EPAU have said to come in for a blood test.
Dh is getting annoyed with me for obsessing.
I have loaded yesterday and today’s tests. Both very faint. The white background is today.
Still coming up as 1-2 weeks on CB digital.

Can I ask what people think about flying home the day of transfer. Has anyone done it? I'm planning on flying out on the Sunday, having transfer on the Monday then flying home Monday night. Also would you go to work on the Tuesday? Just trying to plan what I need to do x

Hi @October1979 I haven't done it, but I don't think there shouldn't be an issue flying home that evening? Would be good to have a few peaceful hours of not doing much beforehand if possible. I went back to work straight after my transfer so I don't think it's a problem to go to work the next day as long as you're not too knackered from all the travelling ! Exciting that it's so soon!

I'm just playing the waiting game. 5 days til I test (6 days til the official test) and counting.... had a massive row with my partner this morning over something we both agreed was absolutely not worth fighting about. So I think it's fair to say that we're stressed and I'm hormonal...!

I hope all goes well with the transfer @October1979 and the flight home.

I can identify with feeling hormonal @99pctpractice - things have been tense with DH today. I’m just trying to tell myself that it’s obviously just left over hormones and I’m definitely not pregnant again- then I won’t be disappointed. Though I’ll still have to wait for my HCG to go down.

Got my period today so it must have been residual hormones. Going to cancel the blood test. At least my cycle has returned anyway. And just over 4 weeks post miscarriage too.

@Iusedtobedontcall I’m still waiting for a period. 4.5 weeks since the MVA for the miscarriage :(
@99pctpractice are you going to test early? I tested 8dp5dt and got a clear positive on the early test. Wish you the very best for a sticky bean!
@October1979 If you have plenty of time to get from the clinic to the airport I’d say do it. And work next day is a good distraction, if it were me.

It’s odd though - the bleeding is extremely light (has almost stopped now) but was bright red and very very painful. I also experienced quite a lot of emotional distress along with it.

I've just had my tel appt with midwife, and got more appts booked for next week, I'm still v anxious and nervous, finding it hard not to run to the loo constantly to check things.
I do feel different this time than last pg and mc, I'm a lot more nauseous all the time so am hoping this is a good sign?

@Iusedtobedontcall i would go for the blood test. The bleeding could possibly be implantation. This must be messing with your head am sorry.

I tested today though and it was a clear negative so I don’t think I’m pregnant. It really is messing with my head. It wasn’t a proper period though.

@Iusedtobedontcall I'm so sorry, that must have been so distressing to go through so soon after your miscarriage as well. Hope you're feeling ok and getting some r&r. Maybe worth getting the test anyway? They might scan you if they're worried that there's anything left behind? I'm sorry it's such a horrible thing to go through. Sending big hugs!

@birdbybird I think I'll just test on Friday, a day before they give me the blood test. I don't want to go through the whole maybe it's too early etc if it isn't positive. I say that now, but I'm sure I'll be itching to test in a day or two!!

Hi all, hope it's OK to join? I just need somewhere to vent to people wholl understand how frustrating all tgis waoting symptom spotting is! Im 41 in 2 weeks and have been TTC roughly a year, although actively the last 6 months. I started doing my BBT three months ago. This isn't my first time temping, but it's been 9 years since I did it last for my sons conception.

This cycle has been a little strange, with what I thought was an implantation dip at 10dpo, along with slight brown CM spotting. Temp then went back up, and zero spotting since. I usually spot two days before period is due, which should be tomorrow (29 day cycle almost every month), but there has been not even a tiny HINT of anything. I even just checked right up by my cervix, which was almost impossible as it's still so high (and soft?!), but all that was there was a good amount of white creamy CM. My BBT dropped to below my coverline this morning, after slowly decreasing the past two days, so I was expecting spotting and cramping and AF tomorrow, so didn't bother using my last FRER. Is it possible for a temp drop not to mean no pregnancy? My sleep is shocking, I wake every 2.5/3 hours throughout the night, but I try to temp around 5.30am as I always seem to need a wee then, so my charts usually have good enough data for a thermic shift to be seen. I'm driving myself bonkers. Help?!

It’s ok - I kind of knew I think.
DH is lukewarm about TTC - he’s doing it for me, so IVF isn’t an option.
I do know it might not happen - just trying to stay calm and accept that.

I’ve been lurking but quiet as I’m trying to chill a bit during this month off. Starting stims for our next round in a couple of weeks 😵‍💫

we’ve used this month off for a mock transfer with an endometrial biopsy at the end next week to test for any possible transfer issues.
so I’ve been taking oestrogen to support lining growth and I start progesterone tomorrow.
ive had scans (which have shown 14 follicles!!! 😳 couldn’t have got that during a round??!! 🙄) and confirmed ovalation.
we DTD at all the right times and I tried every trick in the book to help 🤣🤣 conceive plus… fertililly… legs in the air 🤣🤣🤣
so I’m currently 4dpo in the TWW - I’d almost forgotten what this feels like!!!
I started getting really dizzy last night which is new…. Obviously im now symptom spotting like crazy!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

@Kelb79 I’m still waiting for the damn period to show up after the miscarriage surgery. today is 5 weeks since the Surgery.
I have no idea where I am in my cycle. Anybody have any tips? Should I go for a scan? Try ovulation tests? Blood test? It’s only 35 days but driving me mad!

@kelb are you waiting for your pgta results? I’m in my second week of waiting :(

@Kelb79 good luck with your 2ww. You mentioned estrogen for lining? I had my cycle cancelled due to poor response to stims but they also mentioned my lining was thin. How did they decide it was something you needed?

@birdbybird oh bless you! Mine took about 6 weeks to come back after MC but I know it can take longer. OV tests can help but only if you know your HCG levels went back down otherwise HCG can show up on LH tests. I hope it shows up for you soon - the limbo is awful!
we didn’t send our embryo for testing - we’re doing another round to try to bank more to test together and give us more chance 🙏🏼

@LouScot they just do it as part of the process in Spain. It seems to me that they throw everything in that can help rather than taking the chance. I’m so down with their methods!! 🤣🤣

@babybird I empathise - I’m in a similar position. I thought my period had arrived but I bled very very slightly and then it stopped after a day. I’m still testing positive slightly on pregnancy tests. I thought I was negative but I got a positive again. No darker, so I’m sure I’m not pregnant. But I won’t be able to conceive again until the HCG is gone. Very frustrating.
