonxx I think it is a couple of days after ovulation so you should be fine, definitely try not to let yourself feel under pressure, easier said than done I know xx

@Sez281 so the clomid etc, baffles me a little that, if your already ovulating, how wud those meds make any difference? I think for the cystocopy, if they removed polyps etc that wud make you more fertile, they just looked around in me lol @xxcxdonxx exactly how am feeling re the world being against you. Its consuming and tbh, i dont think ive let myself come to terms with the mmc yet. Its all just flying by cycle by cycle gloom by gloom lol

@Supertrooper101 I don't really get it either to be honest. I always thought it was for people who aren't ovulating (actually there were definitely a few cycles that I didn't but she doesn't know that 🤔) I'll be interested to see what my progesterone comes back at tomorrow to confirm it.

I totally know what you mean about not dealing with the MMC properly. I was lucky enough to have had a big trip to Asia booked not long after it so that was a distraction (albeit an amazing one) then we came back and went straight back into trying again and I went into obsessive mode) I have gotten upset a couple of times when talking about it though so I think that's healthy 🤷‍♀️

Hope everyone is doing ok, I'm in a weird position today.. my Premom app is saying I'm one day late which is crazy to see 🙈 I'm only 10/11 dpo depending on whether I go by bbt or opks so all tests are BFN. I've a feeling AF will show later today as I never gotten passed an 11 day LP but if the procedure has extended it a bit then that's something at least 🤷‍♀️ Was really hoping for a Christmas miracle but don't think it's going to happen 😕

@Sez281 @Supertrooper101 totally relate to that, I’ve been obsessively TTC ever since and no clue where the rest of year has went or how we have got to Christmas already.
Great news if your procedure has extended your LP but even better if it turned out to be something else.
I got my prescription today, managed to hunt down a chemist that could order it so collected this morning. So we shall see how that goes.

Does anyone else get themselves in a panic about actually getting pregnant? I’ve got an interview this week for a promoted role and I think it’s got me in a bit of a head spin about how long I would be in the role if I did get pregnant, what I would miss out on when on maternity. I know I’m getting ahead of myself 🤣

@xxcxdonxx I think our ttc minds automatically go into auto pilot when trying to plan ahead with work stuff or holidays etc. I've a few things on next year and I'm like oooh how many months would I be then potentially 🧐🙈 And yes I don't know where the year has gone!!

The GP called with my progesterone results and it's 38 which I'm delighted with as anything over 30 confirms ovulation.

@Supertrooper101 my OH got the results today and sent them on. I haven't had much time to study them properly but they look really good from what I've seen, he's delighted saying that he has super sperm 🙄😂

Still no sign of AF this evening. I'm trying not to symptom spot or get my hopes up but if it hasn't arrived tomorrow I'll test. Fairly sure it will arrive as soon as I do though 🤷‍♀️

@xxcxdonxx glad you got your prescription 😊 I totally get what your saying about panicking over getting pregnant, with my mc I had only been in my role for one month in a new store and actually thought my new boss was going to murder me lol now I totally don't care as I just want it to happen lol although I need to be off next Christmas so need to time it 🤣

I have no idea what my cycle is doing 🙈 I'm cd7 and have had cramps, burning nipples and pink tinged CM. Feel like my body is trying to kick in ovulation too early, although I did an opk and it was negative and only about 30 so not rising very quick...it's made me already feel deflated about this cycle xx

@Sez281 my day 21 was 38 too lol although i ovulated late so was only 4dpo when i went. Clinic said my partners sperm was ok, his dr said needs extra work lol its his morphology and rapid progression with the issue. Ofc am not suprised! That dr at clinic who said i would have a hsg,well, his made no record of that convo at all. All his wrote is that i wanted a amh test, which, they dont do. So frigging annoyed at it. So that, him saying my partners sperm was fine, and saying we qualify for ivf,the whole app was full of shit.. i like the secretary there so not going on one with her.. ive e mailed pals instead lol drs shouldnt be messing with ppls heads and promising things that arnt true. Get a little bit tired of that place can you tell lol... but on to you.....when you testing 😁😁😁😁????? That would be ace, an ickle xmas blundle growing inside you ! @xxcxdonxx i dont get in a panic about having another baby, but do often think, wtf you doing, act your age 🤣... orrr,whats the point, youl just mc again. My minds very negative atm lol @Westy22 ive had random cycles since the mmc,so 9mths now. How ironic. I even started doing CB strate after my period as it felt like i was ovulating around day 6. Unless you have sex every other day to cover alllll month long, its hard not to switch off and ket your mind wonder whats going on case we miss the window.

