Hi ladies. I have started to feel a little overwhelmed with our usual thread and we are at different stages of our journeys now. Please feel free to leave this one if you don't feel the same but I feel so invested in your journeys and don't want to miss any news. Hoping this is ok, I don't think you can do DM as a group?
Hope you are all doing well and if there's anyone I've missed from the usual bunch feel free to add 😘😘😘

Not New York but I'm still away training, back home Thursday night.

@MrsCristianoX that could be all the right signs?! I had Endometrisis (inflammatation and infection, not endometriosis) and I had no symptoms whatsoever! That's what I took the Doxycycline for.
Are you temping?
It could be your body fighting off the last of your virus? Xx

MrsCristianoX · 14/11/2022 08:22

@FfayeN no I find it really easy to recognise body temps and a nightmare to do right, I usually forget 🙈There's like 40% of the ovunsense in Black Friday though so I am tempted. I just don't know last month we were careful and I had minimum pain. I feel if it's something like that I'm out

Try not to worry. Successful pregnancies are usually mild symptoms, if it was so awful no one would do it ❤️

FfayeN · 14/11/2022 08:24

@theblueflowers it's horrible you're feeling the same, but also reassuring in the same sense and I mean that in the nicest way. At least we both have the same level of symptoms. I have everything crossed for you for Thursday. I tried to move mine to Friday but it's next Monday. We can do this....not long to go, virtual hugs from me xxx

MrsCristianoX · 14/11/2022 08:24

@FfayeN why on earth did I think you were in New York 😂

FfayeN · 14/11/2022 08:38

@MrsCristianoX oh perfect! At least by then you may have had a chance to test? If not I am sure they do returns if it turns out you get your BFP! It's so hard isn't it....no symptoms we panic, strong symptoms we panic 🤯

FfayeN · 14/11/2022 08:38

@MrsCristianoX I am going there in December so to be fair you've got a great memory! Xx

@FfayeN @theblueflowers big hugs lovelies💕 it's so hard to stay not anxious about it but just keep trying to stay busy as much as possible. We're here whenever you're feeling wobbly sometimes it just helps to write it down and post.Xxx

Indianna2006 · 14/11/2022 08:49

Thanks ladies 💓

@FfayeN @theblueflowers it’s so so hard. All I can say is it does lessen a little each scan you pass. I still get it. But not as heightened as the first few. As I guess it’s where our experiences went wrong so it mixes in with all that trauma.

All you can do is breathe and try control the anxiety to get by. Take day by day.

TheBirdintheCave · 14/11/2022 09:02

@theblueflowers @FfayeN Sorry you're both feeling anxious :( As Indianna said, better to take one day at a time even though I remember how hard and horrible the waiting is.

7dpo here today. I'll take a cheap test tomorrow just in case by some miracle I get a line and maybe we can cancel our appointment.

bunnykins123 · 14/11/2022 09:14

@Indianna2006 oh my goodness! Wonderful news! Did you end up taking DD with you? I bet she is delighted!

@FfayeN oh hun, it's going to be tough as the weeks drag by but it will get easier. Have you had a scan already? I can't remember who has vs hasn't. I really wouldn't worry about symptoms - some people seem to get a huge amount and others very little. I don't think it's indicative of much at all. And I don't think eating gluten will have any affect but do understand why you are concerned. With DD I panicked as a meal I had at a restaurant had cooked feta in it and was obsessing over it for hours. Sending big hugs, it will get easier 💕

@MrsCristianoX funny you say that as on 4dpo I had really bad cramps. Felt like mini-O so weird 🤷‍♀️ seems to have subsided now but I reckon it was the follicular cyst growing. Absolutely no symptoms at all with high NK cells. I still caught all of DDs bugs so you'd think if I had such stellar immune system, I would not be sick very often! From what I've read, high NK cells is common with people with autoimmune diseases (so far I'm unaware of having any and I've had loads of tests done as part of the RMC blood panel). It's a mystery!

@theblueflowers same advice as what I said to @FfayeN, I think all we will absolutely fine but totally get the scanxiety. Big hugs from me 💕

@TheBirdintheCave sorry I missed your message at the weekend about further testing. What are you having done on Wednesday? We may be ivf buddies soon!

Indianna2006 · 14/11/2022 09:22

@calimc83 I wasn’t too bad before going in tbf. But I had been feeling them kick now so that’s reassuring when you feel the movement.

@bunnykins123 yes we took DD in with us. And she loved it and was fascinated. An then when they said it’s a girl. An we said your getting a baby sister. Her face was just 🥺🥰
she went all funny and giggling and then was hugging my DH. Super cute.

but I’m I’ll with a viral infection. And I have a urine infection picked up at midwife appointment and on antibiotics. Altho no symptoms for that weirdly. So good job they do those dipsticks and check! I would never of really noticed.

have a consultant appt today. To discuss about all my issues lasts birth. All feels a bit more real 🙈

@TheBirdintheCave you never know 🤞🏼 Come on little miracle 🕊

@MrsCristianoX hope the cramps ease up for you hun. It’s weird isn’t it but I often here you mentioning cramps. Sometimes tho it can be a simple as you hold more tension in your abdomen and so when anything happens slightly diff you feel it more. I hold tension there so tend to get worse cramps.

