I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April 💖

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

@Sez281 welcome to the thread and so sorry for your loss 😞 Sorry you're also feeling crappy but as ever, kind of reassuring to know I'm not alone! We're obviously super similar cycle stages, as you say, at least it's a cycle buddy if we are indeed out. I've also had breast pain and a few random things going on but manic Googling reassures me that these are all most likely pms. Also, things I had with both my previous BFPs haven't happened so really not feeling it... Although I know every pregnancy can be very different so there's that nugget of hope... Haha. Will keep my fingers crossed for you!! Also, yes, it's amazing how many BFPs there have been on this thread and it really is lovely having that hope to reassure you!

@HopeAndStrength ah that's all sounding good and so exciting to be close now to finishing your first trimester. Everything crossed for you and look forward to a positive scan update next week! 🤞🏻💕🌈

@Hankthehonk so glad you're experiencing symptoms even though I completely see why that in itself isn't enough to reassure. Will have everything crossed for your scan too - I will be a complete bundle of nerves when I get to that stage again so can only imagine how you're feeling, but also agree, it would be better to face the music sooner if it is a sad outcome. But, there's no reason it will be and I have every hope all will go well for you this time 🤞🏻🌈💕

Do keep checking in everyone and updating us! So happy for those who are on track for their rainbows and it really does provide hope to those of us following on behind! ❤️

Hi @SnookyPook thanks for checking in on us. I was worried I’d missed my Lh peak this month or it just wasn’t going to happen as my ovulation tests had been pretty faint from cd11. I tested cd16 am and it was almost invisible but then an almost positive in the afternoon, it was maybe a dud test. Anyway I got my positive the next day so we are now in full Smep mode 😂

I found my pms quite upsetting as I knew what was coming so just wanted it over with to get started on a new cycle, it’s not easy!
You’re not out yet thought, thinking of you over the next few days.

@HopeAndStrength @Hankthehonk glad to hear you are doing well and it’s not long till your scans. I can understand it being an anxious time, hoping that everything stays on track for you both.

Hi @SnookyPook im due tomorrow & can feel AF coming. Had a big cry yesterday & agree pms has been way worse since my losses last year. Im sick of it but also dont want to give up 😔

I'm still sat here waiting for AF, feel very hormonal, boobs on/off tingly for last few days. I never used to have any symptoms of PMS now they seem intense. I've told myself I'm not pregnant so avoiding testing, it's nearly 9 weeks since MC and I'm so fed up of no period. Not sure how long I should wait for it before I flag it with them again. Its not normal 😔

all I would say is if you read back on this thread I was absolutely SO sure I was out on the month I got a BFP. Absolutely no symptoms at all - not sure if that’s reassuring to anyone or what but thought it might help some

I’ve got my first scan tomorrow, I should be 8w 2d but we’ll see!

@Freddie15VES ooh good luck lovely! Hope it goes really well. Will be thinking of you! It always helps to read people were convinced they were out as it allows a twenty bit of hope down to the last minute! Haha. I've got a panty liner in and am expecting to see AF any time so... right down to the wire here Haha.

@xxcxdonxx woohoo! Glad you got your positive! Must have been a relief. Good luck with smep! May have to try that next cycle if things go the way I'm expecting!

@Ttc2023x oh sorry to hear that you've been struggling too. It's so shitty isn't it. At least we can be cycle buddies 💕 And you never know... 🙃

@Westy22 no, not tempted as I think it would be a waste. Also, even if it was positive I'd be super anxious right now with cramping etc so might as well wait. AF will be decisive! And if by any chance she doesn't appear, hopefully I'll get a clearer BFP etc from having waited. Already waited this long, what's another couple of days?! 🤪
Sorry to hear that you're still in limbo. Can't remember when you last did a test? In your case it might be worth it since you're not sure where your cycle's at etc? Can't remember if you're tracking opks etc? I don't think any GP would think badly of you for checking in 9wks after a miscarriage. Hope you get some support and that your body gets back into it's groove very soon. 💕

