I’ve been having weird pains starting from yesterday evening. Hard to explain what they’re like. If you were fully pregnant, it would be like from the top of your bump down to the middle. And a little bit under the ribs. Sharp niggly pains, not like a stomach ache. I don’t feel like it’s indigestion though. And today ive had the occasional sharp zing lower down where you’d expect pregnancy/period cramps to be. I hope it’s nothing sinister, even more worried for scan tomorrow :(

@LuckyMoonstone I think it's so so common for people who've experienced m/c to notice every twinge and pain. If you can, lie down with a nice cup of tea 🌸 Looking forward to your scan tomorrow and keeping everything crossed.
If it's of any help, I was in various sorts of pains at around this time and it wasn't a sign of anything bad, probably the body getting ready to stretch. Saying that, I totally understand how normal and natural it is to worry.
@monsteramunch has your migraine stopped?

@ScrantonDunderMifflin I do feel a bit better now. Still getting the odd cramp lower down but the pain in my upper abdomen seems to have gone now. This current bout of pregnancy constipation probably isn’t helping 😭😂

I listened to my last psychic reading (which was 10 years ago) and some of what she said was codswallop, some was absolutely true and on point and some stuff I'd forgotten which has now happened but meant nothing at the time. She said I could have a girl if I wanted one, so we'll see if this new one says anything different! Funny isn't it!!!

Hoping if I get a good sleep in I might feel a bit better. Midwife called to say they'll send a letter soon with my booking in date and I asked her about the headaches - she said it's very normal and to just focus on rest and that it's fine to take paracetamol as long as it's no more than the usual recommended dose obviously.

I have a pet peeve which is sooo triggering 😂 It's when people create threads saying 'why can't I conceive?' and then you find they only tried a few months. When this is pointed out to them, it's usually always 'but it worked the first time with DC1, how could it not have happened again yet if we tried for the whole two months?'. The other day someone literally created a thread asking how come they didn't conceive on the first try if she's sure they DDT at the right time. I mean, what. Reckon it's not just me 😂 Bless them.

I'm completely with you on that, I've had to leave a few threads where I didn't know if I was being a dick to feel annoyed people were saying they were in the same boat as us (it's taken us over a year) after TTC for one or two months.

Thank you lovely people x I’m so anxious and I’ve got the whole day to get through! Stomach-wise I am feeling a bit better, haven’t noticed any weird pains so far this morning

@ScrantonDunderMifflin oh yes! This is my third go at this TTC journey and each and every time it's taken 12 months or longer - usually with multiple attempts each FW. Some people don't know they're born!

@curliegirlie it’s annoying isn’t it when time creeps away with you.
others moaning about ttc for 2 months when lots of people have a year or two pass them by with no luck or just loads of bad luck.
the time stealing thing drives you a bit neurotic when your waiting I think. It feels momentous at the time.
