Hi all,

I am out for this month on my first cycle TTC baby number 2. Have a 3 year old already and I am approaching 35years old. June was a relaxed TTC month but determined to use OPKS and be a bit more strategic this month. Looking forward to tracking our progress together this month - feel free to introduce yourself below!

7dpo today. Boobs have been feeling super heavy and just uncomfortable for the past few days. Had a slight headache but I think that's just lack of sleep. The boob sensation is weird though, never really had that before. AF is due next Thursday so still early days - might do an early test on Sunday at 11dpo.

@AnonyHB I feel the same, my cycles are getting shorter. The last two have been 24 days ☹️ we've been TTC for 7 months now. With first DC we conceived the first month.

Im emotionally exhausted, I feel like im putting my lift on hold like being in a job I really don't like but being scared to move while TTC 😫 feeling it this month!

Yes I’m the same @Bailem its taking over my life and I keep thinking something must be wrong as it happened first time last time! Keeping kicking myself thinking k should have started a year ago when I was 34 but I didn’t feel ready then :( how old are you? Are you doing anything about your shorter cycles (investigations etc)?

basically you dtd every other day from the 8th day of your cycle until you get a positive OPK. Once you get a positive you dtd 3 days in a row, then on the fourth day you don’t and the following fifth day one last time!

it’s essentially as the name suggests, the sperm is there waiting on the egg!
I followed this with my first baby, conceived on 2nd month. First month I “followed it” but we dtd pretty much every day which I have read that in doing this sperm may be weaker!

@babano2 I had similar and did a Frist Response Early Detection which was much clearer. I agree I see something but it's hard to be sure with the cheapies!

I'm 9dpo and just did a cheapy strip test with FMU and it was BFN. I thought I saw something but I think it was just line eyes. Will re test tomorrow as it's still early days 🤞🏻

Can I join? July is our first month officially ttc, my cycles are a bit all over the place since coming off the pill so trying to use opk’s to track and hoping I’ll see some clear indicator of when/if I ovulate this cycle☺️

Hi, I'm 7 dpo, feeling very exhausted, had a slight stain in underwear yesterday very light, very hungry, sharp short pain 6 dpo. Not got my hopes up yet. AF due Monday or Tuesday so will test if doesn't arrive then.

Hey, I came off the pill in March and it took a couple of months for AF to arrive. I've found the opk sticks useful.

I'm using Easy@Home ovulations tests for the first time this month, Premom & another app are saying ovulation today however another app is saying Tuesday, highest reading on Premom was yesterday and it was only 0.55 and classed as low so I'm really not sure, the hugest since then is 0.12 so I'm hoping I've still got a few days until ovulation & haven't missed it

So an update from my BFP at 10dpo on 3rd July. Had a scan today and all looking good in the right place with a normal heartbeat (not measured but looks right)…! Can’t believe it!

That’s really helpful thank you! I had my withdrawal bleed 2 days after my last pill, and since then I’ve had 2 random days of spotting and the OPK’s seem to go up and down like a yo yo! Hoping my cycles will start to even out as the months go on 🤞🏻

9DPO for me, not really got any symptoms. Only thing is that my boobs are a bit achy. Normally get sort nipples straight after OV but then it passes by now. Other than that all very boring! AF due on Thurs x

How is everyone getting on?

I’ve been tracking how Iv been feeling so far. I’m on 8dpo and feel rotten today! I’m nearly sure I get implantation (I’m hoping it was!)🤞🏽

1dpo-Crampy

2dpo- Crampy all day, felt crampy overnight aswell, feel bloated in lower abdomen, slightly tired. Sharp twinges in pelvis area 6pm

3dpo-cramping, headache all morning, nauseous in morning. Dull pulling feeling rest of day, sharp twinges right hand side in the evening, dull backache, nauseous in evening (creamy cm)

4dpo-woke up 4.30 needing to pee (never normally do) dull cramps which eased off in the afternoon. Slight back ache in pm
Sharp twinge right hand side lasted seconds. A couple of dizzy spells. Very bloated and “heavy” in lower abdomen, no bowel movement(Creamy cm, high form and closed)

5dpo- woke up 4am needing to pee. Slight dull cramps afternoon, wave of nausea in afternoon. Peeing a bit more. Nauseous 6pm felt very sick. Crampy in evening. Sharp twinge. Heart burn

6dpo- dull low cramps in lower abdo/uterus, pee+ slightly more in the morning (could be the two coffees Iv had!) twinge in right side of uterus 9.30am. Thighs are sore (was at baby yoga yesturday so could be this!)
Cervix 7am very high/medium, firm and closed
Thirsty. Dull back ache. Very tired 3pm probably running round after baby! Gassy! Emotional

7dpo-crampy, dull ache, midday wave of sickness.
Afternoon nausea consistent stopped around 4.30pm
Very gassy!! Lower abdomen gurgling majority of day. A slight little niggle around uterus around 6.00pm. Cold 8pm heating on and blanket. Slight sore head

8dpo- Crampy throughout the night. Up to pee at 4am. Nauseous 11.30am. 12 midday sharp shooting pain in uterus lasted seconds. Waves of nausea on and off. Dizzy spells. Bbs feel slightly fuller but not sore

12dpo today and still BFN. Took two different types of tests with FMU. Honestly thought I would have had a BFP by now so I assume I'm out this month. My boobs have been so heavy and sore the past week or so, along with tiredness, I honestly thought I was - feeling very disheartened this morning :(

Not sure if I should test. 11DPO, boobs are still sore no other symptoms. AF due in 2 days. Erghhhhh, I'm normally fine in the TWW until this point then I can't wait any longer! x

Sooo I tested.... very faint line... I took it and then had to get my DD's lunch and I went back to it 30mins later so I don't think I can trust it really. I have one other test left should I take it? Arghhhhh why did I leave it, so stupid!! x

@bb2023 I can see a line!! But unfortunately not always accurate if out of the window. I would test again with FMU in the morning if you have one test left x

I am 13dpo today according to Flo and still BFN, although was with 3rd wee today not FMU, and I only have regular tests not early ones. Boobs are still super heavy which is a symptom I never get with PMS so not sure what that's all about. Due AF on Thursday and normally would have had cramps by now, which I haven't had anything. Assuming I am out this month but just holding out to see if AF arrives or not on Thursday before I retest!

I'm after a bit of advice.. I tested for ovulation yesterday and got a peak on fermometer digital OPK ( ++) . However got a low result on CB digital OPK (circle) so I assumed the CB test isnt sensitive enough..

We had guests round all day and managed to DTD just after midnight last night.

I tested again this morning and got a low result on Femometer now as well.. :-(

Today is showing as ovulation day according to the App and had a BBT dip this morning..

Can somebody advise if I have a chance in TTC this month or have I missed my window.
