@Jadeypie are you online with your drs? If not sign up and you can view it all on there. I never ever hear back from mine so i check on my account for scan reports and blood results. What they may deem fine....i dont 🤣 i dont really know your story 🤦‍♀️ so many random names on this and the other forum its hard to put a story with the user name haha... i rekon the main bloods needed are day 21 and 2...thyroid and testosterone to give you an idea of your fertility potential. Oh, n prolactin !! Lol... Scan wise, ANY thing that shouldnt be there, could cause a problem, even when the drs say, oh, that wont effect it, i can guarentee someone else who 'cares' will say, well actually, it might. Amh blood am asking for next but i think only gyne can do that and a follicle scan. Not seen my partners results yet, gona check after work lol

SnookyPook · 23/11/2023 23:15

@Supertrooper101 Haha love how a month off TTC has become 'doing a Snookypook' 😂 seems I've set a trend. Hope a pause does you and @Jadeypie good. It really has done me lots of good! Supertrooper I also have random moments of tormenting myself with the alternate timeline where I have my month old... As you say, not helpful but so hard not to at times.

@LouiseM29 my MMC was also mid-April and despite two glimmers of hope since, I still find myself very Not Pregnant and also feeling quite down at times. As Jadeypie said, we are all in the same boat in a very rocky sea.

Sending hugs to all (having a glass of red this evening. Actually took my folic acid with a sip of vino..! sums up present sitch very well) 😩😂

Jadeypie · 24/11/2023 06:25

@Supertrooper101 I know it's hard to keep up with everyone's names and story's because it's been a while now ha. Al keep it short...I've got a nearly 3 year old that took years to concieve. Then in Dec last year we decided to try again by huge surprise we found out Jan we was pregnant unfortunately had a ectopic. periods went up the wall and I've not had a consistent length since and all this spotting ect. I've always had a 34-36 cycle prior too our loss. My ap isn't connecting to my gp I will need to go in a re set it up xx

Supertrooper101 · 24/11/2023 12:43

@Jadeypie i suppose all our stories still result to where we are today. We have suffered loses and been screwed up body wise since 🤷‍♀️ lol ive not got an app for my drs. I just go on online put the surgery in then sign in. @Sez281 did your oh get his results back.....i need to compare 🤣.... its all set out so bloody stupid. Least our bloods give you a bracket where we should be. From what i can gather, is half are dead and half active and i think only 12% are fast. Think his total was 66 million or 69. So bigger picture, dont think its too bad. His waiting on his dr to discuss it 🤷‍♀️

Sez281 · 24/11/2023 19:04

Sorry guys, have had a crazy couple of days in work so just catching up now!

@Supertrooper101 Oh yay delighted you're getting your procedure done next week 🙌 . Is it Lap & Dye? So my OH's results were sent straight to my consultant and he wasn't given them, I'm raging as I was dying to see them! 🙈Did you end up googling after the report?

@LouiseM29 I'm so sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time. Also i dont blame you for being a bit pissed off at your friend. I mean of course its natural for her to be excited but no need to bring it up literally all of the time 🙄
A lot of people find opk's stressful but actually I weirdly feel like they give me more control as I can see what's happening. I've just started BBT this month so interested to see how that turns out.

@Jadeypie I hope the kitchen stress has eased a bit. I think @Supertrooper101 covered everything that you should ask the doc for, she's a wealth of information 😂 I had a free few mins in work today so I did up a little chart of all my results just for my info which I'll attach here to give an idea x

@SnookyPook Pmsl at taking folic acid with red wine 🍷 😂 Love this!! Xx

I'm currently on CD8 so should start entering fertile window in a few days but am still quite sore after surgery so can't face it just yet, I got letter today for my follow up appointment with consultant, it's on 9th of January. Absolutely nothing I can do now except try and relax a bit and enjoy Christmas. Might even do a @SnookyPook tonight and have a glass of wine and put up the tree 🎄😂

Hope everyone has a good weekend xx

Oh I forgot Here's my bloods for anybody interested. @Supertrooper101 my Testosterone went up on my day 3 which was 10 days after the day 21 ones 🧐 Also my AMH has dropped which freaked me out but my GP says this happens a lot 🤷‍♀️

@Sez281 I've finally got online to look at my bloods I just don't get any of it 🤣 love the little spread sheet. Not had my ap for the scan results either. Will have to wait now I start jury duty on Monday. Af is stopping was a full seven days this time xx

Jadeypie · 25/11/2023 12:37

This was done on cycle 16 @Supertrooper101 any clue? Haha

TTC May 2023 💖 Previous MC March 2023 (thread 2)
Sez281 · 25/11/2023 13:59

@Jadeypie so the 2 pain times to take bloods are about 3 days into the start of your cycle and then 7 days after ovulation (they call them day 21 tests but that's based on a 28 day cycle so if you've a 33 day cycle you should get them on day 26 etc) your results look really good but it's hard to tell if they were taken at the right time. @Supertrooper101 might be able to shed some more light on it xx

Hi ladies, hope you are having a good weekend. My notifications don’t seem
to be working on this, I think it’s all gone quiet then come back to pages of updates!
Nice to see you @SnookyPookand glad that your appointment went well with the midwife 💜
How are you @Sez281? it’s so hard not to head to Dr Google when you see something like that but sounds like your levels can be stabilised fairly easily?

