Trying for baby number 3

Me and my husband have just started trying for our 3rd baby this month. Probably being a little bit over enthusiastic but just wanted to create a thread for anyone else in the same boat and hoping for a BFP in the next 4-6 weeks 😃

Would be lovely to hear from people hoping for the same outcome very soon!

Still negative tonight on a supermarket one. Think I’m 11 or 12 DPO so know it’s still early but just feel out :(
Try not to lose hope. Maybe test again the day before AF is due. Sending you lots of hope xx

Aw I'm glad you've kept busy to keep your mind occupied!

Ah I hadn't even thought of doing that to be honest. I'm trying not to let it get to me too much and just see how I feel over the next few days in the lead up to AF being due xx

@dani9031 Yes I'm glad it's busy and a manic weekend ahead too so I'm going to resist testing as best I can! It's bloody hard isn't it. I have FRER and early clearblue from last month so I'm going to get my partner to hide them I think 🤣 xx

Bought a CB early digital and it’s BFN at what I think is prob 13DPO, 12 at the latest. So I reckon I’m definitely out this month. Good luck to the rest of you

Hi @pheepa I'm ok thank - still no sign of AF, due today 👀 I'm usually pretty regular give or take a day or so the odd month but not testing for a few days (if I can hold out!) I am in surprisingly ok form for now, don't need any BFPs to derail that! Haha it's like it waits for the expensive test then... here's hoping for us both and anyone else in a similar position 🤞🏼 🍀

I am 13dpo and haven’t tested yet. Too nervous to.
Have had some cramping and some spotting 10dpo that I thought was AF and then stopped. So who knows!

I’m CD29 today and I think 13 or 14 DPO. Not sure how long my cycles are as not been off the pill long enough. Had convinced myself I was out yesterday after a BFN on supermarket sticks and a CB digital early detection. No AF yet this morning though feel like it’s imminent.
Now I’ve got hope creeping back in because I ovulated slightly later in cycle and haven’t used FMU on any test yet. Why do we do this to ourselves? I know the chances are tiny and had dealt with the disappointment this month and now I let myself get excited again. Know AF will turn up and then I’ll be disappointed all over again. I hate how hard we make this on ourselves!
And I know I’m being ridiculous as not even been trying very long at all and already have 2 amazing children, now feeling very silly!

Pretty sure I'm out this month. Woke up this morning and sorry for tmi but pink tinge on the loo roll when I wiped so it looks like AF is making an appearance two days early. I have cramps too which started yesterday and stupidly thought it could mean something else but I guess not. Just waiting now for AF to kick in fully 😩 good luck to everyone else testing xx

@dani9031 I had EXACTLY this on my last pregnancy but AF never arrived. It’s not over til it arrives properly!!

It's came with a vengeance about an hour ago 😭 why do I ever let myself build my hopes up?!? I irritate myself 😂😩

It’s so hard not to get your hopes up, especially as every month feels so long and the wait lasts forever! X

It really is! I haven't even had a TWW this time round, more of a 12 day wait 😂😩 really hope AF stays away for you xx

@dani9031 Yes definitely! I have a crazy busy December of birthdays including mine so not sure if I'll skip next month but then don't want to waste my chances either. I'm good thanks I'm 6DPO ish, going to try and not test at all until end of next week but ask me again tomorrow 🤪

Trying for number three now but no luck yet, have a two year old and an 8 month old. Cycles are also messed up so not sure how long it will take this time if we get lucky at all!!! Haven’t tried the ovulation testing though so might give that a go to check if everything is ok!

If you're trying for your third, did anyone have implantation bleeding for one pregnancy but not for the other?

Very confused… started bleeding at 16dpo! Luteal phase is normally 13 days, with light spotting from 11dpo, so when I didn’t start bleeding or have any spotting by 15dpo felt hopeful. Got up this morning and began bleeding. Oh well!! Good luck to everyone hoping for bfps x

@dietcokeandchill sorry to hear that. Not a lucky cycle for this group this time! Fingers crossed for more luck and lots of BFPs in April! Ovulation for a few of us looks like it will be around Mother’s Day weekend so that must be a good omen!
