I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

What about you?

@Soph2512 how many DPO are you? I think implantation can happen at 6DPO onward.
@Enn1234 your cramps could be implantation, 8DPO seems v early for an AF?

The cramps felt like AF cramps but AF a week away yet so don't know if it's body preparing for AF or whether it's implantation...

I think I’m 4s Oo but could be up to 6. I had Ewcm on Friday but a static smiley face Sunday.

What DPO are you? Ovulation can sometimes cause spotting - i had it from 1-2dpo and apparently it’s just caused from hormone fluctuations

I am either 4 or 5 dpo. So I think it must be too early for implantation??

All IC have ended up with indents, but I know these Easy@Home ones are prone to it so until it's on a FRER or it's alarmingly obvious right away I won't believe anything!

I remember this stage from last month, Dolly. I was getting eye straining from squinting at lines.

Arg I can't help myself - just tested at 8dpo and got a negative. Such a waste of money on a first response - I know I'm testing too early!

I think 8dpo is the earliest I’ve ever tested, I blame you lot ;)

BFN of course but it’s early days! I used a boots test. I like how clear it is that there’s no evap or indent.

I feel like it makes me less stressed having a routine of testing every morning with no expectation. Feel like it would be a big suspenseful build up if I was waiting for a particular day and I’d be more stressed.
At least I can relax for the day now knowing I’ve had my answer.

I tested at 3am this morning expecting to see at least a line after a few shadows yesterday - still looking ident-y! I'm 11 DPO so pretty clear I'm not pregnant this cycle. I've got FRER coming today but don't want to waste them for no reason.

I'll probably take another IC later as there is an ident and want to triple confirm it's just that and use a FRER tomorrow morning.

I have horrendous cramping though, which I never get before a period so 🥲

@Hazelnuttella same, I think if I put lots of energy in to waiting then I’d be super disappointed if there was a clear negative on a day where I KNEW that was final. It’s like I’m slowly letting myself get used to the idea, which is easier. I think. That’s what I’m telling myself anyway.

@PollyDarton1 11dpo is still early. Especially at 3am! Hope you see something more substancial soon but I understand why you’d also not want to get your hopes up too much.

I wouldn’t count yourself out yet @PollyDarton1 I didn’t get a positive till 16dpo when I was pregnant with my DS.

That's true, I didn't get the squintiest of faint lines with DS until 11-12 DPO and was still very faint at 13! I won't be too crushed if I isn't a BFP, it's only the first cycle.

Morning girls, oh how I hate the 2ww! I've been crampy on and off since ov dont usually feel a thing till about 10dpo and at 3dpo it's got absolutely nothing to do with a possible BFP 🤣 I HATE THE 2WW!!!!!

temp dropped alot this morning and I've been reading up about corpus luteum, I've never had a drop like this in my bbt this early on but it seems quite a few do get them, I use ovusense so I know my temps are very very accurate daily so I'm intrigued to see if it shoots back up tomorrow 😁

@HavinKittens at 3dpo? I cant see it being implantation this early if it was in think I would be worried about a mc surly with confirmed ov 4 days ago it's not ready to implant yet.... I dont have a clue I just know I've never experienced a dip like this unless I was 12 dpo and AF was coming xxx

Hi all, I'm only 2po and looking to join. I did a test yesterday at 1dpo to establish a baseline negative test reference using a cheapie. This is attached for everyone's reference, as is my chart.

This is my first "proper" cycle since a MMC in March. I had a period 3 or so weeks ago and ovulated a bit later than I normally do this cycle. I think my body tried to ovulate earlier in the cycle (see the earlier rise and fall in lh) but was only successful second time around. On peak day I got a smiley face on the ultra sensitive CB digital sticks that tell you your peak 2 days.

Fingers crossed for us all this month. I'm symptom spotting already and I've got another week to wait until I can realistically test 😭 I had implantation bleeding with DD1 and the MMC. With DD1 I actually had a positive test before the bleeding (I just knew I was pregnant and started testing while still negative). Breasts were sore, felt lethargic, out of breath etc all before a positive test. With MMC I didn't know I was pregnant as wasn't TTC so only tested when I saw the implantation bleeding. I recognised it straightaway and tested faint positive that day. I did have cramping a few days before the bleeding with the MMC pregnancy. I thought it was AF as I caught my first cycle postpartum. Breasts were not sore and symptoms not as strong with the MMC but I was still breastfeeding and it was #2 - heard both of these things can affect symptoms. Hope this helps someone!

Hi @fleur89 and welcome to the thread. Sorry to hear about your loss. I hope this cycle goes well for you. Sounds like you know your body well.
I can’t believe you got such a strong evap on the test ! I use those easy@home strips and they don’t usually do that for me.

7dpo and cramps and light pink spotting! Trying not to symptom spot is so hard!
