Just found out someone at my work is pregnant. It's going to be a hard day.

I started to spot after I had DS during ovulation or sometimes after. The doctors said it can be normal and wasn't too concerned as it was around ovulation time. Get it checked out though. It is normal for some to spot during ovulation but it depends if it is normal for you.

Do you have any pain during sex or bleed after sex? Are you up to date with your smears?

@PinkButtercups I sometimes bleed after sex, but I think it's when i'm due on anyway or when I get this spotting after ovulation. Smear was done in Jan and I also did an STI test this year just to rule an STI out

15DPO and feeling a bit low today. I decided that I won't test again for a few days- it just gets too disheartening seeing a negative result.

AF still hasn't shown her face, I don't know if I'm imagining things and that's just delaying AF from coming. I'm still burping like a trucker and my stomach feels empty even after eating- I'm mostly eating dry bread rolls because I'm still put off by a lot of food (although sausage and mash last night went down very well 😂).

TMI but my cervix is high and soft, so it doesn't seem like AF is in any hurry to arrive in any case.

I thought I'd give you a little update...

So 10DPO and saw these little lines this morning!! Had to do two as I managed to scratch the first one!

Had some bleeding which started yesterday and has continued today. Light and pinky red yesterday and brown today. I am hoping it is implantation bleeding, after some very helpful advice on another thread.

I am doing my best to not get too excited. I have a short LP and that can mean a higher likelihood of a chemical from what I understand. So just very much seeing how things go.

@SarahShorty - weirdly same for me yesterday. She's in my close team so felt quite raw. Spent the whole day feeling really blue. So I feel like I'm on a real rollercoaster at the moment seeing a faint line this morning!

@babybrainfart I get spotting between ovulation and my period every month. I think it’s considered normal.

Been crying on and off and DH broke a little bit. We're both WFH today and no meetings so nobody can see us. My fingers and toes are crossed that you have a sticky bean @EmmRach xx

@SarahShorty that sucks! It happened to me a few cycles ago and it’s so hard to hear. My cousins baby has just been born and that’s been hard hearing family all happy about it but me wishing we could just share a BFP!

In my TWW from today and I hate the lack of control now. Just got to hope and pray we implant and stick 😩🤞🏼

@lj2022 So I’ve been bbt and lh but this morning I got a dip in my bbt. My EWCM has stopped as of yesterday and on CD14/15 I was getting ovulation pains. Is this dip just a fluctuation or am I ovulating today? So confused as I was certain I was ovulating CD14/15 after my peak LH rising CD13/14!

my bbt was 36.13 today but I took another reading back to back and that was 36.27 as my OH came to cuddle me so felt I hadn’t done it right so not sure which to go by! 😫 I put the 36.13 in but the 36.27 would indicate I did ovulate when I though!

any advice is very welcomed!

@Bananatoast123 by no means an expert but according to natural cycles your temp rises after your ovulation. So looking at the graph you've attached I'd say you O on CD14/15.

So the LH rise should be slightly before you O and the temp spike should be after....

@EmmRach this is what I thought!! But my BBT today has thrown me off guard which a bit of a dip so I’m like am I going to rise again and actually O today!

We’ve dtd 10,12,13,14,15 because I thought I’d O CD14/15 like you say! But now worrying O was today and we haven’t dtd since! I’m going to ask my OH to dtd tonight just incase!!

BBT is a minefield!!

16DPO today and I was planning to test, until I had a streak of blood after wiping. I've got really mild cramps too, so I'm giving up this cycle. Nothing to do except sit and wait for AF to arrive.

@Bananatoast123 dips are normal and my biggest bit of advice would be only temp once because doing it twice will drive you mad. Try not to over analyse the chart too as fluctuations and dips are sooo normal the fact it has risen is a great sign

@Bananatoast123 it really is rotten. If people would just not get pregnant until I am, that'd be great! Kidding of course. But that is all too often how it feels, isn't it? Argh! Your BBT rises slightly a day or two after your LH peak, that chart shows you ovulated around CD14/15 and you DTD'd on those days. My fingers are crossed for you xx

So today is CD24. I've no breast tenderness and I've not really had an LH surge, the lowest I've had is 1.6, the highest I've had is beyond 2.4 and this time I had 1.24, so the app is considering that as my peak and that I'm 7DPO today. I've been feeling waves of nausea and dizziness on and off since Monday (3DPO). I'm genuinely stumped.

AF arrived this morning so im officially 'Paused' until after our wedding in September 2023 :(

@DanisEndo Sorry to hear that.

AF has definitely turned up full force, and I'm feeling sorry for myself. It's bad enough when you do everything right and it still goes nowhere, but to have my body be enough of a dick to have convinced me it was real, just makes me feel worse.

The shop was out of Nutella so OH brought me back some Lindt, I've had a good shower so I'm feeling a lot better. I'm actually thinking about not actively TTC for the next 3 months as we have a family wedding next Autumn that I'd like to avoid being ready to pop at or having to take a newborn to.

I'm moping too, wishing AF/CP to hurry up and finish and will treat myself to some bubbles in the weekly shop tomorrow!

@lj2022 thanks so much!! You’re right I’m just going to do 1 each morning and just look at the bigger picture and not the fluctuations!

ahhh 1.24 is still good! It’s still double the control and how diluted your wee and time of day is etc will impact it! Maybe those symptoms are progesterone!? It could be a good sign! If it helps my breast tenderness amount changes from month to month! Each cycle can be different 🙂 fingers crossed for you!!!
