I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

I have taken another test and again negative so I defiantly think Im out this month.

I also took a ovulation test Which is super dark so I’m not too sure what’s happening there

Jumping on here as I'm going mad making myself wait. I'm trying to hold out til Friday (AF due-ish – my FitBit and Flo apps don't agree 🙄so going with the later date, so I don't convince myself a negative test is wrong because the app is wrong), but getting all the angst with annoying symptoms: the cramps, sore boobs, tiredness/feeling like I'm getting ill all seem to announce pregnancy but I've had them all practically every cycle since we started in Jan. Why did I never notice them before? 😅

Sorry to all those who are out this month, I'm sure I will be joining you! Ordered some tests to come tomorrow when I will be 8 or 9 dpo, why do I do this to myself?!

Despite a brief glimmer of hope last night, AF has kicked in with a vengeance. Onto Cycle 5 Day 1.

7dpo and BFN this morning, the spotting last night got my hopes up. With my previous two pregnancies I had implantation bleeding and tested faint positive within hours of experiencing it.

Still early but I've no symptoms besides nausea and some pulling / cramping sensations last night.

Stark white Easy @ Home test last night for me and the spotting has restarted today, also got sore boobs still, bloating and last night could not stop eating chocolate . It's two weeks today since I got my positive CB Digital OPK so I think AF will be coming tomorrow. I'm jealous of you all with AF, I just want mine to hurry up and start so it can hurry up and be over!

I know that feeling @CinderRosie . I do prefer having AF and knowing I am ready for a new cycle, over not knowing what’s happening.

Still super early for you @fleur89 , hoping you get a second line soon.

I know it's heart breaking seeing them, and then the evaps cause such heart breaks as gives up hope 🤍
I've not been able to use tests for 6 months as they causes me so much havoc after some dodgey clear blue tests!

Like a madwoman I tested again this morning. 14 dpo and negative. My period is due tomorrow, but I have a feeling it will be late just to mess with me. ☹️

@Harriet669 yes I think it would be easier to swear off tests.

My AF arrived this morning so I’m out. Started a new thread on spotting before my period as I’m worried this is an indicator something is wrong! I consistent start spotting a week before my period.

@SoItGoesAgain That happened to me the first month trying – it was a whole week late! Messed with my head so much. I feel your pain.

This is me too! I’m not sure what’s up with my body. I spotted during ovulation, spotted about 7dpo and now I’ve been spotting for the last 2 days and I’m not due on until Sunday 😕

@Waterdown I spot before my period and sometimes when ovulating too - my gynaecologist said it's nothing to worry about, but always worth you reporting to GP 🙂

I get spotting too which is hard because I always hope it’s implantation bleeding

@Waterdown what is your other thread called? I have spotting throughout my cycle and am going through various tests to figure out why.

More evap lines for me at 8dpo plus a BFN on FRER - wasted one just in case the evap line today meant anything 😒

I can see the faint line @fleur89 8pdo is super early so I there's a good chance it's too soon for the FRER, I would save the money (tests) and try again at the weekend or wait longer if you can (easier said than done I know)

I can also see a line on this test.

any advice girls.. I have another negative / very very faint test after my positive faint yesterday but I took a ovulation test today and it was peak 😂🙈 what’s going on 😂😂

@fleur89 I can also see a faint line, I’d wait another few days and test again Sunday morning and it may be darker? Fingers crossed it’s not an evap.

@Soph2512 that is very weird, what cycle day are you? Is there any chance your body didn’t fully ovulate when it did and it having another go now? I’ve heard this happening to others.

AF has just arrived, will count tomorrow as CD1 as I’ve heard if it starts in the afternoon or evening the next day is day 1! Does everyone else count this way?

@Soph2512 when did u get ur last peak? Are ovulation tests more sensitive than hcg strips does anyone know? Would it be picking up smaller amounts of hcg that the strip doesn’t?

@CinderRosie sorry to see u got af too. Next cycle is the one🤞🏽 I got AF just after lunch Monday, I’m counting that as CD1

I always count AF as CD1 @CinderRosie but my cycles vary so I guess that could be a factor

@Soph2512 first indication I was pregnant with DS was that I had a surge in LH just before my first positive!

I've had a few positive frer and also 2 clear blue digital so feeling very positive and hope it sticks. One thing I will say is I also have been doing easy at home test and in my experience I had 2 different batches one slightly better than the other one batch I haven't even got a faint line the other is a faint line so anyone who is using them doesn't necessarily mean that that is a true reading in my opinion and for me I no everyone is different but I just wanted to share my experience of them so far xx
