TTC baby #1, cycle 1! Can anyone recommend the best ovulation predictor tests to get? I used to be really regular but my covid vaccines messed my cycle up 😞.

I'm CD10 today and got a flashing smiley on a Clear Blue OPK today - first month of using them. Also got some PreSeed and a fertility cup to try.

Hoping this is mine and everyone else's month! 😍

We use coconut oil and I prefer that as it's au natural. Hopefully with the combination of water, epo and starflower oil we won't be in short supply of EWCM 😂😅

@Aurora81 u use coconut oil instead of preseed? X

@NSx yes 😊 it's antimicrobial and antifungal. Obviously EWCM is best. We use a good quality organic one that is pure coconut oil.

@NSx we usually don't use anything around ovulation as I get enough EWCM. It's more for after ovulation we use coconut oil.

Hi everyone, moving over from the April thread as had a bfn at 11dpo today. I know it's still a little early but pretty sure I'm out this month. Just going to wait for AF and for cycle 3 to start. I had felt so positive and hopeful this month too but oh well.

13dpo today, BFN, AF due today. Have been having dark bloody/brown streaks in cm since Friday which is irritating. I’m wondering if I didn’t ovulate this cycle? Or something. I did have covid then get an early LH surge (great timing) only DTD twice with the covid aswell. So just want AF to make an appearance now. My cervix feels like it’s about to start so hopefully it cracks on today.

I’m 35yrs and am going into cycle 11 TTC #3. I have two DS (8yr old - unplanned, 4yr old - took 6months) and had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in July 2020 resulting in losing my right tube. Have had some bloods done, LH, FSH and progesterone - on cycle 6 and 8. First set progesterone was low so didn’t look like I ovulated and second set it was normal post ovulation. Have had some extra bloods done via GP last week so waiting on those results and she’s also referred me for a scan.

I ovulate between CD11-15 and have a 12day luteal phase, so cycles vary between 23-27days, averages 25/26. Intake a multitude of vitamins with the new addition of starflower oil which really helped increase EWCM.

I have read that b12 deficiency can cause ovulation issues. I must pull out my blood results and see what my levels were.

Also, I had a complete thyroid screen, including antibodies screening for thyroid autoimmune disorders. My doc did the tests because she said I tick the box for a lot of thyroid symptoms. However, when the results came back I am fine on paper. I feel I have subclinical thyroid issues, so I started taking Biocare's Thyroid complex to support my thyroid.

I am CD11 today ladies. This is my OS from this morning, would you say ovulation will be later today/tomorrow? I have a 27 day cycle and last month the strips showed I was two days earlier ovulating than the Flo app suggested. The app says 3rd so maybe about right that it comes within the next 24 hours.

@Glawen Are you testing once or twice a day for ovulation? That doesn't look positive quite yet but I usually test twice per day as my positive seems to come on really quickly and usually in the evening then by morning it dips again so keep testing regularly! Xx

@Glawen your OPK isn’t quite positive yet. I would be checking again later today. When I get ones like that I sometimes do 3 a day to catch it

@Glawen I would definitely test again to see the progression. Maybe it will be after increasing enough that it will go postive today 😊✨

@Nowhereelsetogo90 I use the Clear blue digital ovulation tests. When I get high fertility, flashing smiley, I then use cheapie opks to see the line progression on them.

Thanks @Aurora81 but definitely not feeling hopeful at all. Just going to try keep busy next couple weeks and not think about it too much (easier said than done I know) hopefully 3rd time lucky. My DD is a May baby so maybe I'll get another one

Just been to boots and stocked up on all the supplements 🤣 Starflower oil, evening primrose oil and some pregnacare before conception, just for good measure! We’ve got this ladies, 🤞🏻this is all of our lucky month! ✨✨✨

Don’t get me wrong, I definitely have my days but trying to chill as much as possible and believe that it will happen for us!

I'm 11dpo on cycle 2 but bfn this morning and pretty much waiting for AF now so hopefully start cycle 3 soon. I fell pregnant cycle 4 with my daughter 6 years ago so hoping cycle 4 is lucky for you too

In the next few days but as it's only second month after coming off the pill I can't be totally sure when. Last time round when I tracked I was pretty regular around 26/28 days but I ovulated early this cycle on day 11. I expect it'll arrive by Thursday but who knows
