I keep getting a fluttery tummy 😂 it's so weird I think the nerves of testing are kicking in

@bringmearainbow You're all a lot of help don't worry 😂 I just need to let go of the dream of it happening naturally and focus on reality. IVF is the only form of control I have in terms of making this process shorter. Even if I have to stab myself with needles to do it 😬😩

@TheBirdintheCave I think only you and DH can make that decision as there are so many factors that you will want to consider. In my view, you are still young so think you have time to try for a little while longer. You also have the reassurance that both you and DH are tickety boo so it's not like your battling other fertility issues. I also understand the need to just crack on with it.

@MrsJGrealish haha love that you're telling men to buy another test 😂 that's what I like to hear!

@bringmearainbow your symptoms sound really promising!!! Do you think you'll cave or stick it out? Totally agree about being blissfully unaware until your actually 'late'. Gone are the days where I have absolutely no idea about anything cycle related and AF often caught me off guard 🤷‍♀️

First time poster here looking to join the thread. You gals all seem very (crazily) like minded 😂
Currently 7DPO according to the calendar. Resisting the urge to POAS. TTC 9 months (bar 2 months due to chemical). Slowly losing mind in the TWW.

@bunnykins123 I just don't have the patience or the strength anymore to keep going for what could be another year with no luck.

We may not have fertility issues anymore but it still takes us eons to get pregnant. I'm cross that I even had hope for this month. I shouldn't have wasted any more time.

I've asked husband to call and book the next appointment so we can formally declare our intentions of IVF.

Also realised I have no spinach for my pasta tonight so now I'm even more depressed 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

@bunnykins123 I really want to test but I also really want to stick it out because it's literally just 2 more sleeps 🙈 it also might not show anything still on Thurs tbf it will only be 11dpo. I'll see how I'm feeling in the morning or better yet I'll see what concentration my wee is in the morning 😂 I'm so thirsty atm and drinking a lot 😳

@BudgetBuster welcome to the madhouse 🙈 when do you think you'll test?

@TheBirdintheCave spinach is gross anyway 😂 how do you feel now you've made a decision. I find once I've made one knowing how I feel about it tells me if it's the right answer or not

@bringmearainbow I purposely have no tests in the house to try avoid manic testing. Going to try to hold out until Sunday morning which would be 12DPO.

Think I've reached a new level of crazy....

Had really weird CM, it felt like it was plugged and slimy in there... and it wasn't coming out, only if I poked around a little when wiping and not a lot. So I put a menstrual cup in for afternoon. I've taken it out and it's the gloopiest creamy CM I've ever seen BUT it's stretchy too. Like egg white ovulation CM but it's white and thick too.

Wtf is going on?

Feel like a backed up slime factory.

@TheBirdintheCave if it helps that was my thinking too. Though I think for me personally I would wait till next cycle to make the appointment so you have 2 natural cycles. If I'm being brutally honest this is my ideal way to get pregnant (sorry not sorry DH 😂) Don't be scared of the self injecting. If I'm lucky enough to conceive I'll be doing that with blood thinners anyway xx

@MrsJGrealish I totally failed to do it after I had my son and needed surgery so I don't think it's going to go well. I had to take Fragmin injections for ten days afterwards and someone had to come and do it for me as I just couldn't face stabbing myself. My husband has a needle phobia so he couldn't do it for me either 🤦🏻‍♀️

@TheBirdintheCave I think it’s positive you’ve made that decision, hope you’re feeling ok about it. I think I would do the same if it was me.
Argh I remember the blood thinners after CS, DH had to do it for me and he put the needle in sooooo slowly each time 😂 eventually I asked him why the hell he was doing it like that and he said he thought it would be less painful 🤦‍♀️

Testing day is coming up for some of you soon 🤞🤞

Got the first stage of my booking in appointment tomorrow, then the rest will be over the phone. Spoke to my GP earlier and she said they should put me under consultant care this pregnancy because of the thyroxine/miscarriages/c-section. Jesus I’d make a brilliant case study with all that under my belt 😅

@OnNaturesCourse oooh weird I had some really watery but creamy cm about 4/5/6DPO but then it just went creamy

Ok so since I've had that nervous kind of fluttering this afternoon I've had a really dull ache like I've done a really hard sit up sesh at the gym and it's the next day when you can feel you've worked out. It's not cramping and I certainly don't get this pre AF I don't even get cramps it just starts. I wish my symptoms were not making me feel so hopeful but they are a tiny bit 😩

If I ever conceive I'll have had a stroke/miscarriages/heart issue 🙄 you can nearly sense DHs reluctance 🤣 ah well it'll be over in April one way or another

Another BFN tonight for me tonight on 2 early tests 😔 I know I'm only 10dpo BUT I know my body and I just feel it's not happened this month if that makes sense.

Only thing I've achieved this month is sore eyes from squinting so much 😂👀

Of course I'll continue testing until AF shows up right enough, like to pee on money a lot these days!

Been really achy all day, a bit like constipation pains but real low in my pelvis. I'm beyond shattered too. Skin and hair have gone greasy too which usually happens when AF is gearing up but was also the first symptom of being pregnant with my first 😂🤰 so... Who knows.

I am swinging from being totally OK with whatever happens to obsessively squinting at blank tests under the bathroom light for half an hour...then going back for one last check lol.

It's so annoying (and cruel!) isn't it @OnNaturesCourse that AF symptoms are the same as early pregnancy ones, ugh.
