I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April 💖

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

Hi girls I have been reading your posts but not had the balls to post ( it's something I've never done 🤣) congratulations on everyone's BFP!! Such exciting times ahead 🥰

So sorry for losses some of you have experienced I myself have recently well February had a ectopic which is a total mind boggle!

I finally feel ready to start trying after this cycle I'm currently waiting for as the three months are up that's recommend.

I already have a two year old little boy who's a live wire 🤣 and I just would love it give him a sibling

@Jadeypie welcome! I also have a 2yr old livewire! Would love to give him a sibling too but sometimes wonder if I'm completely mad as not sure how I'd cope with 2 of them 😂 sorry to hear about your loss earlier in the year. Good luck with TTC again! This seems to be quite a lucky thread for BFPs so keeping everything crossed!

@Westy22 really hard to tell but hopefully you get proper clarity soon. I do think it can be helpful for the first AF to come so you know where you stand etc. This will be my second since the loss if it's no BFP and somehow it's hitting me more emotionally than that first one did. I think the first was a relief that everything was working again whereas I was more conscious of TTC again this cycle and it's just hitting me more how I'd be almost 20wks if I hadn't had the loss etc etc which I know doesn't help anything but just having a wobble I think. Hopefully tomorrow will be better again.

@SnookyPook thank you 🥰 oh I think we all feel like how will we cope but we r mums (women 🤣) and we just do! I can imagine seeing such special bonds between siblings be amazing!

@SnookyPook I totally get you, this week would've been the week I would've had a 12 week scan and announced to my family...well atleast that's how I played it out in my head, its such a emotional rollercoaster one day up the next so down.

I went out this evening and weirdly someone assumed I had children (a friend of a friend)...when I said I didn't they asked if I wanted them...I breathed through the straw of my aperol spritz and held in the cry. It's the first time someone's asked me that since my loss and it killed. The aperol helped lol

Fingers crossed we both get our baby dream soon 🙏🤞

@Westy22 aaaw massive big hugs to you xxx so hard isn't it. I've lost all sense of trying to protect other people's feelings around that. If someone asked me if I want a sibling for my son I'd probs just say well actually I've just lost a pregnancy, thanks for asking (!!!) 😬😬 Glad the aperol helped. 💕

@Westy22 I got this question yesterday at a family BBQ and I quickly replied not anytime soon and thought why do we hide it? Why do we hide our loss? Big hugs to you! Xx

Thanks @Jadeypie i took one this morning and they just don’t seem to be getting darker!! Am I doing the wrong thing testing everyday haha I feel like I should just leave it a few days

@SnookyPook @Jadeypie im sorry you’ve had to deal with that, I’ve had a few similar situations in the last few weeks, it can really knock u for six ❤️

@Freddie15VES your lines are definitely good and strong, I really wouldn’t be worrying. Have u done a clear blue how many weeks u are? I’m going to do one of them tomorrow. I’m on way home from the hen here and it was actually a great distraction. I think I hid not drinking well but we’ll see if anyone says anything in the next few weeks if we 🤞🏽 Get to the stage of telling ppl. The wedding is in 6 weeks so I’d be 10 at that

@DmcinT aw thanks they just don’t seem to be progressing but then I am taking one every 12 hours 🙄 so I dunno what I expect ha. And yes I had one left over from the MC so took it today and told DP today to share the worries and he was a bit annoyed I’d kept it to myself so glad I’ve told him!!

@Freddie15VES I totally get it we get consumed with tests don't we! I would try and leave it a few days (if you can) it will get darker!

@DmcinT with my last pregnancy my rhr was my first clue coz it shot up and stayed like that I remember one day saying to a friend god my heart rate won't calm down haha it's a good sign means body's pumping that extra blood ❤️

I’m just home from the hen now, feels like such a mountain climbed to just have that weekebd over. I’ll be doing a clearblue ‘number of weeks’ tomorrow and hopefully ringing epu to tell them what’s happening. They only just confirmed my hcg back down to undetectable abt 10 days ago 😂😂

@Freddie15VES aw I’m delighted u told ur DP, it’s nice to share the news and discuss all ur worries. What was his reaction?

