hey everyone 😊

I am due on in a few days time, started getting pregnancy symptoms just the odd sickness. I did a 6 day early one, ideally would have used First Response as they are more sensitive but could only grab clear blue.

I think its an evap line as it didn’t come up immediately. Same test, a photo in day light and a photo under the room light for reference

I think its a faint positive. Try another test again in a day or two. X

I've heard a theory.... It could be wrong so don't hold me to it... But apparently if you put a flashlight behind the test it'll be one of 3 results on the line...

White... Indent
Greyish... Evap
Colour... Faint positive

This is how my first positive came up, within a day or two it was a more definite positive x

Thanks everyone. Will wait till Tuesday / Wednesday and take another.

@Kellyaust i never heard of it. I’ll try it tomorrow 😂 be interesting to see what happens x

Clearblue are different unfortunately. Their evaps can have very noticable colour. The lines however are normally thin. This one looks nice and thick so it could well be an early positive. But I still wouldn't trust it by itself. Definitely test again ideally with pink dye.

@PaperSheet I worry with clearblue unless its digitals. I don’t know why. I always use first response but they don’t always sell them in boots / superdrug etc. mainly pharmacies. I will test again jn a few days I’m not due till Friday.

Hi all, just an update… i did a test on FMU and it looks negative to me today. I feel horrendously sick this morning and did last night, headaches are rife as well but could also be from general tiredness couldn’t it so. Due on on Friday.

I feel the same and had cramps and blood when I wiped yesterday and nothing since but also negative clear blue this morn

I can still see a faint line OP.

Try the FRER, those ones are slightly more reliable.

@Kellyaust i think i’m about 9/10 days I definitely ovulated later than i thought. My friend said she can see a faint line but i just can’t see it myself… i think im going to try First Response as they give clearer readings.

@cgwx tbh I can slightly see something just try again in a few days if you're about 9dpo.

I'm 9dpo too, I had a vvvvfl on FRER yesterday AM but clear blue this morning is negative 🤷‍♀️

@Kellyaust i know you shouldn’t check after a certain time frame but been out and come back and looked and theres a line there now but a lot thinner. I wanted to get some FRER ones but they’re out of stock in all the pharmacies 🤦🏻‍♀️ was tempted to get more clear blue but think i’m going to wait now and see by the weekend.

@cgwx I can see a faint line! I'm really struggling to find FR atm and even Amazon can't deliver till Monday! Very frustrating. I'm 8 DPO and only have cheapies/ digis

Oh also I heard that the boots early tests are great if not better than FR so If you can get your hands on one of them that might be better

That's what my CB has done... So I've no actual clue 🤦‍♀️and nowhere near me sells frer I might try the boots early ones that's recommended... Not yet though I'm sick of squinting so gonna hold off a couple of days....

I've just started with yellow cm too... No idea what that means... No smell to it or anything

thanks everyone who's replying on the thread! i will keep you all posted.
maybe i just need to wait maybe till Friday and see what it says then. i tried to buy some FRER but nowhere has them must be a shortage. I worry about buying from Amazon and places like that. I just don't think you can get accurate faints / early positives with CB!

Decided to keep them and date them just incase. The lines have got darker but unsure on the one still this morning
