Hello everyone so I’m 9 dpo now ofay i promised I would not test I did this test about 2 hrs ago I’m not quite sure what to think I mean the line came up within 1 min and all my other test lines disappear more or less straight away there’s definitely pink irl but Ben my dh said there’s a faint line and he never sees anything on my tests unless there popping at him lol

im going to post my tests and you can tell me what you think I’m cautiously saying it’s an error army BFP ! But not getting excited as I’ve suffered many losses and cp 🙏🏻

I’m 12 DPO and an hour or so back I got a huge wave of nausea out of nowhere with watery mouth and full metallic taste…
Queue serious symptom spotting 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏼

@Kelb79 thanks I’m glad I’m not going mad it’s the most of a line I’ve had since my last loss 12 yrs ago . I’m not getting excited but I’m just happy I got a prominent line lol .

but then I was a little sad and guarded because 4 hrs later it was negative wth surly within that time it shouldn’t be negative unless my pee was weak I’ll do another one in the morning and if that’s negative it’s probably the test but I did one yesterday and was negative the at 3am today it was positive so I Carnt see it been the tests x

as for me I’m confused once again so I got what I would call a positive hpt followed by a negative with FMU wtf is all that about maybe it’s a faulty tests but it definitely came up within 1 min unless I had a fair amount of hcg that afternoon and none now I don’t know this is so frustrating why why why do I do this to myself x

@TraceyTarotReader oh hun!! It’s such a head f@&£ isn’t it?! I hate it!!! What DPO are you now? HCG can go all over the place in the early days so try to stay hopeful 🙏🏼❤️
ive had no more spotting, and no more symptoms 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣🙄

So after the positive and negative the next day I decided to do another hpt and got this it was smu it’s there again but not as bright as my first positive it’s looks pink IRL AND my temps are up again .

We're into month 3 of TTC although only dtd once last month due to the busyness of returning to work in January. I think I'm in my fertile window now so aiming to dtd every other day for a week and see what happens this month x

@YellowLoafers well I just typed a paragraph and it kicked me off so I’ll make it a bit shorter this time . Yes I hate the TWW i try and keep myself busy I’m feeling okay boobs are killing me and feel a bit nauseous. Temp was down abit this morning still in the 37 s but feeling discouraged.12 dpo today I keep getting positive tests followed by negative with FMU it’s never been any good testing with Fmu I don’t know why I do it .

I’ve been using one step hpt I don’t think there as sensitive as they say they are it says results in 1/5 mins but takes a while for them to settle but my first and second positive came up within 1/2 mins so I know it was positive and it’s still there on the stick I have emailed the company and they said they will investigate I’m not going to buy any more tests now I’ll just keep doing these till it shows more of a definite positive line.

it’s all wait and see I didn’t sleep that good last night so maybe that’s why my temp was down abit I’ll post my chart someone said it looked triphastic so we will see x

Had the NIPT today at ten weeks and 3 days. The sonographer worried me a bit because she measured the NT measurement as it was prominent and it was 2.9 mm. It is the upper range of normal, but I am only ten weeks so won’t it get bigger? Apparently 3.5 mm is a threshold for screening on the NHS for genetic abnormalities. Anyway I’ll get the results of the bloods back hopefully early next week.

@Iusedtobedontcall stay positive the good news is - all is well. Love your scan pic. Will keep everything crossed for your results. I hope they will reassure you. Although I do think it's hard not to worry when you've had miscarriages in the past. Try and keep a positive mindset xx
@Littlemiss42andfabulous my bump is big, I am as bit as most full term pregnancies - maybe a bit bigger. I stoped work today. I'm now monitored weekly.

Another way of thinking of it I guess would be to say yes that's the upper range of normal but it is STILL normal and that's the most important thing x

Little update on me, I had egg collection yesterday and they got 11 eggs. The embryologist called this morning and 8 have fertilised normally, so far so good. Just got the wait now to see if any make it to day 5. They’ll call me again on Monday morning. If you have any spare good vibes, I’d really appreciate a few of them!

Anyone have any success stories of natural conception at this age?

Conceived DD1 at 39 after 6 months TTC. Gave birth a month after I turned 40.
