@bunnykins123 same! I had a mega peak 5 days before AF. Kinda got my hopes up but alas dropped very quickly as AF begun.

@bringmearainbow 😂. I'm not gonna lie I liked peeing on mine today lol. It was as low as low can be. Strange though as I've had some more bleeding 🙄 (similar to what you described as the red cm but there was quite a bit!) hoping tomorrow it will be gone again! Temps are pre O level again, just need all the pieces to align so I can get on with this shit. Although I've just checked my work calendar and I am away loads the start of this year 😩.

I'm CD8 today, yeah normally a quick rise but I know about 24hrs before. Anywhere between CD13-15, I'm just testing early this month to plan in my biopsy as ovulation has to be confirmed! Who am I kidding...I'd be testing early and planning anyway 🤣. Hopefully next month it'll work out the right timings 🙏🏼 x

@FfayeN 😂 so true we are all the same in here get those tests in early 🙊 I started on CD8 and good job I bloody did too 🤣 I'm usually a CD16/17 so was a little shocked to see it but def not complaining I didn't have to wait even longer 😅 ah at least it's not like a couple of hours 24 hours is very reasonable

Hi all. I’m currently on CD30 and waiting for AF. We only DTD once this cycle on CD10 because we both came down with a lurgy and it lasted bloody ages. I also had the covid booster and flu jab just before getting ill and I’ve heard that could delay ovulation… So I’m pretty sure ovulation happened later than my usual CD16 but no idea how much later so this wait is really doing my head in. Just want CD1 to roll around now - need a fresh start.

@FfayeN through the mill? How right you are. DH announced last night that he wasn't sure about another baby. It was hard to hear but im getting a little fed up myself and honestly wouldn't force the issue. An hour later he's all over me and we DTD and he knows im not on contraception 🤨🤯 10 days from now will be interesting. If the previous 7 cycles are anything to go by it won't be an issue but there's always that hope (for me anyway) sorry probably tmi 🙈 if it's meant to be it will be.

@MrsJGrealish I haven’t done a HCG test as I know there’s no chance this cycle. Stopped the OPKs when I started feeling rough and my temps were all over the place with fever. Basically gave up tracking (in a bit of a strop 🙈)
Wish I hadn’t had the jab tbh - I think it weakened my immune system to this other bug which then buggered up Christmas.

@pangolin84 my DH took an awful virus at Christmas. The man is never sick and it floored him for a week. Think a few people have had a shit Christmas so don't blame yourself 😘

I realised just now I'm going to have to shave my legs for the first time since summer 😂 Time to dig out the razor.

My husband went back to work today even though he didn't really want to go. His colleague has been signed off for the last three months with stress and we all know he's not coming back so all of the burden of the department (plus teaching which he is not qualified to do) now falls on my poor husband :( And no pay increase either whilst he's covering the more senior role. The difference between my husband's workplace and mine is astonishing. I never want to leave my company they are just so brilliant at everything.

@TheBirdintheCave haha I’m glad it’s not just me that’s very negligent in that area 😂 sounds stressful for DH, if he’s taking on a whole new role on top of his own he should be compensated! My company did a similar thing to me a couple of years ago and I really wish I had said something and asked for something in return. Too late now unfortunately as I’ve gone back to a smaller role.

@LuckyMoonstone It happened to me too when my manager left and (after three years thanks to the pandemic) I was finally compensated by my wage being upped by £5k.

We're pretty sure that my husband will just be promoted once it's confirmed that his colleague has left so we're biding our time almost. He's also put himself forward for teacher training (paid for by the uni) which will make him even more suitable for promotion. We'll just have to wait and see!

I shaved my legs and afterwards realised i'm likely going to be wearing those ugly compression stockings so it was probably all for nothing! 😂

I woke up this morning to heartburn the kind that's just like you have something lodged in your throat that's only ever happened with the last pregnancy def not something I normally get 🙈 don't want to get any hopes up though. also im really getting annoyed that the femometer app still hasn't confirmed ovulation despite 5 higher temps now natural cycles confirmed it yesterday with 4 temps. I wanted to stop using natural cycles as you can't input as much info like symptoms and cm but at this point I'm wondering if femometer is going down hill 🙄 last time I ovulated it changed my ovulation day to something that made zero sense but I like the aesthetics of it and it has never gone wild before 🤷🏼‍♀️

@bringmearainbow my last two periods have been nice and normal, not ridiculously heavy and only 5-6 days. Suddenly gone bad again this time!

@bringmearainbow I thought the thyroxine was what was helping my last 2 periods be better, but maybe that’s even a thing. I feel like I’ve got low progesterone issues

@TheBirdintheCave I get asked to work extra all the time or take on extra duties and I used to say yes. Now, after getting zero thanks and the same pay I just say no. I find I say it all too easily. DH does extra but he words for a large company and has guaranteed overtime rates I work for a small independent pharmacy and they would work you to death if they could.

Anyway hair day today! I had to cancel last appointment because I was sick. It really cheers me up 😊
