Finally realised that our previous thread was full 🤣 I hope no one minds me starting up a new one!

@Dreamingof3 @Houseelf90 thank you!! I’m too scared to test and get disappointment 😂 whereas AF coming is like a solid sign and can’t be changed haha! I might give it until Sunday as that was 2 weeks + 1 day after the end of my EWCM!

Hoping for you bananatoast I'm also too scared to retest so making myself wait till Monday which would be 13dpo and the day the app says my period should come due to late ovulation unless AF shows up first!

What is RHR? I don't track anything after ovulation at the moment maybe I will if this isn't my cycle x

@LucyLoopyLu @Mumof1hopingfor2nd thank you! Still no signs yet of AF yet. I’ve been away for the weekend so my OH and I have said we will go get a test once I’m home. I’m so scared, this will be such a heartbreak if it’s a BFN, as well as a mind boggle as I’ve never not had AF show when I’ve expected it to!

So it’s happened!!! after 12 cycles of BFN’s I hope this gives you all hope ❤️ now I’ve got the anxiety of the next few months and hope it sticks 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@DesertSnow @krissy12 thank you!!! We’re soo happy! We thought we were about to be classified as the 1 in 8 but this cycle took us to exactly a year!

it’s very surreal at the moment! We just went for a huge walk and chatted through! We wondered if we should hold off chatting about stuff for 8 weeks to get to 12 weeks but then agreed we’ll be upset either way and allowed ourselves to get carried away! Was really nice to finally be able to chat and it be real 🥹

@Bananatoast123 enjoy your Chinese, and enjoy every moment of it!! I found the first few weeks after finding out seemed to go slowly but after that, it’s flown by! I’ll be 15 weeks tomorrow and that seems crazy! 🥰

@Houseelf90 wow that has gone quick!! Yeah I think we hit 12 weeks end of May and that seems forever away! But I’m sure it’ll go quickly, especially with all the bank holidays coming up! I just really really hope things go smoothly from here! Did you test a lot at the beginning?

@Bananatoast123 it feels so surreal doesn’t it!! That strange limbo stage where you know you’re pregnant but no one else does, no appointments etc! I did a couple of internet cheapies, 2 FRER’s and a CB weeks indicator. I tried not to test too much as I had so much anxiety about my 2 previous chemicals but now I write it down and look back I guess 5 tests is fairly excessive! My partner is very much of the opinion that once you have your positive, you are pregnant and there’s no need to keep testing but I think men just don’t get it do they!

@Houseelf90 yeah such a weird limbo stage! I did another test this morning on my FMU as yesterdays was a mid afternoon hydrated one 😂 and it’s looking a bit darker so that’s a nice feeling! Yeah my OH is like that too!! But we’ve agreed to enjoy it and think positively! I slept so badly last night, probably was too much to take in yesterday 😂 when do I call up my local midwife team? Do I have to wait until 6 weeks? I think I’m 4+5 at the moment if I go off my last period as didn’t test ovulation out!

@Bananatoast123 I think each area/trust is different from reading others experiences on a pregnancy thread I’m on, but in my area (North West Anglia trust if it helps!) you register online, and I did this at 5 weeks I think. I didn’t hear anything until I was around 8-9 weeks I think and that was just a text from my midwife booking my booking in appointment. After that the appointments came in thick and fast!

@Houseelf90 that’s good to know! I’ll get researching today as I’m in an East Midlands trust. I have a feeling I’ve read I can call from 6 weeks! That’s my first hurdle 🤞🏼

@Bananatoast123 ah that gives you something to look up/do then! You can’t be that far from me, we’re on the border between NW Anglia and East Midlands!

Welshgal83 I'm sorry this wasn't your cycle 😔
So I tested this morning after spotting yesterday had me thinking AF still spotting but 2 BFP for me one digital one not although the non digital is faint and I'm spotting so im sort of worried its a chemical but equally there's nothing I can do so I'm enjoying the fact I'm pregnant even if it doesn't last there's nothing any of us can do its up to these babies and not knowing/celebrating doesn't make it any easier if something bad happens
Sticky dust to all BFPs and baby dust to those waiting
My fiance is away on his stag do until tomorrow so I'm going to do something to surprise him when he gets home x
