@RosyappleA I have been reading today and these Evap lines seem really common!! Not good. I will try again tomorrow.

@Tor88 I am 12 DPO and have been having the same symptoms. Wierd sharp cramps as well as the cramp at my thigh. I'm due tomorrow-Friday no sure which day. I'm wondering if it's my body preparing for a period or something else!! I had BFN this morning loosing all hope. Xx

@J90A oo how interesting, we're on the exact same schedge! Where have you been feeling your cramps??

I had cramps on days 9 and 10, but haven't had any today which has actually given me a lot of dangerous hope - because if it was AF my cramps would usually be consistent until it arrived. So UGH I know I shouldn't do this to myself again, but between day 9&10 cramping and thigh cramps I am feeling like I might be in luck 😬😬🤞🤞🙏🙏

@Tor88 we are! I had had cramps in my left side at 6dpo where I usually get at AF but I think if it was implantation it would have shown by now! I woke up during the night with sharp twinges down really low last night and getting it on and off today. I do have an ovartian cyst tho so could be that I'm trying really hard not to get my hopes up. And keep thinking. It's not happens before so won't again. I think because it's the hope that makes it worse for me. Have you tested yet?! Xx

@J90A I'm not gonna test til AF is deffo due, so Friday for me I think (Thurs earliest), otherwise there's no point as I'm sure it wouldn't show yet even if implantation had happened. Ugh just sooo hard not to get your hopes up isn't it!! Fingers and toes crossed we're not going mad and are deffo feeling none AF related symptoms! But we should repeatedly tell ourselves we're not right?! So we don't go mad..

well yesterday i got a empty circle on the clear blue ov test ans today straight to solid smiley?? normay i have 4 or 5 days of flashing smiley first. OV date supposed to be tomo going on my tracking app so hopefully thats ok. has anyone else had negative ov straight to solid smiley on these tests?

iv gave up symptom spotting in the TWW now as a few times iv been convinced im pg and then af has shown. soul destroying.

That happened to me last month with clear blue. One day empty circle and then next day solid smiley. It was bizarre. As for symptom spotting I'm going to try my hardest not to since progesterone and estrogen leading up to AF can give you preg symptoms...it's so crushing honestly

Hello ladies, jumping over from the December thread and read through to catch up.
Were 2nd Cycle ttc baby #2 (son is 2) Cycle Day 2 and 2nd Cycle off the pill (all the 2s 😂)
Safe to say that last cycle was overwhelming with all the symptoms of adjusting after the pill but AF came right on time as expected which is a good sign.
Opks are on their way and looking forward to a fresh start this cycle 🙏

@Tor88 my temp dropped today so AF will be here by tomorrow. I'm devastated x

@SoTiredoftheStress I had that last month - empty and then solid. Currently on cd10 still with empty so hoping it doesn't suddenly become solid.

Am trying to plan a night or two away to my mums over the next few days but don't want it to impact on TTC 😂 So trying to strategic in my planning without DH being suspicious.

Think I'll try to DTD tonight even though empty smiley and then maybe away tomorrow for 2 nights and back on 1st Jan with hopes of O on 3rd as app predicted. But probably the wrong thing to do as I'd really like to conceive this month.

I'm hoping I ovulated yesterday/today, I had a static smiley on OPK two days ago and yesterday had pinching cramps in lower left side, but no rise in my BBT this morning so I'm not sure. I don't know how quickly your temperature is supposed to rise after ovulation? DH needs a break from dtd which I never thought I'd say 😂

Well, turns out that I’m out before January even begins 😢 spotting started today which I know will turn into AF by the weekend! Will hopefully be sticking around though as I’m due AF again at the end of Jan! Starting fertility appointments today with day 21 blood tests so maybe that will help me to relax a bit (probably not haha).

Morning all, I did another FRER this morning and it's the same as yesterday I just have a strange feeling it's not going to be my rainbow 😔 feel like it's dodgy tests I don't know, although I am feeling nauseous this morning but again could be down to anything!? The wait is horrible isn't it 😞

@RubyRainbows purely out of interest (I'm medical but know nothing about the fertility field and something I heard the other day caught my interest). With bloods, if day 2-5 and day 21 days bloods are done for fertility, do they have to be the same cycle? Do you know exactly what they check? Obviously progesterone levels but do they look at anything else on these initial bloods?

Hi everyone 👋 29, ttc #1. I've been reading this post for the last few weeks on my first tww. AF arrived yesterday so I now know what that disappointment feels like! Finally plucked up the courage to create an account and actually start posting on here as nobody knows we are ttc and I'm not good at secrets so good to have people to talk to! X

@mightbeyesmightbeno I don’t think the different blood tests need to be done on the same cycle - my doctor has only asked for day 21 so far which they are only checking for progesterone this time. Not sure about the day 2-5 bloods though as they haven’t been mentioned yet. Tbh, I think they’ll have to do the day 21 bloods again before anything else because this is actually at least day 23/24 for me (couldn’t do day 21 due to Christmas) and if I’ve started spotting already then I’d assume progesterone could be dropping by now even if they did spike after ovulation! I’m not an expert at though, just going from what I’ve read online or heard from my doctor!

@Tor88 I hope AF stays away for you but if not then I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you for next month too! I’m not really feeling very hopeful for myself for next month as I’ve just passed the 12 month mark - I know there’s still a chance every month but it’s hard to keep being hopeful and disappointed every time.

@arianasky can you hold off for a few days and then test again? HCG is supposed to double every few days I think..Thinking of you xx

I'm now in the TWW now so need to just try and relax and not symptom spot. My last pregnancy I had implantation bleeding which I assumed was AF and it stopped after 3 days and I tested and was pregnant. Will be interesting to see if it happens again.