I've been a bit quiet lately but ive been checking in according to my AP am four days away from ovulation but if I went from my usual cycle ovulation would be tomorrow so I don't no where to really go from because of that random long cycle last month 🙄

I feel excited to finally be able to be in the tww 🥰

@SnookyPook absolutely everything crossed for u and if u read back I also was so sure af was coming just days before my bfp so 🤞🏽🤞🏽

im very nauseous in the evenings but I can stay on top of it mostly by just constantly eating. My good friend is 11 weeks and all her symptoms are just starting to go, it’s crazy how fast they can just ease too. My boobs are so so sore but I’m also on progesterone so that’s prob adding to that.

ill give a wee update after my scan tomorr, light a candle and say a wee prayer please 🕯🙏🏽❤️

@Westy22 it's been a long road for you hasn't it I'm sending lots of hugs! It's cruel the way our bodies play up and just leave us feeling so frustrated! The waiting must be awful I would get back in touch with your gp? Maybe your hormones are out on sync? Have u been ttc again? (Sorry if you've already said) I do no some women don't actually get a period before getting pregnant again after a loss xx

@DmcinT awww lovely to hear your scan is tomorrow aswell I can imagine the anxiety getting the better of you but av got faith and will light that candle for you 🥰

@SnookyPook I've been tracking ovulation but its so up and down so not quite sure what's going on so figured may be better waiting for AF. I had some peak days now it's very much negative.

Going to wait another week, Flo had me due on last week..Prenom is predicting next monday so I'm going to wait till that passes, then test/contact my awful GP who has zero time for anyone 😩 x

Keep us updated how you get on too if AF doesn't show 👀xx

Thanks so much ladies! I’m so mixed, part of me is like how much bad luck could be if possibly get!! But then the other part of me is obviously really worried as last time I was scanned I got told probably close to the worst news I’ve ever had in my life!

Ladies I'm after doing such a stupid thing and testing at 8pm 🙈AF due Wednesday and I've been cramping so badly all day that im wearing a panty liner but I just woke up from a nap and even tho still cramping I can't shake this feeling of fullness in my breasts that I had in Feb on my BFP before my MMC in March so yeah I just did a test (the urine was so diluted) and I probably have major squint eyes but I think I see a teeny line? I know i'm probably going mad 😭

@Sez281 100% test again in the morning! I think I can see a line but I duno if I have line eyes 🙈 fingers crossed for you x

@Sez281 like the others, I do think maybe I see the beginnings of a line... Definitely test again in the morning and let us know how you get on!

I've had a bit of veeeeery mild spotting this evening so think I really am out... Of course can't be certain until AF starts in earnest. Both love and hate this last bit of hope as the tww draws to a close.... Haha

@SnookyPook the love/hate thing is real, it's exhausting the not knowing even though it's good to still have hope. The spotting may not be af....

I just did test, I think there's a vvvfl only a tiny bit darker than yesterday. I don't know what to think🙈. I still feel like AF is coming but on the other hand the boob fullness/pain is definitely unusual for me and was a symptom last time. I'm starting to think it's going to end up as a CP but will only know for sure in a few days I guess😕 AF due tomorrow.. To top it off I feel like I'm getting thrush too, not sure if that's a sign or my body just reminding me it's there but I very rarely get infections 🥴

Forgot to add pic to post.. it's so faint I'm really not going to get my hopes up

@Sez281 you should maybe try a more sensitive test like a frer or boots early response? I can see something again in this morning's pic, if I were you I'd definitely be checking with a different brand of test. Keeping fingers crossed for you!

@Hankthehonk thanks. I think I'll wait until tomorrow when AF due, I'm just driving myself crazy 🙈 Im actually due to go on hols to Spain in 2 days with my DP's family. If it's positive I don't know how I'm going to explain not drinking 😂After MC in March promised myself I'm not telling even immediate family until 8 week mark. Im not even going to tell my DP until I know for sure

@Sez281 I can see a line on this one for sure it's faint but it's there! I agree with @Hankthehonk I would do a early response one tomorrow. Xx
