@VixFromThe6ix thanks lovely. Yeah we do a lot to distract ourselves but definitely had a few tough days since my mc. I think the problem is, we like to do a LOT of exercise and realistically 8 to 10 hours of hiking isn't going to help us get pregnant.

@Muriel84 Spotting can be normal.

On my 7 week scan and on my 10 week scan 2 days ago the sonographer saw a small area of blood. This is caused by a bruise during implantation and apparently quite common. The sonographer said it will either leave my body through spotting or it will get absorbed in the body.

Maybe your spotting is also caused by such a bruise and your blood has already left the body.

@Muriel84 Sending you all the good vibes and thinking of you! I know two women who had quite a bit of bleeding early on but went on to have healthy pregnancies. I had loads of cramping early in my last pregnancy too. 💜

Does anyone here track bbt? My temps dropped today almost to the coverline at 3dpo. Now I’m worried it has something to do with progesterone.

@emmatcc1 I do! Mine did the same this month at 3dpo and I was worried also, but it did go back up again. Do you use the FF app? I comforted myself a bit looking at the chart gallery there as some of the temps from people who got pregnant that cycle are all over the place! So I think it’s ok for them to have the odd drop (which can also be caused by other external factors) as long as the general trend is of them being above cover line

@Mrsspoon3 Yes I use the ff and premom. I know I definitely ovulated as my temps went up very high like always. I did research a bit and so many said they had a dip at 3dpo and went on to get a positive.

Ooh that’s good then @emmatcc1, fingers crossed your dip is a good sign!! Unfortunately I’m out this cycle. I’m 12dpo and think my period is due tomorrow, but still testing negative (not even the faintest trace of a line for me to squint at!) so it’s a definite BFN. But don’t think my dip was to do with that or anything!

Hey everyone! I hope you're all enjoying your sunny weekends 😊 Can any veteran OPK experts please help? I had my peak yesterday, then today there's obviously been a dip. Does that mean ovulation has already happened or could it still be looming? I normally use the digital ones so I just stop testing. 😅 Thanks!

@LeopardLover ovulation will be 24-36hrs post positive OPK, and 8-20hours post peak (if peak wasn’t your first positive). So I would say you will probably be ovulating today

Oooh, thank you so much! 🌟 I'm hoping we can squeeze in DTD tonight but we have to be up at 3.30am to go to the airport so it's not looking likely 😫xx
