I've started to feel quesy here and there so I'm hoping the sickness train isn't going to hit me again soon 😑 I think I got a good line for 14/15dpo this morning (even though i said I wouldn't test until Monday) gosh I wish I could be one of those women who just got a positive pregnancy test and then enjoyed pregnancy! Also debating whether to start taking 75mg of asprin off my own back but also don't wanna get told off when I go to my appointment 🙃

@Kay00 sorry about the temp drop and light cramping although fingers crossed for you that AF stays away!! Are you having a nice break?

@ChinChilly gorgeous line! I'd take the aspirin in your position - quite a few ladies I've seen on MN with recurrent miscarriages get told there's no harm in it so I'd go for it just in case 😬

Temp went back up today but I'm also spotting now - @Kay00 I think I'll join you on the AF train soon.

So i got some 75mg asprin but it says all over the back not to take it pregnant... now I'm scared to take it 🤣🤣

I'm on 150mg aspirin prescribed by my consultant but was under strict instructions not to start until 12 weeks, not sure exactly why but was under the impression could cause issues if taken earlier... although I know some people do! I would check with your caregiver if you can to see what they say xx

@CharWils thanks for the reply, I've done alot of Dr Google tonight, it seems like the nhs advice is to not start it until 8 weeks but loads of women swear by it being taken straight after a BFP. I guess i should wait until I see the consultant on the 24th and not try be my own doctor, if I make it to then I'll be 6+4 so still really early.

@ChinChilly everything crossed for you. It's so hard to know what to do isn't it!

@CharWils absolutely and every little cramp or twinge makes me panic, even though I know mild cramps at the start is normal. How many weeks are you now?

@ChinChilly 100% get that. I am 15 weeks on Tuesday, surprisingly feel a bit more positive since I got to 12 which I wasn't expecting considering I lost Jack at 28. Message me privately if you want (I can't figure out how 😂)

@chinchilly that's a difficult decision to make, but I would probably wait until my appointment too xx

13dpo temp still above the luteal line. No spotting or period symptoms. BFN on a FRER 😭😭😭 rubbish.

Beautiful lines @ChinChilly. If it’s any help before I started taking the baby aspirin to try conceive, my doctor had given me a prescription to start taking once we got a positive so definitely something he was ok with. 75mg amount.

@CharWils so glad everything is going well for you and that you’re able to feel a bit more positive. Wishing you all the best.

@Kay00 sorry about the BFN especially on such a beautiful looking chart. Hope you were able to enjoy your weekend away though and weren’t thinking about it too much.

@Juno231 sorry to hear the evil witch is on her way. I’d say it’ll be CD1 here shortly too.

Had our IVF consult today. Have another in two weeks before we make a decision which clinic to go with but if we decide to go with this one we’d be on the waiting list for IVF in February and in the meantime we’d continue with medicated cycles but add low dose prednisolone into the mix alongside my baby aspirin to see if that would do any good. Really liked that doctor and clinic which I’m thrilled about as it’s nearer home and would mean less time off work for appointments which has to be a factor. Anyway that’s my little update.

Cycle day 9 and temp is 36.79. Wtf body?! Cover line is 39.39!

It's a momentous occasion. For the very first time since coming off the pill in January (!) I've got crosshairs on my FF chart!! Special mention to my OvuSense (which is where the data have come from). I suppose I could have ovulated before now but I never caught it as was so bad with taking temps! Ovusense is very good for lazy people like me!

Got NHS gynaecology appointment today. I'm so nervous and feeling very emotional. I'm not sure why really. I guess it's just nice to have someone listen. I also get nervous that I won't get to ask all my questions and I'll somehow mess it up. Feels like an exam.

The discarded temp involved 3 espresso martinis and a bottle of red wine.....

I've been staying low the past few days while waiting for my test results. Things look good! I am waiting for my doctor to call to discuss the results, but I have a good feeling.

@Juno231 and @Gracie2021 sorry you guys are expecting af soon...

@WhirlingD how was the appt?

@TheDaydreamBelievers it was hard going, but I feel better for it. I had an ultrasound scan which reveals a good healthy uterus, which is great. I only had about 3 follicles in total so I said "oh my ovaries are shutting down then" and he said "no, they've shut down". It was hard to hear, brutal in fact, but not unexpected. IVF would be like throwing my money away unfortunately. Still a chance of a natural pregnancy, but realistically it's not going to happen. I'm not getting any younger and don't want to give it another year for a 3% chance (which decreases the longer I leave it!).

On the plus side, I can start the donor egg IVF in January. Being a mother seems like a realistic possibility now. It's not the way I wanted to do it, but I just want to grow, love and nurture a baby and this allows me to do that.

I hate to think of all the stress, late night googling and money spent on stupid sticks and gadgets! It's not been the easiest of years. From tomorrow, I'm getting into wedding mode. Might keep on with the ovusense because I like it but that's all!

@whirlingD oh! Wow, that was very blunt of her! That news must have come as a shock. Xx hugs from me xx I think its good you're looking ahead to your wedding and donor egg IVF. It does also look like you ovulated this cycle, so I'm going to keep everything crossed for you xxx (apart from my legs 😘)

@thedaydreambelievers what cycle day are you on? And how heavy was your period?

@WhirlingD wow super blunt! I thought mild/natural IVF via Create was exactly for women with low AMH like you? If you're happy to go with donor eggs though that's good!

@Juno231 apparently low AMH ish 3 ish. Mine is 0.36!

@Kay00 CD9, period was 5 days, tests negative so its not that. Also 2 days ago temps were low