Great news you have your procedure booked in now @Supertrooper101You are so right for pushing for it.

As much as no one wants to see Af @Jadeypie , hopefully it being a more regular length sets you up well for next month.

Little update from me is that I think I’ve had another chemical. I tested 2days ago as I was still spotting but no af in sight, was a complete squinter but could see something. Tested yesterday morning and was similar which didn’t feel right for 12dpo and then started light bleeding this morning and a complete bfn. I’m getting a bit worried that I seem to get pregnant but can’t keep hold of it now for whatever reason. Got my appointment with the consultant on Monday so more information to take to her to unpick! Time for a glass of wine I think 🙄

SnookyPook · 25/11/2023 20:10

@xxcxdonxx so sorry to hear your update. It's so disheartening and frustrating isn't it? At one point I felt quite pleased that I seem to conceive relatively easily, but when it's followed by constant loss it becomes less meaningful. I really hope that your appointment with the consultant goes well and that it feels useful. I'm still waiting to hear about my fertility appointment. May have to chase on Monday.

Jadeypie · 25/11/2023 20:19

@xxcxdonxx sorry to hear about your chemical it's just pure unfair sending you hugs and make sure it's a nice large glass too!! Think I've gave up my cycles are just too whacky to keep track of so I've just lost hope and cba tbh. I'm just looking forward to xmas and bringing in a new year which I hope will be a lot better than this one!! I hope your ap goes well on Monday and keep us updated.

@Sez281 I think we will be on our third thread soon haha and yeh I don't think I have pcos after seeing those levels and my scan not showing anything either so this a relief xx

xxcxdonxx · 25/11/2023 20:54

Thanks @SnookyPook @Jadeypie It’s quite sad that I didn’t expect it to go any other way at this stage. I don’t know if I’m pleased I tested a little earlier or not but good to know at least for my appointment.

2024 has to be a whole lot better for all of us!!

Supertrooper101 · 25/11/2023 22:25

@Jadeypie your levels look good but have you looked into your prolactin? Your the opposite to @Sez281 lol my 'normal' brackets on the blood results are between 102-496. My level i think was 178....had a quick look on google and the low level may be an answer as to why your periods are weird etc. Like @Sez281 says the best time is day 2 and after ovulation. Were those done pre ovulation then. What am gona do at some point are my own bloods from hertility i think its called. Saw it on another group. Iys £150 for 10 bloods any day of the cycle you choose. You van blag the questionair too to tailer it to the bloods you want. Amh is on there too.@xxcxdonxx this other group @SnookyPook s on it too, i think 3 got postitives and now all negative again. I honestly never knew anything like this happened to ppl. I always thought postive test equalled baby if the 12wk scan was ok. How niave i was! @Sez281 I rekon u shud defo switch of now till jan, and u never know...it may just happen for you pre your appointment 🙂 .. my procedure is the cystocopy. Us englanders dont get the gols treatment like you's do 🤣

xxcxdonxx · 26/11/2023 06:36

I was so naive too @Supertrooper101 I’d never really known anyone close to have a miscarriage and only when I had my own and came on these threads did I see how common it is. I’ve heard good things about hertility too.

Jadeypie · 26/11/2023 08:14

@Supertrooper101 yeh I noticed the prolactin and had a little google. I don't even think I'm ovulating lately but they was done cd 16 which in a usual cycle I ovulate cd 19 or 20. On that cycle tho I had a shorter cycle 28 instead of 36 and my ap had but me down as ovulating on cd 14 but that wasn't confirmed I don't think I've ovulated in the last three months tbh. In the last few months I've had 49,38,35,28,31 and 20 which ive just come off so as u can see they are just a bloody shit show and impossible to track. I have noticed tho they have gone so erratic since all the stresses started could stress really put your body into such a situation? Xx

@xxcxdonxx I never in millions years thought ttc would be like all the shit we have to go through either!! part of me thinks it's because we delve too far in because if it was back in the day before all early pregnancy tests ect or Google none of us would be wiser to any of it if that makes sence x x

Where is everyone from BTW out of curiosity haha

Jadeypie · 26/11/2023 08:24

@Supertrooper101 when is your procedure? What is it for? I'm waiting for my ap with the endocrinologist and hopefully that's where I can get my hormones sorted out xx