TheBirdintheCave · 14/11/2022 09:24

@bunnykins123 The clinic want us to do bloods, a scan and a semen analysis just so they can give us their plan for treatment. It's £465 (x_x) and a little annoying when I still have the NHS report from 2020 which already has all of the info on it including what meds they propose for an IVF with ICSI round. I doubt much has changed since then.

@bunnykins123 @MrsCristianoX I've always put early cramps down to the egg being moved out of the fallopian tubes towards the uterus.

bunnykins123 · 14/11/2022 09:44

@Indianna2006 that's lovely that she got to see her little sister. Such a lovely way to get her involved. Oh nooo, so sorry to hear you've got a viral infection. There is so much going around at the moment. I hope you get well soon!!

@TheBirdintheCave I think for them to give you an accurate plan, they just redo the lot to give them the most accurate picture of where you're at. I'm surprised they are doing bloods when not on cd3 though? It's all just so expensive isn't it. I've spent a fortune trying to get answers 😢

MrsCristianoX · 14/11/2022 10:19

@Indianna2006 it's so odd they settle during the day but make an appearance at night. I am a ball of nerves though

@bunnykins123 thanks for putting my mind at ease. I was tested for a host of autoimmune conditions a good few years ago and all perfect, maybe just more aware at night

TheBirdintheCave · 14/11/2022 10:42

@bunnykins123 I did quiz them on that as my NHS bloods were on three different days and they said 'The bloods can be done at any time.' I still think its bizarre but I guess they know what they're doing? 🤔

bunnykins123 · 14/11/2022 12:49

@MrsCristianoX I think if you've been tested then I wouldn't worry too much! I guess if you're worried, you could pay to get NK cells tested?

@TheBirdintheCave yeh, that is strange! I guess unless it's hormonal bloods then others can be tested at any time of your cycle. But I've always had FSH, LH, estrogen on day 3 only. Haha yeh you have to trust them, especially if this is what they do!

calimc83 · 14/11/2022 13:19

@FfayeN oh I know EXACTLY how you are feeling. The first few scans nearly killed me. I also decided to go on my own as I thought it would be easier then as I only had myself to worry about and not DH as well. I cried the entire time I got there on my first scan and could hardly walk into the scan. They were so good with me though, held my hand throughout and told me the HB was there almost straightaway. I'm sure all will be fine with yours 😘 @Indianna2006 that's amazing you're getting movements now! I found that really helped me as well xx

FfayeN · 14/11/2022 16:12

@TheBirdintheCave @mummatara @Indianna2006 thank you 🥰

@TheBirdintheCave good luck for your test tomorrow 🙏🏼

@bunnykins123 it's so hard not to over analyse everything isn't it. I haven't had a scan yet, they offered me one and I declined as I was away from home for 2 weeks. Thanks for your reassurance xxx

@calimc83 yeah I almost think it would be easier on my own as DH cannot hide what he's thinking, it's always written on his face and does not put me at ease at all!! xx

@FfayeN oh I ordered in those utogestran vaginal pessaries for a nosy. They are MASSIVE. Now the drug isn't but they come with an application for each dose. On the way back to the warehouse now 😂

FfayeN · 14/11/2022 19:59

@MrsCristianoX I wish the progesterone came with a reusable applicator, not for the front way, but for the back way 🙈 xx

OP posts:
MrsCristianoX · 14/11/2022 20:12

@FfayeN I ordered them thinking no one would notice but the box was mega big. Yea I wouldn't be putting a giant applicator up there if pregnant 😳

TheBirdintheCave · 15/11/2022 08:40

BFN this morning but hardly surprising 😂I guess we're going to the appointment tomorrow after all! 🙄I do wish we lived closer to the fertility clinic. The train tickets total £60 return for the two of us 😓

MrsCristianoX · 15/11/2022 12:19

@TheBirdintheCave sorry for the bfn it never gets easier 🥲 good luck tomorrow ❤️

I hate this part in the cycle because it's too early but it's all I can think about. Cramps have eased no cool pack last night thank god

TheBirdintheCave · 15/11/2022 14:36

@MrsCristianoX It's alright, at 8dpo I expected it 😂

Turns out we're not going tomorrow now. I just had to collect my son from childcare with suspected Hand, Foot and Mouth 🙄😩 Appointment has now been moved to the 8th of December instead so we've lost another month of progress.

FfayeN · 15/11/2022 15:34

@TheBirdintheCave oh no that's gutting!! You could still be in this month then and at least it's not TOO long for your next appointment and you'll be about your fertile week then too hopefully 🥰 xxx
