Our SMEP plans continue.... The old thread is almost full, so I started a new thread so we can continue on SMEP-ing to a BFP ✨☺️✨

@nsx your chart still looks fine! My bfp chart had various ups and downs, so as long as I doesn't dive bomb below the coverline and stay there, I think it's just a waiting game for AF to appear or not... 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Atleast by this time next week I will know 😭 it’s the not knowing that kills me tbh, AF normally makes my temp drop 1/2 days before she comes so I’ll probably know by Tue/Wed at the latest -

Well my temp is dropping, so think I'm out again 😔

Mine has dropped a bit & in comparison to other months, it’s at the same temp, so I don’t think it’s my month either 💔 …
AF isn’t due until next week though so need to ride it out @LucyFraser1981 i hate ttc it’s soul destroying and by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

I've got the slight achey cramps low down again, so wouldn't be surprised if my LP is a day or so shorter this cycle as feels like AF is imminent. I think this time around for me is definitely a marathon, unlike my super quick sprint with my son. Trying to look on the positive side as realistically it would be easier for us if I conceived in a few months, rather than now, but at 41 I don't have the luxury of waiting 🤦🏻‍♀️

@NSx that looks fine to me! Normal to jump about a little bit. I'm full of a head cold and stuffed up nose, hope it's not going to affect things this cycle. Did do a covid taste as I also can't taste but negative!

@LucyFraser1981 how many dpo are you again? Our minds play the worst games on us 😢

@pomdownunder1 I'm 13dpo today, but my LP is always 16/17 days, so AF technically not due until Monday, but feels like it may be slightly earlier this cycle. My chart definitely shows AF due in the next couple of days 😔

@LucyFraser1981 @pomdownunder1 im just very aware that my temp this month is exactly as it was last month & that was unsuccessful so honestly I’m not holding my breath.
I’m so fed up.
lots of people say that they feel like AF is coming, before BFP, so you never know. 🤞✨✨✨

Thanks @NSx 💕 my temp has dropped dramatically this morning so think I'm out. Only 8dpo but AF due in 2 days 😢 wish I could just go with the flow but it's so disheartening

@pomdownunder1 atleast it will be over soon and onto the next cycle. I’m 8dpo & still have another 6 days of this as my LP is 14 days 😭😭😭😭

@NSx planning on keeping myself busy, you should too 💕 my doctor just rang with the results saying I'm not pregnant and my progesterone levels are 23.2 which she said are low (she actually said anything under 30 is low) and would need to look into medication. Just from reading the chat, I saw the nhs said anything under 20 is low?

Yes anything over 20 confirms ovulation as per nhs, was this day 21 bloods? @pomdownunder1

@NSx thanks for confirming! Strange that she said that. I'm going to a private fertility doctor on Monday so will see what she says (diff system here, get a lot back on rebate and isn't expensive). It wasn't day 21 because I ovulate day 21, it was 7dpo 🤯

Having read up on progesterone levels it's really not a foolproof way to measure ovulation, as apparently levels can fluctuate quite widely within 90 minutes, so depending on if you happen to get the exact date and time right, it's all a bit ambiguous. From what I can tell, over 20 but under 30 means ovulation has likely occurred but the test was either done just before or after the peak, so I would think you're probably OK @pomdownunder1

My temp has gone back up, but I had a terrible night's sleep thanks to being really pissed off with my partner/his occasional snoring, so guess I can't really count it? Did an IC test yesterday anyway and that was stark white, so probably need to ignore this morning's temp 😒

@pomdownunder1 i just asked the doctor in my work and she said it depends on the lab testing, I told her mine was 30.8 and she said the lab we use here is >20 for ovulation. Which is a NHS lab.
it might be different parameters where you are…
wish I could go for a full fertility check but I’m not willing to pay the money at the minute 😅😂

@LucyFraser1981 it might be the rubbish sleep, u never know tho, how many dpo are u?
that’s me at 9dpo, my temp dropped - I’m not hopeful tbh, just want AF to come and get on with it really

@NSx 14dpo today, AF due Monday probably. Just caved and did another IC, which was again stark white, so I'm sure the raised temp is just due to the disturbed/lack of sleep 😒

@LucyFraser1981 ICs aren’t that good in comparison to Frer, you still have a while to go, however I know how it is to feel not hopeful.

I don’t know, my chart looks similar now last months now so that’s making me believe that I’m out. I also have absolutely not 1 single symptom - not one. So honestly I’m expecting the worst but thanks for your support 💖💖

@NSx well as they always say, we're not out until AF arrives 🤷‍♀️
But as my LP is 16/17 days I'd be expecting a line by now anyway. Supposedly the IC ones I have have a 10mlu sensitivity, so would expect even they would show by now? If AF hasn't arrived on Monday and my temps stay up I'll get a FRER, but I'm fully expecting the temps to drop tomorrow and be below my coverline by Sunday 😕

Only symptoms I had in the lead up to my bfp with my son were exactly the same as the lead up to a period, I just had slight cramping the day before and then for a couple of days, so try not to pay any attention to my "symptoms" anymore 🤷‍♀️😅

Still got the slight heavy/dull ache in lower abdomen/back, but that's the same as my pre-period symptoms, so 🤷‍♀️

@LucyFraser1981 they do say ur not out til AF comes but I think our bodies give us clues … I have 0 clues 😂😂 so I’m being practical that it’s not this month for me, however I’m sending you lots of baby dust ✨✨✨🤍🤍
my temp normally drops a day or 2 before - so it will probably plummet on Tuesday or so x
