1DPO and starting the TWW - who's with me?

Third cycle ttc #1, 2nd cycle using opks.

Ovulated yesterday (peak on Wednesday) and dtd Wednesday night.

I've got 23-25 day cycles and seem to have a 11 day luteal phase, so due on the 30th.

Anyone else around the same dpo wanting to ride the tww out together?

Hoping to hold off on testing until I'm 10dpo at the earliest, but we'll see.

Gearing up for the symptom spotting to begin in a week or so, even though I know I shouldn't.

It only takes once @naggy095! And most sperm live about 47 hours before they start dying off (some can live to 5 days).

I also only dtd once this fertile period, but it was about an hour before my LH peak so I'm still hopeful.

@Amy95 I'm testing on Sunday (10 dpo) then if bfn I'll test again Tuesday unless I wake up to AF (as its due Tuesday)

@XenaTheWarriorPrincess fingers crossed that twinge was implantation! 🤞🏼 I had that sharp twinge that lasted a second when I became pregnant, it was so sudden and sharp I actually said ouch and bent over 😅

Has anyone else been extra hungry? I feel like I've wanted to eat so much this past week!

I've seen so many people have that sharp pain and having bfp , did you have any other symptoms.... Im like that every day I love food 😂xx

@Amy95 I actually didn't pay much attention to my symptoms that cycle 😅 I don't think there was anything significant that I noticed apart from that quick sharp twinge

I'm not one to get cramps ever but it's been noticeable for the last 2 days other than that I'm absolutely fine 😂 tww is so slow and boring I hate the part of the unknown xx

I think the trick is to try and keep yourself and your mind busy as best you can @Amy95

Easier said than done though, I know 😅

Very hard 😂😂 just different to every other cycle so just makes me think 😂xx

About 7dpo today and this tww is going so slow! I haven't had any symptoms, but then again I never had any symptoms until weeks 6-7 with my DD, and my only clue was a late period.

I feel you 😂Its so so slow but we're so close to that next chapter in our lives 🤞🥳 xx

This was me too! Other than cramping before my period was due and weird pulling type twinges. I wanted to feel sick 😂

My tactic is to keep super busy, I’m testing next Saturday at 12dpo (I think?) as that’s when I got bfp last time.

So I'm now 9 DPO, CD 22 and this morning I got a faint positive! Both on my cheap sticks and clearblue. So hard to get excited as now I'm just waiting for things to go wrong 🥺 got to somehow try and stay positive!

@Amy95 I'll try and hold off and test in a couple of days. Although I have lots of the cheap ones so I might do one of those in the morning and save the CB ones for a few days down the line.

I’m okay thanks, I’ve been having some joint pain and aching pains in my thighs which is not usual for me. I do get it sometimes 1/2 days before my period but never this early, however at 3dpo it’s unlikely to mean anything!

I never really get cramps unless I'm actually on af so it's so weird just weird feeling , it's crazy how everyone is different , tww is so slow and boring 😂 xx

I'm now being thoroughly kicked in the arse by my hayfever and praying I don't get another nasty sinus infection like last month from it.

Expected cramps to start today but nothing substantial yet, just the leg aches this morning. Can happen anytime between 3-5 days before period though, so next couple of days most likely. Absence of the strong pre-AF cramps would be a very positive sign as it happens every single cycle 3-5 days before AF.

I’m sure our minds play tricks on us and make us analyse things as well @Amy95. I was just sat in bed feeling ravenous so have eaten some oatcakes and hummus even though I had a perfectly filling dinner this evening. Also feeling super thirsty. Both most likely due to breastfeeding a toddler but I can’t shake the feeling it could be something else - I keep telling myself it’s too early but just can’t stop the symptom spotting!!!