@Jadeypie i caved and did another one tonight haha it was darker than this mornings so I feel a bit better 😂💖

@DmcinT he’d just come off a night shift bless him so he was mega groggy but I had just taken the weeks indicator test and my little boy walked over and handed it to him. He was trying not to beam a massive grin as I know he’s scared too! But definitely feels nice having told him

me too on the tests😅 , I just did another cheapie and it’s much darker so I’m feeling a lot better about it all🥰❤️ I’m almost looking forward to doing the number of weeks one in the morning 😂

my mind has now turned to our holidays, we’ll be gone for week 6,7 & 8 and just landed home the day before I’m 9 weeks. Feeling a bit apprehensive about that but maybe it’ll be a good distraction for those weeks too.

Since the ectopic my cycles have been bang on time and now that we have decided right let's start again it seems my body's gona ermmm lets be late this month! I just need this period to hurry up and go haha! Am also feeling like I'm going to be obsessed with ttc again soon.

It took five years for my first and first try for my 2nd pregnancy I just don't want this time round to be too long turning 31 I feel like I need to get a move on silly i know.....us women think too much 🤣🤣🤣

@Jadeypie oh I hope it happens this cycle for you, I was deff obsessive with testing this last cycle 🙈 it’s too easy to become consumed by it I think.

I was 37 with the triplets and will be 38 now when I’m due with this pregnancy.. all going well.

I should be 4 weeks but because my last pregnancy was triplets I’m nervous that it’ll be multiples again (esp since line got dark quite quickly) @Freddie15VES what’s weeks did urs show?

@DmcinT it showed 1-2 weeks, partly didn’t expect it to show anything with my period being due tomorrow! Are these tests more sensitive too? Wish I’d taken a pic of my test tonight I did it before putting my little boy down for bed but by the time he was asleep it was as dry as a crisp 😂 the tests I’ve got are proper cheap ones and when they dry they look soooooo faint it’s really odd!

@Freddie15VES so the clear blue ones are sensitivity of 25 so that’s great it’s showing 1-2 (4 weeks medically)

im hoping I get 1-2 as well, if it’s 2-3 I know hcg is increasing faster and it could be another multiples pregnancy which we think is the reason for our MC (one placenta trying to grow 3 of everything was just too much pressure)

part of me feels so guilty for hoping it’s one baby but part of me knows the chance of success with multiples isn’t good so it’s such an internal fight with myself.

i will have a look at mine now that’s it’s completely dry, I just take a pick within the window & don’t look back at them after that 🙈

@DmcinT are they!! I thought they were 10 haha I couldn’t find anything solid online saying what they were! But that’s good to know

@DmcinT The top one is yesterday at 7pm and the bottom 2 are this evening

@Freddie15VES the wee cheapies are 10 but clear blue are 25.
I just looked back at that one from earlier and it’s dried very faint, I think that’s just how they dry in fairness.

Morning! How's everyone doing? 13dpo here but awaiting AF. Pre-period cramps and have had raging pms the last couple of days. Yesterday I had a proper sob about my period coming. I think last month it was a relief because it showed everything was working again after the loss. This month feels like more of a slap in the face as I do want to be pregnant again. Still, it is good things are all working as they should so once the disappointment lessens I'll be plodding in to the next cycle....

@SnookyPook ah I totally get that I'm trying to prepare for a period mentally but I know I'll be sad. I'm still no wiser at what my bodies doing, I've had an increase of CM its clear but light brown tinged for the last two days. Never had this before so ofcourse I'm telling myself it's got to be implantation 🙈 (actually mental) I can't believe I tell people on the net about my CM 🤣🤣
