Hello everyone. I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone else is out there TTC their rainbow baby 🌈 and wants to join me?

Any loss is a valid loss here, early miscarriage, late miscarriage, chemicals, TFMRs etc. I know we can sometimes face judgement from others or have others not understand!

Hi girls, I was just wondering if anyone's LH levels have taken longer to come back down this cycle?

I'm wondering if its my body just sorting itself out. I peaked on day 17 xx

I'm back into my fertile window now, and typically my partner is away for 2 nights! Just got to hope that when he's back late on Friday there's still enough opportunities for this month. I'm not expecting to get a BFP first cycle after MMC, but it would be really nice! 7 years since I first started TTC (with my ex), so it's been a long journey already! The good news is the GP has referred me to the recurrent miscarriage clinic now and I had a heap of bloods done so hopefully if there is an issue it can be identified before I next get pregnant x

Hey everyone how are we all doing? I’m 8dpo today and felt some spasms in my womb on 6dpo so thought I’d test today and I have a very very faint line 🥹 I’ve rung my GP to talk to a doctor about prescribing me progesterone but I’m so scared. I had a private scan last weekend after I’d ovulated and my womb lining was thin so I’m worrying about miscarrying again 😞

The GP called and said it’s not something they prescribe only the EPU can but they need to scan first to make sure it’s in the right place but surely that’s not right as that’ll take a couple weeks to show that and I might miscarry again by that point…

@naggy095 if you can afford it get a private consultation with a doctor and they should be able to prescribe it. I know some NHS trusts are really cautious as if you have an ectopic and take progesterone it can contribute to a higher risk of rupture (as my nurse put it, progesterone makes your body feel "extra pregnant"). I'll be asking for it as soon as I get pregnant next mind you xx

@HollyBrwn I know that after my TFMR in June my OPKs were all over the place even when done at exactly the same time of day and when I'd already had a negative HCG test. So it's possible that your body is just settling still?

@naggy095 can you speak to EPU and go over your history with them to see if they'll prescribe before then?

Yeah possibly @Halpmer as my husband says, my body has been through a lot in the past 4 weeks. I'm currently 6dpo so hopefully get that BFP 🤞🏻

@moosey89 @Halpmer thanks both, I just spoke with a private GP who also refused to prescribe me the progesterone 🤣 I’ve self-referred to EPU now so just have to wait for them to contact me

Hello everyone, I wondered if I could join this thread please?
We have just started TTC our 2nd baby on my first cycle of trying since I had an ectopic pregnancy resulting in emergency surgery with tube removal in March this year.
I'm terrified if I'm honest and I thought it would be a good thread to join for some support and so where where I can talk during this journey we are all on trying to get our BFPs 😊 x

Welcome @CrystalQueen87 , sorry to hear about your ectopic. This thread has been a lovely place for me to talk to people who understand the anxiety!

I had my first therapy session this weekend and it was really good. I pretty much cried through the full 45 mins but she really helped me to recognise and acknowledge my emotions and stopped me multiple times from apologising or making out that my loss was not that bad so im being silly etc. Got some techniques to try when I'm spiralling too. Definitely going to book another. Recommend it for anyone going through this stuff. I was lucky to get it free with work as a benefit.

I am so confused to why my ovulation tests are still looking like this after I hit my peak. Yeah they aren't as dark but the last time I ovulated the second line basically disappeared 2/3 days later. Anyone the same?

Mine did the exact same thing in July! Who knows what it means. I took it as a positive sign.

Aw were they? @Kellyaust this morning it was the lightest it has been.

I am 10dpo today, tested at 8dpo and it was a BFN which I thought it would be. Tbh I don't actually know why I tested that early. Still trying to hold out some hope 🤞🏻 xx

Yeah {mention:BrwnX}ine@BrwnXine went really light again 6 and 7 dpo, then 8dpo darker, then light again after that til non existent. Got my bfp 9dpo evening x

That's amazing @Kellyaust! I am spotting slightly, but it's more of like a creamy texture (sorry for the TMI) cramps are pretty bad as well.

No @Kellyaust the predicted day is Friday 🙄 I had the most excruciating cramps on Saturday morning and I actually thought it was coming then but nothing.

Still trying to hold out hope it's not my AF and my turn again this cycle 🤞🏻 x

Not pregnant again. Honestly losing the will with it all, we're doing everything right 😢
Just watching everyone else get pregnant and progress pregnancies around me.
