@Elspethelf I’m so so sorry you lost your daughter 😢😢. What a sad and traumatic story, no wonder you’re not sure if you’re ready.. sending so much love 💕💕. If you fall pregnant again, will you be able to find out during pregnancy whether the baby is healthy?

@mightbeyesmightbeno Yep! It is driving me mad! I've never had this before, only since the vaccine so hoping it will go away...

Adding my name on, how exciting. I wasn't going to use ovulation tests just yet but yesterday I just had a niggling feeling that it was time so I went and bought a clearblue test and what do you know, big smiley face - so we dtd yesterday. It was third day in a row by then so think hubby is too pooped to be hounded by me again today haha, fingers crossed that's enough.

How do you all resist the urge to test? I'm only 7/8dpo and I know it would show negative anyway but I can't help wanting to! I know I'll probably cave tomorrow aargh! And even though I've had symptoms I still think they're more AF related tbh. It's all so confusing I've only had 2 AF's in 16 years. One in June after coming off the pill, one in November after MMC and this months so not really sure of cycle length for me or for symptoms before 😩

@arianasky I've been thinking the exact same thing, the way I am managing it so far is to only have 1 test in the house and resist the urge to buy any more... so I'm literally trying to save this one test for the day/day after AF is due but we shall see if I succeed 🥴

@DancinOnTheCeiling We can test through amniocentesis (and I believe CVS) but since they only know the cause 80% of the time there is a chance for a false negative. I know I will want to test. It’s 100% fatal. It’s going to be difficult for me to assume the best I’m afraid

@arianasky @ChaiLatte28 I have been really struggling to resist testing this month. I tested yesterday on a test that isn’t early response and obviously got BFN. I have more tests arriving from Amazon today but have this time ordered 6 days early response. No doubt I’ll end up doing one as soon as they arrive.

@elspethelf, sorry i must have posted at same time as you and missed your post. so sorry to hear your sad story. i can only imagine how devastating that must have been for you and how stressful any further pregnancies/births would be.

@ChaiLatte28 unfortunately I've got a stack in the house as I was supposed to test every few days after my MMC so I got consistent negatives 🙄 I could open my own pharmacy haha I have FRER, clear blue early and digital and weeks indicator and cheapies 🙈

@Tryingforthefirst I know it's so hard isn't it, ooh when you do the test let us know the result hoping it's a BFP for you

10dpo today and still trying to resist the urge to test, AF due Jan 2nd.

Have been staying off here over Xmas so too behind to catch up now haha but hope everyone is doing well x

How quickly did you get it? I don’t really know what an evap like is. Try again tomorrow but I think positive!

@J90A how exciting! I have no idea what an evap line looks like but I would say that if it appeared within the time frame on the instructions then it is positive 🤞 I’d do another if I were you

@newjourney21 I’m very similar timings to you - I’m also 10dpo but due 31/12 or 1/1 (always 27/28days).
I’m waiting for a new delivery of tests so can’t test until they come anyway.

Does anyone have any experience of BFP on 10dpo?

Is it always best to do them first thing in the morning?

@Tryingforthefirst I done a FRER after this and was complete negative. I'm going to get more clear blue to decide once and for all I'm gona be bankrupt after buying all these tests 😂
