@LuckyMoonstone I know 😂😂 I was like oh. Thought they might just say wash around where they will cut. Basically gotta decontaminate myself for 3 days. But I guess it’s to help prevent any bacteria being on skin etc as it’s a build up barrier effect she said against MRSA.

it’s like a boutique small spa hotel - the spa suites are amazing! Worth the money imo. Nice for a little treat if you can convince hubby.

@MrsJGrealish thanks lovely did you dip into the Easter egg? Hibiscrub smells gross 😂 we have a tonne of it at our yard to use on the horses one of the girls there works in a private hospital and once it's been open for a certain number of days they throw it out 😳 it's unbelievably wasteful

@Indianna2006 that's really helpful, thanks for sharing. Really hoping your the first on the list! Funny to think you have to apply that 3 days ahead of the surgery whereas emergencies don't do that - I don't remember being cleaned for my emergency one?! I hope it doesn't smell too clinical!

@LuckyMoonstone I think everyone always has 'one' person that either immensely grates on them or they actively avoid.

@MrsJGrealish I just snuggled an Easter egg Infact. Eating all the chocolate as once baby is out. No more snacking on biscuits and chocolate. I want to get back into my things for summer!!

@bunnykins123 it actually smells of nothing?! Bonus lol. Yeh I guess as it planned there is extra precautions they can take. Which is nice in a way. Gives you a better head start of course than an emergency. In terms of infection risk. Just the speed of delivery and amount of bruising and being pulled about.

obv I don’t really know what to expect though in terms of recovery after. I only knew what I did after my traumatic vaginal. Which was beyond horrendous. So we shall see 🫣🫣

@Indianna2006 I honestly thought the idea of the c section was worse than reality. You will be a bit 'Bambi on ice' when you get back on your feet but it's not really painful, just wobbly. My biggest advice to you? Prunes. Buy a big bag of prunes. I've never had constipation like what I had after having DD. It was awful - I actually think that was the worst part!!

@bringmearainbow yaaaay that's a great increase! Come on little baby! How are you feeling?

@bunnykins123 I have terrible backache and I'm really so bloody tired and really that's about it. My boobs hurt but no more than they normally do before I get AF I don't remember being this exhausted with any of the other 3 🙈 they want me back on Friday for another blood test then she tried to tell me they would probably leave me after that 😂 I was like errr no I was promised monitoring and scans don't try and fob me off lady 🙅🏼‍♀️

@bringmearainbow yay that’s so good!!surely they keep monitoring you for more than a week?!

@bunnykins123 ahh hopefully I’ll be same. I don’t mind a bit of bambi on ice. Ugh I hate prunes 😩😩🫣🫣😂 but I have started a week ago taking lactulose to prevent constipation and will up the dose after surgery.
pros of knowing in advance I guess getting stuff in your system before.

I'm just cramping and not cramping then sore boobs then no sore boobs then back to sore again in the morning. I hate this cycle 😭 I'm bloody determined not to stare at a negative test though

@Indianna2006 oh indi no no chocolate tastes bad 🤢 I've no appetite for anything though. One of my friends had a section then a natural labour weirdly.

@MrsJGrealish I bloody did I was like the lady on Monday told me you would scan me once the numbers were high enough 😂 they ain't getting away with fobbing me off they did that once I won't let them do it again no way 🙅🏼‍♀️

@bringmearainbow totally stand your ground on that one. You should be at least given an early scan around 7ish weeks? I had 3 scans until 12 week scan!

@Indianna2006 ah fair enough, you've already been warned 😂 I guess I had no warning but tbf nobody warned me even after the op how bad it would be. Oh god prunes are grim @bringmearainbow but it was that or another week of not going...😶

@MrsJGrealish is that normal for you though? Mine was on and off and I was convinced AF was coming... I even messaged on here that all my symptoms had gone so was expecting AF in the morning 🤷‍♀️

The boob thing is promising I never have constant sore boobs with a bfp.

The mild cramping is annoying. I feel like I'm about to start. I probs will tomorrow. Unfortunately this cycle was my deadline and we did give it a good enough shot this month.

Truthfully and I know this sounds harsh but I'm not willing to go any further. Tests and more tests will probably be hard on me, DH and our DCs (I've been thinking about this a lot). DH isn't keen. He'd walk over fire for me so for him to say this he must really mean it.

Anyway on that super positive note 🙈 I will say good night and sleep well lovely ladies xx (ya never know it might be a bfp after all 😘)

@bringmearainbow that's super good news. I didn't have sore boobs, but they have shown up with a vengeance these last 3 days! Along with really bad sickness if I don't eat...I don't want to pile on weight but I just cannot stop eating. If I do I feel like I can't move because of the unsettling stomach 🤦🏼‍♀️. Xx

@FfoxRedN 'egg me on' nice touch 🤣 I'm absolutely fine about this decision and yea my boobs only really start to hurt about your stage with any successful cycle so 🤞🤞😘

@FfoxRedN oooh the hunger is the worst 😅 I remember with DS I was starving all the time but luckily I craved really healthy things and couldnt stand the sight of sweets or chocolate and I actually lost about 3kg in the first tri 😂 how you getting on with working and feeling so sick? Xxx