Supertrooper101 · 26/11/2023 09:02

@Jadeypie your LH should have been alot higher. The range is 14-96 mid cycle. I would say that there confirms you didnt ovulate. Stress increases prolactin so that dosent tie in with your levels. I googled what does low prolactin mean for ferrility. Your sex hormones etc are great. Its the prolactin i think. High prolactin works the same way as a contraceptive. Going by google low levels arnt good either. Your dr should have flagged the prolactin and questioned the LH. If it was me, i wouldnt be waiting for that appoimtment i would be making a seperate one with the dr. Cos if you wait, given how the nhs is, 1... who knows when your appointment will be and 2... there not gona have time to discuss the reason why your there and bloods on top. Although i domt really know what a endro dot dot is 🤣 if its under gyne maybe they will help. Wouldnt you rather have a back up in place though 😁 keep trying different drs lol my thing .... mmc april d&c april.. knew something wasnt right since so had private saline scan october that showed 2 small growths on implantation site and alot of fluid under the uterus. So really REALLY fort with gyne get a cystocopy done. Got that weds. Should have been january but time isnt on my side so fort some bloody more and got it next week. I raised my bloods in that appointment and she said its gone past the slotted time so i have to make another appointment after this procedure. Thats why i said above to get one for your bloods. It annoys me cos if you and @Sez281 's problem is only prolactin, a qualified dr would spot that strate away and do somthing about it.... i agree with the looking into things too much. With my other two, i didnt even know ovulation happened at a certain time 🤣 i would get cramps mid cycle n moan my head of cos it wasnt period time....NOW i focus and wait for them. It was carefree google free opk free back then. Need to remind myself of that. Am from north lincolnshire what about you 🙂

Supertrooper101 · 26/11/2023 09:05

@Jadeypie just googled what your appointment is for 🤣 scrap the dr, there the right ppl lol how did you get an ap with them? May query that myself haha

Jadeypie · 26/11/2023 10:47

@Supertrooper101 ohhh right I get yeh so the procedure is to see what the fluid is? And growths? And it's just a nightmare isn't it trying to get somewhere tbh when he rang I couldn't really grasp what he was saying apart from the elevated testosterone so he could of mentioned the lh or prolactin but he referred me to the endocrinologists so maybe he did see somthing wasn't right. I've had a letter off them if I've not heard anything by 12 Dec to call. @Sez281 what's your appointments with?

Oh I have family that live them ways. I'm from Liverpool xx

Supertrooper101 · 26/11/2023 14:32

@Jadeypie id like to think they will look at the fluid aswell. It will be interesting how it pans out, and i hope they will be easy going cos am not going for something like this and leaving none the wiser lol your dr must have noticed the bloods and good his referred you without a problem. Hopefully you get somewhere pre xmas. Your scan ruled out pcos didnt it and tbf your testosterone is only just over the upper limit isnt it?

Sez281 · 26/11/2023 14:45

Oh @xxcxdonxx I'm so sorry to hear that 😢 I totally get what you mean about whether it would be better not knowing, although going to your appointment tomorrow it might make them act and maybe prescribe progesterone from after ovulation or something? 🙏 x

@Jadeypie It sounds like an endocrinologist is the right person to be referred to, hopefully it's just a matter of tweaking something 🤞xx

I honestly think my prolactin was elevated as I was so stressed getting those bloods. I'll try and be more zen when I get my next ones 😂 I'm based in Dublin but I promise @Supertrooper101 we don't have the best healthcare in the world either 🤨My GP referred me but I'm paying privately (my health insurance covers half) It is great that things are moving quickly though as time isn't on my side. I'd imagine at my appointment in Jan she'll go through my bloods and OHs analysis then possibly start me on ovulation induction meds like Clomid or Leterazol for a few months then it'll be the IVF route but I'm hoping it won't come to that 🙏 Totally agree about longing for that carefree time when I didn't know what opks or tww or indents were 🙈 Anyway I was out last night and am dying today so the Christmas madness has officially begun, should keep me distracted from overthinking everything 🤷‍♀️😂

Good luck with the procedure on Wednesday @Supertrooper101 hopefully it gives you some answers 🤞 xx

Jadeypie · 26/11/2023 17:35

@Supertrooper101 Yeh, no cycts, no abnormalities! all looks good, no extra follicles, and I thought that about my testosterone tbh. I've been down the rabbit hole on google today and seen something interesting about hypopituitarism. One of the symptoms is you don't produce milke when breastfeeding and I never when having my first and a few other symptoms fit in well plus the lack of prolactin and lh. Either way ill be discussing that xx

Westy22 · 27/11/2023 12:53

Hey! Sorry for being so quiet kitchen reno is in full swing and we've had a few issues along the way. Finally got a fertility clinic referral today 🙌 met with my new gp and I feel like for the first time someone listened. I cried though which I really didn't want to lol the clinic wait time looks very long so not sure how long it will be but I feel better just knowing it's happening. I've also got a bloods form for a day 21 blood check however if my app is right that is boxing day 🙈 so that may end up being a January test if my period falls the way the app is saying. My blood form says FBC, GLYCHB, IFSH, ILH, IPRG, LFT3, TSH and UE so need to do some googling. She was positive that I've got pregnant but I feel like that doesn't mean alot atm. I've also been referred for counselling as a bit of support. OH also needs to go for bloods and sperm checks...which he's going to be thrilled about 🤣

@Jadeypie your not that far from me I'm just outside Liverpool....just going to try and catch up on everyone's updates xx