@Supertrooper101 sorry to hear your gp gave some enty promises that's so frustrating!! I've not heard from my gp over my scan results so I'm taking no news is good news. Tomorrow I can ring the endocrinologist to get that ball rolling!

@xxcxdonxx I actually feel like I'm not going to have another one I'm starting to think my little boys a miracle tbh.

Af has arrived cd20 again! 100% convinced I won't very conceiving anytime soon! On a positive that bloody jury service is done and dusted thank God three cases I ended up doing and it drained the life out of me.

@Westy22 I feel yeh with these crazy cycles haha

@Jadeypie anxiety has hit the last couple of days tbh but still pregnant as far as I know! 6wks now... Scan next week... Thankfully quite busy - December is a good distraction with so much going on!! Really don't know what to expect but just trying to keep calm and take things a day at a time.

Following all you guys and your updates. Really hope for some more BFPs soon. @Sez281 got my eye on you.... 🤞🏻 Sorry some of you are still having tough/frustrating times. Hopefully brighter days in 2024. Xx

@Jadeypie its annoying, these are meant to be professionals above gps, yet there they are...spouting shit lol i had to do jury service couple years back, was only there 2 day as i wasnt picked or sumat. Am pleased though cos it was ppl from my home town and an underage 'act' without consent..... cd1 for me too.. got the hertility blood kot so doing that friday. Gona have to read the instructions etc properly cos i always just jump in thinking i know best 🤣.... i dont lol be good if you get an appointment soon with those ppl, or even get to speak to someobe haha i rekon @Sez281 will show us a positive test soon too....shes been very quiet lol @SnookyPook i think the year you have had after the mmc, this bean so far is the best bean its been .. your body seems to have been wanting it soo much but for some reason it couldnt hold on....now it may have made the perfect egg sperm match to ensure the pregnancy is successful... the fact your really busy is good too x

@Supertrooper101 no good news I'm afraid, I've just been crazy busy in work....AF is definitely on its way 😕, I think I'll be joining you on CD1 today. At least we get to drink and eat all the cheese etc 🤷‍♀️ I would have loved a Christmas miracle but it wasn't meant to be 😔 I have to take comfort in the fact that I've had a lovely 26 day cycle with normal ovulation. My tests have come back relatively ok (just need to sort out prolactin stress & shift a stone) and my OH has "super sperm" 🙄😂 So I'm feeling hopeful it'll happen soon naturally without having to go down ivf route 🤞

I was so angry to read your update after the consultant meeting. What the actual fuck like! 😤 Do they think we're children and they can fob us off? I don't blame you for being so upset. What's the plan after your DIY MOT Friday? Please don't give up, you need to keep pushing them for answers in the New Year xx

@Westy22 aw I'm sorry you feel deflated😢, it does seem a bit early but it's probably just your body gearing up for ovulation 🤞 I'd say you're so busy in work still it's not helping. Only a few days of craziness left and hopefully you get to relax then xx

@Jadeypie so sorry to hear you had another messed up cycle 😣 Did you call the endocrinologist? Wouldn't it be great if they can see you soon and it's just a case of a tablet or a little tweak of something to sort it out 🤞 Glad you're finished jury duty and you can relax and enjoy Christmas with your little one now 🥰 xx

The only good thing about this week is I can't dwell on AF when she arrives in force later as I'm so busy in work. Looking at my predicted fertile window it's going to be a busy Christmas 🫠🙈

@Sez281 am ok that av come on which normally am annoyed lol maybe my mindset on the baby thing is changing.... its not upset me that consultant, am mad.. at the fact someone in that role thinks its ok to do that. He would be one of these ones of that bbc drama bones or sumat where they carry out a hysterectomy instead of hystercopy.... on purpose! Uv not started bleeding yet....u never know lol gona wait for these bloods to come back. There gona give a huge insight on where am at age wise. Theyl no doubt get lost on the post tho lol my cycles been better too, 11day second half, 29 in total. What was ur oh sperm morphology out of interest lol

TW pregnancy update, I'm 33 weeks along @Sez281 and doing well thanks. Feeling big and slow, but definitely not complaining. It's getting scary/exciting now.
