@Muriel84 I saw Maca root on TikTok, loads of people are taking it after years of trying and conceiving immediately, so thought I would try it and stopped at ovulation. I also take conceive plus and add extra stuff to make the doses higher as often preconception vitamins don’t have high enough.

@Eirlys1986 so with DS2 I felt pain in groin like really sharp on 7dpo and just really was convinced… maybe wrong. This time had more pain left groin again and had the really bad head, plus it takes about 48hrs to show up on a home pregnancy test which is where I’m at. Maybe wrong but it’s my guess

@Muriel84 well done for doing the final smep night, I must admit once we had done the 3 days in a row post peak OPK I was over it so we skipped the last one 😂

I got my static smiley face today on the clearblue opk (very early for me and flashy one was only yesterday and I normally get loooooads of days of them) but I have no ewcm at all (despite drinking loads of grapefruit juice). Does that mean it’s highly unlikely I’ll get pregnant this month?

@Mrsspoon3 I wouldn’t say so no. From recollection I’ve had some cycles go from blank circle to static smiley with no flashing and also some with very short flashy stage (including cycle I got pregnant first time around). Whilst it would be nice to see the ewcm I don’t think the lack of it would make me worry I couldn’t get pregnant that cycle. Things are bound to not the textbook every month 👍🏻

@Mrsspoon3 have you looked at the stick itself? Does the test line look dark at all? They seem to get flooded very easily giving you a false static smiley

Thanks for your replies @Eirlys1986 and @Mummyme87! The line doesn’t look incredibly dark (both are fairly pale) but both test line and control line are same colour. To be honest I haven’t seen any EWCM at all since I had my baby so I worried I was having anovulatory cycles, but I started charting bbt last month and I did ovulate, so I guess I’m just not getting the EWCM for some reason. Hopefully you’re right @Eirlys1986 and it won’t stop me from getting pregnant! Will try some preseed next month!

@Mrsspoon3 I never noticed any EWCM this cycle and still got my BFP so don't count yourself out. Fingers crossed for everyone testing soon

@Mrsspoon3 👍🏻 I thought about suggesting preseed or similar to you, definitely a good shout. Tbh I don’t think I’ve ever noticed myself having more than the odd bit of ewcm historically and it didn’t cause me a problem I’m aware of with pregnancy numero uno

I've not noticed EWCM since we started trying. I did have it the month before, but it seems like DTD every couple of days makes it impossible to tell whether there is any. Now I'm wondering if that's problematic or not!

Today I'm 10dpo and it's been two days since I say that pink smidge on my underwear. And I got a bfn. so not sure what that was but probably not implantation unfortunately.

I gotta say, it's absolutely crazy how much your brain can play tricks on you. If I stare on this stark white stick long enough it makes it seem like there might be a hint of a line. There isn't....but my brain is capable of making me believe there might be. Just crazy. Whose site is it on?? 😂😂😂

While another cycle goes by I'm not as upset for some reason. Looking forward to my period in 4 days and a new start to this madness.

@VixFromThe6ix had negative 9dpo FMU and positive at 9pm. So fairly early really. Your mind makes you believe anything!!

Oh wow! That's awesome. What made you test again?? For some reason I always got better lines when not with my fmu @Mummyme87 I think this is our second bfp?

@VixFromThe6ix yes I get better lines when not FMU aswell. Just the craziness of the TWW made me test like a maniac 😂😬 boobs are killing me and so achey and twingey I’m back/hips/lower abdo.

I've nothing to report on my front... I couldn't wait and tested 8, 9 and 11 dpo. All BFN. Still cramping, and now running into day 4 of being late. 😕

I wondered if I mistook my ovulation date and it was later than expected - or maybe I was on time and despite the cramping it just didn't take? Ugh I have no idea!

@TickingTui sorry for all the uncertainty with things at present for you, it’s always particularly sucky when that happens. Like you say perhaps ovulation happened a bit later than you anticipated. My first pregnancy was odd in that I’m pretty certain I didn’t implant till 12 dpo and I tested negative even on Frer till 14 dpo. Was using OPK but feel like I must’ve ovulated very late that month or little one just really took his time sticking.
Im now 6dpo and currently been up at night comforting a toddler with diarrhoea and a resulting very sore bum 😢…..annnd now I’ve got the poos too 💩 🙄
