Well here we are again, day 1 of new cycle. It’s been over a year now (I’d ducked out of these threads for ages). Finally going to start with some private investigations. But not for a few weeks.

Anyone got any fun ideas for this month?

@Countrybean looks more likely that your body is trying to ovulate again? Way to early for opk to be picking up hcg if that's what you're thinking. Do you temp to confirm O?

Hey, yes I do track my temp too- and it was all in line with the first peak test..will just have to wait and see!

I should add I have quite short luteal phases so not sure if that affects anything.. fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Thank you @ExcitedandNervousC1 I have taken your advice and given myself a lazy weekend, AF seems to be starting this morning and already the cramps are more painful than normal. That along with the mental struggles of first period after a MC I think some self care is going to be in order. Suppose I should just be pleased the worst of it might be over the weekend and not when i'm at work. Guess I'm CD1 then, here we go again :(

@Natty83 and @BambiBooBoo im using the free Flo app. I use it more to log periods, symptoms/how I'm feeling and sex. But all the bits that were useful when we were ttc ds, have all become part of the paid for aspect 🤦‍♀️

My sister used an OPK to detect pregnancy as she didn't have any tests at the time and it came back positive and then a positive pregnancy test 🤞 good luck!

AF has arrived, three days late but hey ho good to be able to get started again! In a way it's good as we're going on holiday in the summer and I wouldn't like to be camping a month before giving birth!

@Maxime34 thats horrible you got a savage indent, hope you are feeling ok. I got another bfn this morning too, I’ll do one more test tomorrow then I’ll class myself as out but fairly convinced I’m out and that id be seeing something by now

@MilkyAndFluffy Ah same I was really hoping it would be but....let's pray next month is the one 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I'll see you on the TTC November baby board once that's started. Our cycles are basically the same so it would be so nice to see your journey continue. I don't think I'm going to bother doing any more tests now, I'm sure AF will show soon enough! I've had such a sad few days about it but need to get my positive pants back on 🤣 thanks for being so supportive it really helps having lovely people on here to share the struggles!

@Maxime34 @MilkyAndFluffy stark white bfn today, so I'm out. Af due today or tomorrow and it was a 10miu test so I'm sure it's not my month. I was just so convinced with those symptoms 😤 Actually works well for me as dd birthday the end of sept so I won't ruin her birthday 😂

I’m currently getting the flashy smile on fertility test so still hoping to be in the October group but it’ll be right at the end of the month. I hated my birthday so close to Christmas but I think a Halloween baby would be good.

Got my peak opk today. We had sex Thursday night, will go again tonight and hopefully ovulate tomorrow. Doing 5mg letrozole this cycle. I hope it works. Been ttc number 2 now for a long time.e. period due valentines day..hopefully doesn't show

Would a FRER or clearblue be more likely to get a BFP than a IC??

DH is hoping I just have a bad batch of IC as they're rubbish or give me evaps every time. So wondering if a better test would be better?

Hi @AussieMum888 no testing here. Sadly I got an awful cold and realised all my symptoms were just getting sick not pregnancy 🤭😅

..I have a v v v faint line on an easy at home.. trying not to get excited but DH and I both agree we can see it. I plan to confirm in a couple of days with a frer or similar x
