i had some more spotting yesterday, so I think I might be out for the count this month! ♥️ I think my luteal phase is just too short 😅 I really want to try and work on bringing ovulation forward if poss. Has anyone tried soy isoflavones or vitex?♥️

@Babydustmamma third proper cycle since mmc, the first one where it felt back to normal tbh! Not sure if it was the vitamins or just luck that it sorted itself out! ❤️

@Babydustmamma vitamin d, folic acid, dha and COQ10! We only dtd every other day this cycle instead of everyday so don’t know if that helped us at all xx

@Babydustmamma off to Google dha too! What cycle are you on again? Probably not healthy to keep comparing but I honestly don’t feel like I’m ever going to be pregnant again 😩 it’s been 8 months since the mc! And we conceived December 2021 so feels like a lifetime now. We got this 💪🏼🤞🏼🌈

im 12DPO snd yet again, spotting! I ovulated, had no odd pains like the past two cycles since my MMC. Was so hopeful yet this happens. Fed up and it’s only been 3 months. Grr
