@LMM91x I was the same I thought what do I do now 😂 I rang the GP who told me to go down to the surgery and fill in some paperwork, they will then give this to the midwife and she’ll call me to book an appointment. Not sure if it’s the same everywhere though. Hope it goes well telling your OH 🥰

on what to do, wait to miss a period, then around a week later (like 5weeks) self refer to the hospital of choice. Most units you can do it online.

@LMM91x the pregnacare pregnancy ones come with folic acid and vitamin D which is a good mixture one but they are quite big tablets so it depends on how you feel about that! Otherwise just folic acid and vitamin d would work as well :)

did anyone else have random sharp twinges every so often? I’m currently 12dpo and my spotting has now stopped

@BethSuz27 i’d have to say now I think about it yes twinges one sided generally and just a dull ache in general??? My lower back also hurts, I was sick randomly on Sat afternoon (8dpo) and boobs are normal level soreness pre AF!

i have a bit of an ache down there tonight but i’m sure it’s normal not going to worry until i have any bleeding xxx

I'm 7dpo and have had some stabbing pains, sharp twinges and creamy cm but had it all before so who knows

Got my double digi this morn 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 so bloody happy.

ok @Babydust99 are you ready cos I changed quite a lot this cycle (cycle 4 tracking, prob cycle like 9 of ‘not preventing’)

• preseed , used every time we dtd
• only dtd every other day during fertile window (CD10,12,14 with O being on 14)
• wore thick socks and a hot water bortle whenever I could after O.
• OH started wellman conception vits
• I was on cycle 4 of pregnacare
• pomegranite juice dpo 5,6,7

now I don’t have any idea if any of these were the magic touch (i’d expect the preeed helped a lot as I’ve necer had much EWCM)

6dpo. I nearly vommed on the school run, although I know this isn’t a thing as even if I was going to be pregnant this cycle, it wouldn’t have implanted yet and therefore no HCG so couldn’t have symptoms 😬

I'm cycle day 9/10 (didn't track OPK this month). Feel the same as usual except I had the worst back pain ever yesterday, I always get back pain around this time anyway but this pain had me lying in bed with a hot water bottle all day. Has dulled down today but still sore.
