After an absolutely horrific afternoon at work I’ve come home and tested and much to my shock also have a vvfl on boots test at 9dpo so no wine for me this eve. @Eirlys1986 we’re test twins and also 💪 proceive max! although I lack your organised labelling skills!

So I have a history of early losses and also increased risk of preterm loss so will be an anxious time but feeling relief at seeing something. Have been monitored very closely last pregnancy. Will start aspirin from tomorrow and continue proceive max until it runs out. Will see how it goes. 🤞🤞🤞 have already told my mum and DP.

Unfortunately I've had a super short 17 day cycle and Aunt Flo arrived yesterday morning. That was the end of a very short cycle 4 after stopping Microgynon in January. Up until now and all my life my periods have been regular so this development was worrying and disappointing. I'm taking it easy this evening.

@Angelsrose thank you, sorry your cycle has been worrying on this occasion. Hopefully it’s just a one off shorter one considering things have been normal since coming off the pill in Jan. Hope you have a restful evening x

@Angelsrose I hope your cycles settle soon. Have you spoken to your GP about blood tests to check if there's an obvious cause? It might be they can do that before referrals to fertility clinics that have a lot of waiting list.

Thanks @Mirla I have a GP appointment on Monday which I had booked before the 17 day cycle! I was going to ask for some bloods anyway so I will get everything checked.

I think I'll be ordering some proceive max next month 😂 no SMEP for me unfortunately 😴😅

@Eirlys1986 @Mummyme87 @TrudyProud @Angelsrose @Mirla thanks ladies ❤️ feeling a bit crampy, mainly on the left, and stomach is in knots! It was about a 2 hour hold, quite dilute. Took a while to come up tho, just within the 3 mins. Expected DP to say he couldn’t see it, was surprised he said “oh yeah I completely see it!” Don’t know whether to test again tomoz or wait till tomorrow.

@Angelsrose my periods have been weird with late luteal phase spotting since I came off the pill. It’s very frustrating.

@Mirla do you usually spot or is this quite out the blue? 🤞 for you.

@Angelsrose Sorry about your short cycle and how you're feeling. 😔 It's good you have a GP appointment booked in so hopefully they can help. This next cycle will be ours 🙏🏻 (she says 😅). We need to join the others on the pregnancy forum 😉xx

@Muriel84 I was sooo crampy and twingey for the first few days after my
bfp. The boots tears are definitely the one aren’t they!

@Mummyme87 i hope they are and it’s not a false positive! I cramped up to ten weeks with DS I think. How many weeks will you be at your scan? I will try and organise an early one if this sticks. I’ve never tested this early before! Can’t believe I’m only 3 weeks.

@Muriel84 nahh, it’s the real deal!! I’ll be about 5weeks at scan, hopefully just enough to see it’s location

@Muriel84 😂 thanks for the congratulations, it’s definitely understandable with your suprise to have forgotten! I don’t think that test could be called a false positive in any world! I repeated one this evening and it’s only just about the same and still faint so I kinda wish I’d just waited till tomorrow so maybe if you haven’t already tested tonight it may be worth waiting (but who am I to tell people to exercise self restraint right?!)
@LeopardLover thank you, I have always sung the praises of proceive max and always will do!(despite the horrific price tag). I would also sing the praises of smep but it is knackering (literally ) 😂. Fingers crossed this next cycle is the one for you 👍🏻

@Muriel84 I don't normally spot til the day before AF, and it's not due for another four days or so. I think in January I had spotting two days early, which was also a little surprise but we hadn't started TTC yet so no wondering about it!

@Eirlys1986 i meant I don’t know whether to test tomorrow or Sunday! I’m quite tight when it comes to tests! Could switch to ICs maybe, but would probably be negative tomoz cos not so sensitive? How many did you buy in boots?! I have two more. And a load of cheaper ones. I was getting embarrassed how many I was buying in savers 🙈

@Mirla vivid dreams, cravings and spotting could be something? I’ve been very emotional and had vivid dreams but not particular beyond the realm of normal for me. I have had a single spot on my chin tho which is unusual! X

@Muriel84 -boots does two of the early tests for £5 a pack so I bought 4 (2 boxes)in total. I asked the check out lady for a bag for them and she apologised as she didn’t have anything other than a little bag and said “but it should be big enough to hide them…not that you want to hide them” 😂- poor lady did seem somewhat embarrassed.
I do also have 2 clear blues bought last cycle but really don’t want to use those now until I feel 100% confident things are progressing but would rather not use at all!

@Eirlys1986 oh dear! Poor woman must deal with more embarrassing items working in boots! Ooh £5 a pack is cheaper than when I bought mine. Maybe I’ll go and get some more 🙈

😂 @Muriel84 , I know I am likely to be haunting the aisles again before long.

I’ve gone through about 8 boots tests, 2 FRER and 2 CB digi in the last week 😬 I’ve got 3 more boots another another CB digi. I’m trying not to test tomorrow.
