Ovulation day & TWW

Anyone ovulating yesterday/today/tomorrow want to join! I haven’t had a period for 4 months and feel so glad that I can ‘try’ again! I’m driving myself mad and it’s not even ovulation day for me yet (I think it’s tomorrow) based on having a positive OPK yesterday evening and not in the morning! So if anyone who wants to join to get through the TWW ☺️

I'm currently on 11 dpo and had bfn on 9dpo and 10pdo. So waiting a couple of days to do one again, but the wait is killing me.
I've had a few symptoms but all could be AF arriving soon. But i've got my fingers crossed for a BFP in the next couple of days! How long have you been TTC?

Meeee I'm 2DPO and just keep searching random threads and reading stuff to do with TTC. Updating the threads I'm on and refreshing every few hours. It's going to be a long 2 weeks 😂

Me ✋ think I'm ovulating today as yesterday lunchtime had a positive opk and now getting lighter. Don't know what I hate more, testing and anticipating for ovulation to happen or not being able to test and instead have the tww wait until it's a reasonable time to do a pregnancy test!

Hi 👋🏼 I had a static smiley yesterday morning after a few days of flashing on OPK's so 🤞🏼 I have had some pains and very tender boobs too. The wait is going to go so slowly I just know it 🤣 X

Hello eveeyone! @Elleare I’ve been ttc a year for first child. How about you? I’m awaiting fertility tests and have irregular periods, but I finally got a period which means I can try again! Goodluck! Not long for you now!

@Cookiedough123 think I am in the other thread with you! We may be testing the same day? Obviously I’m testing much earlier! 😬

@Greenwhale ahh it’s torture isn’t it!! I had my positive yesterday around 5pm I think? So I worked out ovulation 36 hours later would be early hours tonight? So I think I technically ovulate tomorrow, but I’m not 100% as I don’t temp!

@Holly3 I use the clear blues too! And I had my static yesterday evening.

It looks like there’s a few of us who ovulated the same day/ day before or after each other! That’s good, we’ll have this two week wait together! Is it sad that I’ve worked out that my ttw (well 13 day wait) will land on Valentine’s Day and although I don’t celebrate valentines, I’d love to tell the DH on that day?

How long have you all been ttc? How do you all feel this month has gone? Did you give it a good go, feel like you could hsve done more etc? We covered day of static yesterday, two days before that and will hopefully cover tonight 🤞!

@Peonies94 I saw you're testing on 13th at 11dpo? I would be 14DPO then so could do earlier but need to buy some tests ready. Can't believe it's Feb tomorrow!!!

@Cookiedough123 I am yes! I get a little crazy by day 9, well all along actually and I talk myself out of it, but by day 11 I always cave! I only have a 12 days and AF arrives anyways so 🤷‍♀️!
How long have you been ttc? Is it your first ?

This is month 1! I have been off my pill for ages now and we were using the pull out method. I was secretly hoping it wouldn't work but it was definitely reliable for us 😂 we had a lot going on last year so agreed we would try in 2022. My boyfriend says we are taking the laid back approach, I'm not so laid back, been doing the OPKs and we have had more sex this last week then we have in the whole of last Demeber 😂 what about you? I think I will be caving and testing early but we will see!!

@Cookiedough123 ahh good luck! A year for me, but I have really irregular cycles so it’s only like cycle 4! 😢. My husband is really keen and was him that initially convinced me to try for a few months before our wedding! Now, I’ve well overtaken him and I’m the crazy person who’s making him eat all sorts that’ll help fertility 😂! Ahh I can totally relate! I’ve been trying to try as much as we can this month, seems as the last month we were able to try was October! Goodluck!

@Peonies94 a year. I'm sorry it hasn't gone to plan so far for you! Is there anything the Dr's can do about your cycles? That must be really stressful! Got my fingers crossed for you x

@Cookiedough123 I’m currently having my fertility investigated! I’ve had bloods and have an internal scan in a few weeks! It was suppose to be last week but was cancelled due to covid! Hopefully I’ll find out why they are so irregular and can then look at alternatives!

Hey guys can I join? Over a year TTC #1 with an old PCOS diagnosis from years ago. Had bloods done last cycle and OH just had his swimmers checked and we're waiting on the results of both.

Currently 2dpo I think based on OPKs. How's everyone doing?!

Sorry to hear it's taking some of you a year+, I can only imagine how stressful that would be but glad to hear your both have investigations in the pipeline. Fingers crossed this cycle gives your BFPs!
We are on cycle 2 but have only managed to BD once in each cycle, hopefully at least this month it was on the day of the positive OPK. Thinking next month to try every other day for the whole fertile window as that's slightly less pressure than every day for the intense ovulation few days which didn't work this time as I think it's just too much pressure to perform for poor DH.

I got a positive OPK on Saturday! So i think im maybe 1 or 2 dpo now ! I too have PCOS and my cycles are usually months apart but ive been taking inositol and maca root and have had 2 consecutive periods which for me is incredible! This is our 2nd cycle ttc our first baby 👶 ! I too should be due to test on valentines day !

@Annabelle0852 hello! I’m good! Already crazy even though it’s only just O day for me! You know when you get to the point you just can’t do anymore, I hate this part, but also glad to be here after 3 missed months!
@Greenwhale totally agree! We try every other day for the cycle doesn’t always work with my really long cycles though! We find it easier, but it does only take once!

@Butterscotchbaby my periods are also months apart! My last period was October, but then I had another January and seemed to get my peak at like day17 which is supper early for me! 🤞that it’s actually is ovulation!

I didn’t get my positive OPK until late Sunday, so I think today is ovulation, or possibly yesterday? Not too sure!

So this is our second cycle - my last cycle was 50 days ! But i did have the booster in there so im allowing that to be the reason :)

Got a solid smiley on clearblu this morning and a high reading on LH test aswell. So thinking its today, bit nerve-racking!

Its been 10 years since I've had a period and had my implant out 14/12. Period arrived on the 18th. So looks like I have a 28 day cycle.

We DTD Saturday, yesterday and hopefully tomorrow. But not really expecting a positive this month.

@Butterscotchbaby the vaccines/boosters have messed with my cycle each time too which is a PITA!

@Greenwhale I know everyone is different... for us and pressure on OH, tracking ovulation with OPK and aiming for 2 BD over high/peak window works best. Otherwise too much pressure on poor OH 😅

I'm due around the 12th... it would be great to have cause for celebration on valentine's day but I know better than to get hopes up!!

How are you getting on with the CB ones? I had my first static smiley and then since it's gone I've tested again (I know you aren't meant too!) but just curious and it's still flashing smiley now is that normal or should it be empty circle if ovulation occurred? Xxx

@Holly3 well I haven’t conceived but the first time I used them I had my period 12 days after my peak, and then the next time I had a few peaks in a month, but a really long cycle so could have ‘tried’ to O a few times! And then this is my third time using them as I stopped due to my periods being all over the place!x

@Peonies94 Yes I definitely think I have longer cycles maybe as last month I had a static smiley then AF arrived a few days later so who knows 🤣🙈 was just confused that im still seeing flashing smiley after the static one! Are you using the purple ones? X

A question for everyone. Do you DTD as much as possible around the fertile period, relax and just do it when you fancy, focus on the whole month, or just give it one or two shots a month? Interested in what others do! Also is this your first, 2nd, third and so on baby!☺️

@Holly3 yes the purple ones! I haven’t tested after my peak this time around! I had my peak Sunday night. Did you test the next day on another monitor or wait for the static to disappear then retest?
