Bloods are back. Hcg 134 progesterone 151. She asked if I’m taking progesterone tablets, which I’m not. Weird cos I was worrying I had low progesterone. Now obsessively googling high progesterone 🙈booked another scan on Monday when they think it should be visible.

eaiying for a scan now. Had a panic attack in the waiting room 😕 so anxious is another ectopic. My HCG was 1315 yesterday which is fab but doesn’t help the anxiety

@Mummyme87 are they great results? I’ve no idea 🙈 oh hun I hope they call you in soon. It’s the worse wait. That hcg sounds great! They told me it’s visible on scan after 1000. Let us know how it goes thinking of you x

@Muriel84 yes it’s a great result. Mine was HCG 72 at 3+6 with progesterone 121.
shouldn’t be much longer I don’t think based on what I can see happening. Thanks for the support ladies ♥️

@Mummyme87 ok thank you ❤️ just went to the loo and I’m spotting darkish blood. Assume it was the TV uss which was very thorough and uncomfortable at times.

@Muriel84 most likely from the scan, it can irritate the cervix.

Thanks so much all of you for the support yesterday was a real toughy. @TheFanciestPants @VixFromThe6ix @Eirlys1986 I've added retail therapy and binge watching to the distraction list. I'm feeling more positive and telling myself it's like learning to surf I can do all the prep but sometimes we just need to keep tying and be patient for the right wave!

@Eirlys1986 sounds great lines are continuing to improve for you! @Muriel84 sounds like results were good?!! Hope your feeling ok.

@Elen123 that is a lovely way to look at it, like learning to surf and waiting for the wave. It’s so true. Ttc is tough. There’s a lot to learn, our bodies are amazing and crazy, and you can do everything right but doesn’t mean that will be the cycle.

had my scan. No ectopic and away from my CSection scar also thank god. Will rescan in two weeks when there will hopefully be a heartbeat to see. For now I’m really pleased ♥️

@Muriel84 the spotting is almost certainly due to the TV scan, results sound great! 👍🏻 good luck for the scan on Monday.
We are going to Corfu 2 weeks on Monday, have decided to do the private scan day after we get back when I should be 8 weeks so hopefully heartbeat will be easily present then. I’m frightened to book an earlier scan at 6 weeks just in case it’s too early to see and then I’ll just end up anxious on holiday.

@Eirlys1986 oh wow what a wonderful escape to take your mind off things! Is it a toddler friendly holiday? If Mondays scans ok and I’m not offered another one I’ll probably have a private scan at 7 weeks. And probably another one at 9-10. I live near a window to the womb and it’s £60 😬

@Muriel84 its an all inclusive (first time we’ve ever done one) with a splash park/ magician etc so should be good. Got a little pool outside the room which will be amazing for when he naps! £60 is very reasonable! My scan place is £75 per early scan but I think they are often done by consultants- think we will go the day after coming home as me and partner booked the day off but son is off to nursery whilst we unpack and get our lives back in order so it will work well to go for scan that day too. As you say, the holiday the week preceding scan will be a great distraction from it

@Eirlys1986 that sounds amazing! I’ve never been on a resort holiday but totally get the appeal with little ones. I looked some up recently and was shocked DS is the same price as us now he’s 2! X

Omg yes once they are 2 they evidently turn into some sort of man child 😂
we are lucky our son will be 20 months almost when we go

Hey, hope everyone’s doing ok! Missed a few days and it’s so hard to catch up isn’t it? 😂
Feeling a bit rubbish today as I took an early test and it was negative (I’m only 10dpo but just feel sure I’m not pregnant anyway), and I’ve got a horrible ear infection that’s not getting better, and spent the afternoon at the hospital with my little boy talking to surgeons about possible surgery he needs. So just having one of those days!!
Random question, but my son needs a procedure done next month which involves an X-ray. It would be during my 2ww so am I best to skip trying next month do you think so I’m able to be with him when he gets it done? I’m guessing I wouldn’t be able to if I might be pregnant?

@Mrsspoon3 I'm not an expert but the x-ray is very directional and if needed they could give you a protective apron so I wouldn't worry.

@Mrsspoon3 yes I was going to respond along the same lines as @Un7breakable. I think they'd offer you a lead apron or to stand behind a screen. You could always ask them directly I suppose if you were concerned.

Thanks @SnookyPook, my ear is driving me mad! I feel like I’m constantly under water and can’t hear anything out of it. They’ve given me new antibiotic drops so hope they help! x

@Mrsspoon3 hows your ear? I used to recurrent ear infections. Sometimes oral decongestants would help with that under water feeling. Depends how often you’re BF tho as can affect supply.

Ive been awake most the night with bad cramps and I had the tiniest amount of pink spotting when I went to the loo at 1am. Took some paracetamol at 4am and managed to get back to sleep after I also did a pregnancy test and within seconds got a strong line. Can’t stop worrying tho and now have to go to work x

I'm so confused! Wrote down all my period lengths which vary wildly from 24 days to 42! The middle length seems to be 31 days so have booked blood test according to that on 31st but then today my clear blue says peak fertility today - so 7 days from now is 26th not 31st. Premom says low chance of pregnancy though will test later as know it's not ideal first thing +awkward doing it in work!
I hate this, it's hard enough without it being complicated.
Oh had sperm test so waiting to see those results. It's a bit awkward isn't it, think he is glad it's done.
