@TheBirdintheCave I'm so glad it does 🥰 my MC we're both mmc. Completely out of the blue..I'm sure they were just the 'wrong eggs'..I also had covid right at the start of the 2nd one - whether that caused issues who knows..xx

I would say TMI but there's no such thing with us lot... really constipated today which is annoying. Must be horrible for people who get that all the time!

I'm 7/8DPO and that, sore boobs and being super tired are the only things different to a normal week at this point in my cycle really.

I'm obsessively not symptom spotting every movement like the previous twelve months and not counting down the days til I can test etc. Work is absolutely mental which helps as a distraction.

I think the suspected chemical has made me nervous to get excited ever again!

@monsteramunch if it helps stop you worrying about temps, my post-ov temps last cycle were rubbish, the lowest I ever hard in the 8 months of temping, and I got a bfp. I genuinely thought I was out from about 5dpo because temps were just falling every day.

I have booked myself a private scan for this Friday on a whim because I'm just desperate to know if everything is OK before I go through all the booking in process next week.

@LuckyMoonstone I can't believe you're almost 8 weeks! How are you feeling? I think the extra scans help to reassure and does ease the worry (temporarily 😂 - I'm not sure the worry ever goes tbh!)

@bunnykins123 i feel like I need a scan every week to keep checking on it 😅 I'm hoping I get an NHS one at like 16-17 weeks given my history. I'll beg everyone I meet until I get one haha

@LuckyMoonstone I totally get that feeling! Although I am a bucket of nerves before each scan - I'm not sure I could cope feeling that way on a weekly basis 😂 that's really good that they will look after you with extra scan, it'll be reassuring to have everything checked!

@bringmearainbow I'm okay thanks lovely 😘 was in a bit of a hole the past few days as I had my scan today. My symptoms have been really scatty so was convinced it was all over but alas - I'm measuring 6 days ahead so things are looking good (for now!) how are you doing? Xx

@bunnykins123 ahhh that's amazing news 6 days ahead 🥳 was that just a private scan or at the EPU? I'm ok 3dpo today finally made it to the TWW trying to keep myself busy until next Thursday morning 😳

Do u have another scan booked in or is it the 12 week one next? @TheBirdintheCave I didn't realise you also had covid and then a MMC....I'm so sorry to hear that. I wonder if there is a link with some people? With this pregnancy I took aspirin from around 6 weeks..not sure what difference it made but don't feel like it's hurt xx

@bunnykins123 just saw your other post! Yes I can't wait...but still super anxious 😂. Finish work next Friday...so ready for that! Latest worry Is that the baby might have some sort of issue that's not been picked up on a scan/nipt 😩..argh! Hmm..possibly a girl but tbh no real idea 😂 xx

@calimc83 that's gone SO fast! I bet you are looking forward to not have to worry about working for a while and just focus on babe! I'm guessing girl based on absolutely nothing other than what you've told us 😂 I'm also thinking about doing nipt - would you recommend it? Yeh I have my 12 week next Friday, I've been so disconnected from this pregnancy that it'll be nice to actually start thinking this might actually happen 🤞

@bringmearainbow it is under the EPU, I get 3 (1 at 7 weeks, 1 at 9 and 1 at 12 weeks) so it's nice to have the follow up. Ah that's great you're in the TWW now - I always found the first week quite peaceful 😂

@MrsJGrealish I'm not feeling too bad at all, I've defo felt worse in previous pregnancies (which obviously freaked me out on many occasions!) eat all the food, nobody has time for dieting!

@LuckyMoonstone I can't believe you're nearly eight weeks either! Nor that it's now February 😂 Time seems to be going so fast now.

@calimc83 Yeah, me, my son and my husband all had it at the start of November and that made me ovulate a week late along with probably ruining my husband's sperm so I think that pregnancy was doomed from the start really :/ I'll definitely try aspirin when I get pregnant again, maybe at five or six weeks.

@calimc83 @TheBirdintheCave I'm sure covid caused mine had it in all 3 pregnancies caused complications after having it with DS then lost the other 2

@bunnykins123 ahhh that's good they've given you those I can't believe how quick it's gone! Lol I hate the whole of the TWW i want to know the waiting is rubbish 😂

Ok so. My AMH level is brilliant apparently for my age so I should have a butt ton of eggs left. No worries there.

And get this... husband no longer has low sperm motility. After two sperm tests in 2019 that were 13% and 16% he is now at 44%.

This has really thrown a spanner in the works as the options the doctor presented to us were basically keep trying as it's unlikely that there's anything wrong (other than bad luck) considering we've already got a son OR have IVF with the possibility of adding genetic testing to the mix.

I really don't know what to do. I don't want to part with £4k but also I don't want to roll the dice again for what could be months and months of waiting.
