Hi @Noggiepie92! I switch between just taking folic acid, and taking the pregnacare ones. Currently doing pregnacare every other day for a bit of a boost, but I find they can lengthen my cycles so I'm not taking them every day. I then take folic acid on the days I'm not taking pregnacare. Interested to see what others do!

Oh, and I've also got DH on wellman conception

pregnacare, vitamin d, vitamin c, coq10, omega 3 and starflower oil 😂😂 my oh is on well man conception, omega 3 and I think he takes vitamin d and zinc (off his own accord I only tell him to take the first 2) he also takes creatine for the gym

@Wrenegade heyyyy i think we are close together ish !! I’m CD3 - so AF should be finishing today as I always have 3 days max… again would over analyse that if I was left to my own devices 🤣. I think i’m gonna start OPKs tomorrow and properly try to work out what’s going on. I had a short cycle last month and now thinking I didn’t ovulate and was crap with the OPKs tbh. Just gonna try and relax and enjoy….this is meant to be fun right?! 😭🤣 xx

@Babydust99 @FieldView @NSx @ChloeN thank you for feedback! I do think seven seas is quite popular by the looks of things. I have tried pregnacare before and that caused all sorts of mayhem with my cycle so I'm a bit apprehensive of them now 🙈
@NSx I'm going to check out starflower, not heard of that!

Random but is there such thing as conception pain? I had ovulation pains in the right side and then 3 days later had some strange twinges and pulling sensations further over but in my uterus area still … has anyone had this ??

@Noggiepie92 sorry didn’t see this, I didn’t have any problems with Pregnacare I’ve been using it for 3 months now and cycles all been 28/29 days tbh.
I use starflower oil for EWCM cos I don’t know if I get any naturally 😂😂 tbh I haven’t checked really if it works or not, I take the omega 3 too to balance it out as too much omega 6 isn’t good, so I believe you have to balance it out .
@BethSuz27 no I don’t know about conception pain 😂😅 but sounds promising any pulling or tugging pain would be a good sign - I’m only 2dpo atm so nothing happening with me really

@NSx i was only 2 dpo that’s why I was questioning it! 3dpo today… can’t help but spot even though I know it’s probably not happening!

Hi ladies I hope you don’t mind me joining in. I’m looking for some hope. I’ve been TTC on and off for about a year. It’s been 7 years since I’ve had a baby and I’m 37. I’ve had 1 possibly 2 chemical pregnancies and a miscarriage at 5 weeks at the beginning of September. I am currently on day 15 of my cycle but we have only managed to DTD on day 12 and not since. I was in a similar situation last month with no bFp so it makes me think maybe not a lot of hope. Best wishes to you all. Xx

@NSx My cycle is predicted to be 28 days so due on the 24th
trying to keep super positive this month and try not to symptom spot quite as much but have found someone on tiktok who had these pains I’m talking about and has a positive test so I’m optimistic but I know I shouldn’t be

I get all sorts of pains throughout my cycle most months but I have endo so that probably doesn't really help answer your question

@NSx Definitley! TMI but got loadsss of discharge today, not feeling much else but headachey but been like that a lot lately!

@BethSuz27 ive had nothing really to report back on, my RHR was really high earlier but could have been anything 😂 I’m not symptom spotting this month 😂😅

Af has arrived so onto cycle 5 now 🤞

@NSx thanks, I'm OK as not been trying that long and due my flu and covid jabs so glad to get them out of the way while not pregnant

5dpo and got some lower stomach cramps (more painful on the one side but not super painful more like a pulling) this morning and also very sniffly nose and cold like symptoms, been sneezing so so much!

has anyone else had this and had a BFP?

@NSx I told myself not to symptom spot but I can’t help it!

@BethSuz27 im 4dpo and feel absolutely nothing 😂😂😂
pulling sensation is a good sign however I don’t know if it’s too early as normally implantation wouldn’t have happens at 5dpo.
who knows though 😂😅

what cycle is this for u? This is 4 for me - no joy so far, only 4dpo but I’m not hopeful tbh

I’m 1DPO today, finally got my OPK peak on CD20! I didn’t get one last month (not sure if I missed it or just didn’t ovulate) so was really excited to get one this month. Going to try my hardest not to symptom spot this month!

@NSx I've just started cycle 5, I'd love to be pregnant before Christmas so I could tell my family then but not counting on it. I'm seriously thinking of not using opks this month so we can both relax a bit more. I get pains so I sort of know when my peak is but not the exact day. I think it would help destress us both a little
