@MK85 It can feel quite going-through-the-motions sometimes but also it can be extra intense… as in woah we could be creating life! I think we’re both a bit jaded from the whole TTC saga at this point, so that can’t be helping the mood.

I feel physically strange down there during ovulation 😆 it's like i lose sensation dtd. It's rather odd. Even if it was very rough and hard sex for example i feel nothing, and it's unenjoyable. . Happens every ovulation day. Once it's passed, feeling returns. Can't figure out what could possibly cause it to feel like that

Have u had feretin , b12 & vit D all checked?

Have you done a day 21 ish ( can vary on day) progesterone test to check ovulation ?

Day 32 here of cycle..

I feel different & dont feel like a period is coming

Concerned re likely vit b12 deficiency

Took a tablet yest and one today

Bought beetroot which is my new b12 best friend - had some yest & today

Waiting 4 gp 2 ring me this am

If i get 2 next Tues without a period - will preg test with one of the early response ones
Based on our effort fri night of last week

We tried 4 times in window that coralated with cb high & then peak fertility
And cheap sticks coralated 4 peak.

So might be testing with the earliest ones early in week after next too

Ive read a lot about likeky / potential b12 deficiency
Not being good for / in conception , pregnancy / potential pregnancy..

Have you guys had your b12 checked, ? & vit D & feretin ?

@worldwidetravel2017 No PCOS and no tests at all yet. I presume that's what will happen now, or at least that's what we'll be referred for. I've no idea what will happen though, tbh - I, quite naively, assumed TTC would just happen for us.

Ask your gp 2 authorise bloods for feretin, b12 and vit D

Are u taking folic acid ?

Are youe cycles regular?

Ask 4 progesterone day21 test 2 check ovulation , can also buy from super drug

Morning! For those of you that use the Premom app premium version is it worth the money or should I stick to the basic?

@MK85 thanks for that information. Nope haven’t noticed any difference dtd during ovulation to be honest .

@CaffeineAndCrochet Sorry to hear. my Af has just arrived too. It’s worth getting the ball rolling with tests but don’t worry too much 6 months isn’t a long time trying.

Hopefully it'll just take a bit more time but no harm getting checked now in case there is any issues. We were NTNP for about six months beforehand as well.

@Butterfly2000 I've never used premom premium. sorry I'm of no help.
I just use premom to track LH and then use fertility friend for temps

@worldwidetravel2017 I take a supplement with b12 but that's because I'm on metformin and it can interfere with b12

My dr wants to retest b12 in 2 weeks

And likely then give me injections for b12

Are any of clued up on progesterone rises after ovulation / potential ovulation ?

My progesterone had risen.. tested wed am

Not risen anywhere enough yet by then
But if ovulation was mon tues.. ( which clear blue ovulation said peak fertility 4 )( & cheap sticks coralated) - its likely risen more since wed am - i just havent done a test since

Trying 2 find a private gp / place that will test it tomorrow

Could it be that progesterone is rising and would be higher now ?

Did anyone track their progesterone that closely - and did anyones go up over 1 - 6 days etc

I hope everyone has some nice plans for the weekend which dosent involve thinking about ttc.

I'm hoping I've ovulated but who knows. Temp hasn't really increased yet and I had ecwm this morning 🤷‍♀️ but cervix is currently low so I'm assuming if ovulation did occur then its already now passed , otherwise wouldn't it be high?
I'm hoping we've covered it enough incase. I feel like killing OH . He wouldn't DTD with me last night. Apparently he needed a days break and gave me a gentle reminder he's almost 40 😆
We agreed to BD before work this morning but then he didn't bother. He gets up before me, and later claimed he thought I seemed tired so left me to sleep 🤨 Argh!

@MK85 Thanks. I don't think I'm missing out on anything really not having premium. I haven't noticed any difference wrong dtd around ovulation.
Fingers crossed you have ovulated! Too late to jump OH's bones tonight?? 😂

@40andtrying1 I've read 12-24 hours after ovulation has happened

@Butterfly2000 I'm still having some pains ovary area / cramps aswell but its hard to know if thats ovulation pain or corpus luteum as ive heard it can sometimes cause pain aswell. I guess we'll try tonight and until I get a temp rise to confirm it

@Butterfly2000 I used Premom premium. It didn’t make much of a difference- I found the reports a bit inaccurate. I found fertility friend much better and the premium was decent. I went with it as you can link up your Apple Watch to automatically record and plot temps. The visuals are better than Premom. I still used Premom to get my LH readings from the ov strips as that feature is better than the one on FF.

I'm out, period arrived today.

Really gutted, as although I did have an early BFN, I haven't felt at all period-y, and had a tiny tiny sliver of thought that maybe it would never come.

Heres to next cycle / month for you..

Im day 33..

Woke with headache - light headache
But dont have usual period cramps
Last 2 cycles were dead on 28 days
All 2023 - ive never had 33 days with no bleading..
Guna do an early test next mon or tues - based off fri of last weeks attempt - we had 3 other attempts too..

Thanks @ttcat37 I'll stick with the basic. I've used Clue for a couple of years and use it alongside premom now so I'll carry on with that. Just annoying that each app has slightly different dates for my ovulation and period. But its just a guide and I rely more on the opk's. Clue's not compatible with my fitbit unfortunately so I'll keep temping manually when I remember!

Im just wondering for those of you who use clearblue . Has anyone tried taking a test a day or two after ovulation? Probably not but thought I'd ask anyway

My peak fertility was two days ago.
But i tested again this morning as i dont think ive actually released the egg. Temps not rising and still have little cm and pain.
My LH readings have dropped but still registering at 0.48..which i never have unless ovulation is going to kick off.
Clearblue reset itself after peak ( so automatically gives blank first day)
However I checked the strip itself and the line looks really strong. I'm not sure if lines on clearblue can take a few days to go down or of its picking up on lh and estrogen again like I'm still yet to ovulate
