Our SMEP plans continue.... The old thread is almost full, so I started a new thread so we can continue on SMEP-ing to a BFP ✨☺️✨

@allgoodthings84 sounds like they've been really thorough with your blood tests, that's brilliant!

Sorry the spotting has started, but you're not out until AF shows 🍀

um ladies am I imagining these super faint lines? They are from the same wee. I took the top one first and saw a very very light shadow so got another test as they are mega cheapies. They had colour. I’ve done loads of these after my period has come other cycles just to see if I ever get an evap (never gave always stark white).

I’m concerned they are so faint considering I’m 12dpo but I did only take them at 5pm after only a 2 hour hold. I only took them as I’m not used to spotting not starting until 12dpo

So of course I’m now scared that they are so faint as I’ve started to spot so going to be a chemical 🤦‍♀️ this is why I never take tests before AF due as I know what I’m like I’ll worry and obsess now

can u maybe get a frer as they are more sensitive than this. The spotting doesn’t mean anything 🤞🤍

@NSx I can’t get frer until weekend as I use my brothers Amazon prime so can’t order from there 😂 and will have my daughter straight after work all week and she’s very quick to notice things so will notice me buying a pregnancy test. Her auntie (her dads sister) had a baby last year so she’s clued up on the word pregnancy etc and can read pretty much anything 🤦‍♀️. I have got a boots own one in my drawer which I’ll use in morning (it’s what I used for my daughters bfp but I was nearly 7 weeks so I’m not expecting it to be as blazing as that was 😂). I think these cheapies are meant to be for when AF due FMU (which is usually 14dpo) so I’m hoping they are just faint because I’m only 12dpo and it was late in the day with only a 2 hour (max) hold and not faint as I’m going to have a CP

@allgoodthings84 stop saying that it might not be a chemical I have faith!!! We’re due some BFP in here and ur on cycle 5 why wouldn’t u get your BFP … you’ve done your time. Let’s hope it’s good news in the morning & we can potentially all get our BFPs this month 😁🤍🤞🤞🤞

name it ( not legs though as it is fertile week 😜). Will you try with another cheapie tomorrow? In the absence of the FRER? @pomdownunder1, my mind was blown by the advice of keeping your uterus and feet warm after ovulation. Will be wrapping up very warm at the weekend! Haha!

thank you @NSx I need telling 😂 I just want a darker line as I keep thinking it’s an evap but I don’t think it is as it’s as thick as the control line and had colour.

funny story. I’m the person who when I got a blazing positive with my daughter I went to the doctors and insisted I do one of their tests for her to confirm! She must have thought I was nuts 😂 she told me that her tests are the same as the ones you buy so if it was positive then I’m pregnant and then just dipped it and said immediately yes you’re pregnant congratulations and good luck. I felt a right idiot 😂 to be fair I was in shock as wasn’t ttc but yea still the test line was darker than the control line.

I did have one massive symptom. One day I kept have sharp stitch like pains that started at the from the front and would shoot right to the back which when in the back felt a bit like sciatica. I then put it out of my head as I don’t take any proper notice as been let down by “symptoms” so many times. I can’t even remember what day it was. Apart from that I’ve felt exactly the same as every cycle

@NSx we dtd 4 days before ovulation, 2 days before, day before and day of ovulation. Then 4dpo but that was just for fun

I want to see all of us getting bfp. It would make me so happy to all be in this together

This thread is making me feel hopeful! Currently on cd 12 of smep. Still waiting for LH surge, but don't think it will be until CD14. Also, the last two days, I've had bloody discharge. Sorry, TMI! I came off my period last Monday so I don't think it's from that. I recently started taking proceive supplements and I wonder if it's linked to that? I also get a bad headache everytime I take them. Praying it hasn't messed up my ovulation Xx

I haven’t taken proceive myself to be honest but I take Pregnacare and it’s fine, im sure it will be similar — I have a 29 day cycle so I usually get a peak around cd14, sounds like you’re the same.
try not to panic 🤍

I finally got my positive opk on cd19 😳 so been a busy few days. Don't think we'll be dtd again from cd8, too long for me 🤣

I think I’m going to wait and test Thursday morning after AF is due as I really feel like AF is coming. If AF doesn’t come tomorrow I’ll feel a lot better about things.

@allgoodthings84 ok, that's alright, just do what you thinks best. I will say that when I was pregnant with my son I was convinced AF was coming as I had what I thought were the beginnings of period cramps, it's only when I happened to glance down at the bathroom bin and saw that my IC pregnancy test from a few hours earlier had a faint line on it (I swear it had been blank) that I got my hopes up, got dressed and drove to the 24 hour tesco (it was after 10pm), came home and got a faint line on a FRER. So I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you 🤞🍀

@LucyFraser1981 i really hope I am pregnant I’m just so scared to get my hopes up too much and then see a bfn but if AF doesn’t come today then I will test in the morning. My spotting had stopped when I went to the toilet before tea last night but I know (like yesterday morning) it can start again at any point. If AF isn’t here by bedtime tonight I’ll be feeling a lot more optimistic as it always starts 14 days after the positive opk and I don’t think I could have ovulated later than expected or my 6dpo progesterone test would have been lower than 51.5 surely
